I love this place!!! Me and my mom have been coming here for the last 12 years and they have been the only nail salon we completely love. From the amazing staff and their awesome work we would like to thank them for all their hard work. Victor dose the best designs and don has the nicest acrylics. Hanna, Grace, and Katlin are AMAZING and go above and beyond when it comes to the pedicure. They really make sure you get your moneys worth. Walking in, everything was great. I was prompted to sign in and select the services I would like to complete. During my visit, after I was seated to get my services started, I was asked again what I would like completed, and I let the representative who asked me know. After completing my pedicure, I was asked again what services I wanted completed. I let the new lady know. Although the services were good, everything would've been fantastic if I hadn't asked so many times about the services I would like completed. Furthermore, I had advised the staff I did not want gel-x, I wanted acrylic. It was frustrating that I was asked multiple times when I had already clarified to various staff members. What frustrated even more was when I finally sat down to have my nails done, and the staff member once again asked if I wanted gel-x, which I had already declined multiple times. Went in for full set and pedi.. honestly never had my nails lookin this bad, the shape was done sloppy and you can still see the black nail polish under the chrome powder.. I was also OVERCHARGED I bought my own nail polish (non gel) and was charged for full gel set total of $95 I wasn't going to write a review but a week later it's still bugging me, don't make customers look like fools smh read more

This place is pretty amazing! The vibe when you first walk in is welcoming whether they are busy or only one person is in the salon. All of their colors in gel, regular polish and dip powder are in sync with the latest trends and the nail art is truly artistic, like the designs you see on Pinterest! I've gone a few times to test out people in order to find my go-to tech (I'm still scouting they have quite a few techs) what I have seen is some some techs who you can tell have been doing this for a while tend to rush their work. There was a time I had a side of my thumb nail unpainted. When I advised her she was very apologetic and repainted the nail. This nail salon is a hit and miss. If you are a person who gets their nails done regularly, then this is NOT the nail shop for you! If you are a simple and I mean SIMPLE chick, that plays in nail polish then this is the salon for you. I'm a a LA chick and I am use to them nail ladies that get it in with your nails and toes. My feet are not horrible but I hate short cuts on doing your nails and toes. I rate a nail salon by the way they do your pedicure and this ain't them. This salon cares more about the ambiance and less of the customer service. I guess if you're not prestigious looking enough your service will be handed off to students, YES students! There is apparently a local beauty school around here. I guess I look a little too HOOD for them to care if giving me good service mattered so instead of me complaining I just paid the $100 and left. They didn't clean my toes well, they didn't fill my acrylic on my toes or pull the ingrown toe nails. I know it sounds horrible but my feet aren't at all... my nails were ombré color with the powder but instead they were trying to polish them. So some of the stuff that us LA women are use too they aren't going to have. When they make a mistake they don't come over and say anything to you they just hope you don't realize it. These students are not equipped to handle people that are seasoned with complicated request but again they think you won't realize it! This is my 3rd time going here and each time I'm dissatisfied but today was just my last straw! I would like to have a choice of a veteran or student if I'm going to pay my money! I can afford what others aren't willing to pay and not complain but the owner takes no accountability nor does her mother who sits there and watch the mistakes happen but refuse to do anything. Or say "come back next time and I'll fix" This salon appeals to the Stepford wives young and old and the simple teens. Not the Insta generation nor the flashy or over the top girl! When it was time to pay the owner charged me but I guess she didn't see my request when I first signed in and asked for eyebrows too. See when you walk in you have to put your information on this fancy tablet, you put in every service you want and at the end of your service you check out. I guess they didn't want to give me anymore service so she ranged me up without saying a word. No apologies, no how was your service, nothing! She charged me for everything they didn't or couldn't do and without me acting my COLOR! I kindly paid! They didn't file, nor get the ingrown out and the side of my toes are still filled with the dead skin that they would normally take from the side of your toes. So I'm really dissatisfied with my 54 dollar pedicure. I normally don't do reviews but this was by far the worst pedicure. The main reason I got the 54 dollar one was because they were going to take my callus off .... I don't even want to say much and just show you from the pictures I took after I got home .... Welcoming environment with a mini coffee station in the corner. Where do I begin?! I came in for a fill. I knew I should've just done them at home. I asked her to trim my nails down and shape them a bit again. She's taking off the gel and a customer walks in and she's suddenly in a hurry to leave me. Their was gel still on my nails and she started putting more acrylic. I asked her to remove the gel and she's rushing to go help someone else. I told her to stop that I'll wait until she's done with her other customer but to please take her time with mine since I'm a paying customer. Well I have to deal with the attitude. As I mentioned in my review, YES I was late several times and totally understand the impact and inconvenience that I have caused. I also understand that you need to cash out and close out your sales. That isn't what I was upset about...it was the absolute Rudeness of your Receptionist. The last 5 to 6 times I was there her rudeness was beyond. Since that day you lost 4 clients because of her rudeness. I was the only one out of us four that put up with it the longest. If this is the kind of Receptionist you choose to interact with your customers, shame on you. Way too many Nail Salons that appreciate our business and treat us with very good service and we are more than happy to continue giving them our business. I made a reservation for 4 pedicures, It was one of my cousins birthday so I decided to treat her. I've done walk-ins before and the service has been good. Today my service was completely rushed, mind you it was 11am on a Monday, definitely not busy. They had started on two of my cousins first, my other cousin and I patiently waited for our turn. i ended up getting one of the male workers..tell me why he was literally done with my pedi within 15mins. the ladies doing my cousins nails were still thoroughly cleaning my cousins nail/cuticles & I was sitting there awkwardly done. It felt like I was robbed of a relaxing experience, especially given that I paid so much and brought them clientele. I don't think I would come again, & if I do I would ask for a specific person. Came here to get a pedicure and manicure. Got helped by what seemed to be a girl in charge that starts with the letter L (can't remember her name). while she did my manicure, she talked to the girls next to me and offered them something to drink of any kind (water or wine) and not once did she offer me anything. I was completely ignored. Then, I get helped by grace. I had to keep telling her how to do a pedicure because she was quick to rush into painting my nails without giving me a proper pedicure. Two days later my toe nails hurt as if they had ingrown which is weird because I just got a pedicure right? Well turns out I now have FUNGUS thanks to this dirty place and rude staff. Update: I'm glad you can do your research and go on google and copy and paste because that's what I did before posting a review and I found exactly word by word. However, anyone that knows someone that has gotten infected by a dirty nail place knows that it takes up to TWO DAYS for the fungus on your nail to show. And this review isn't posted a day after. I have already waited a week and my toe nails are getting worse. Of course you can say that your salon is clean. That doesn't mean you can say your workers are clean. They were so rude and unprofessional and when I asked them if they could fix my nail because it was a little crooked, he told me "i'm not going to argue with you." I got charged $90 and left a five dollar tip just to have my nails redone better for it just to be $80. It's ridiculous. read more

( no stars if I could) This was usually my to go place to get my pedicure but today was just bad. The guy that was doing my pedicure was way too rough on my feet. I'm 7 months pregnant & I wanted to just relax & have a day to spoil myself. He was so rough that my feet still hurt of how rough he was scrubbing them. In the middle of him clipping my nails he ended up pinching one of toes that I even started bleeding. To top it he was arguing with another nail tech that works there that he even made her cry, right there in front of all the customers that were there. Since the management has changed so has the services. I guess I have to look for another nail salon in San Jacinto... anyone have good recommendations? read more

Can't say enough wonderful things about this place! I made an appointment and had zero waiting time when I arrived. Check in was easy and prompt. The customer service was wonderful. I asked for a pretty intricate design and they said no problem. Victor absolutely surpassed my expectations! My nails are GORGEOUS! He is an artist! My pedicure was great as well!
