After my friend and I finished attending a concert at CM Performing Arts Center on Friday night…read moreabout 7:30pm, we headed over to Oakdale Brew House to grab a drink. The bar was full, but we were able to get seated at a table in front of the live band. There is live music on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00PM-10:00PM. On Friday, February 20, 2026, a band called The Dudes Acoustic were playing. They sounded great. I had the lavender margarita and it was very yummy. We didn't order any food since we had ate before, but I did glance at the menu and there were plenty of great options. Our server was hospitable and came to check on us throughout the night. Oakdale Brew House is located in Lighthouse Commons, a group of businesses along Montauk Highway, and there are plenty of parking spots.

This place is one of our all-time favorites, and we keep going back for a reason. The beer flights…read moreare top-tier (especially if you're an IPA lover), and the Wagyu Sliders? Game over. They're juicy, packed with flavor, and hands-down the best sliders we've ever had. We also tried the Burrata Crostini tonight and--wow--so many delicious layers of flavor. Our ride-or-die dish is the Spicy Rigatoni. It's creamy, a little spicy, and totally comforting with crispy chicken cutlets underneath, plus broccoli rabe, sun-dried tomatoes, and of course, melty burrata on top. Other must-tries? The skirt steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and for the kids, penne alla vodka or chicken fingers that always get gobbled up. Oh--and the margherita pizza? Chef's kiss. Don't skip dessert: the Tiramisu and molten chocolate chip cake are next-level. Whether it's date night or a night out with the fam, Oakdale Brewhouse has something for everyone--including a private room for events!

It's nice to go to someplace new to me. It was hard to find parking because of all the snow from the 3rd snowstorm that is still not clearing the streets and sidewalks. Hubby dropped me off and found one. It's a kitchy looking place with many TVs and multiple levels. The door to the place looks like an English phone booth with 2 dialup phones in the entryway. Our waiter Joe was very nice. The girl who sat us gave us our menus right away. I had to wait for hubby to park, but I had time to look over the menu. All the choices sounded good. Hubby wound up with a Spinach Benedict with Roasted Tomatoes with nicely Crispy fries and a lemon Benedict sauce to die for. I got a Avocado Toast with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions on whole grain toast. The Arugula salad that was also on the plate was covered lightly with a lemony dressing. I added Cholula Sauce and it was so good. Another point I'd like to make is that the bottles of hot sauces were clean with no cruddy tops. That turns me off so good for them. I would definitely go back.

It was basically a deconstructed sandwich. Good flavor overall - could've used a little more pesto, but the mozzarella tasted fresh and was soft. Service was not the best, but I'll still go back when in the area.
