This location is big and the price is very competitive with other places. In general, the products sold are cheaper than other retailers. However, it is not always the best price. So you have to do some research to get the best valued deals. For your information, nowadays many places do not allow taking pictures or videos inside their store unless you have permission to do so. I was taking a picture while shopping but a young staff member stopped me. She questioned me and asked if I had permission to do so. After I explained that I did not, she told me to apply for it through the company.

I asked the technician and the pharmacist if there was anything I needed to do, like call the doctor, call Walmart for the transfer. They said no we have all we need. So almost a week goes by and no call or anything so I go to the store to pick up my refill. It's not ready and they didn't call me to let me know there was an issue. So they had me talk to a pharmacist and I explained the situation, he told me there was nothing transferred. I think he realized that he was the one that talked to me on the phone and said he had everything they needed. They just didn't bother to call Walmart to get it transferred. I tried explaining more to him and he said, I heard enough. I'm like ok, let me talk to the pharmacy manager. The pharmacy manager was very professional. I explained the situation and he took down all of my information. Within three minutes if leaving there he called me back and said Walmart was transferring my prescription. He said it will be ready as soon as they transfer it. So what happened the rest of the week???

My Dr noted on the script not to fill with 2 very specific brands of Generics which actually make my situation worse. Well they filled it with the worst of these two. I talked to the pharmacist and he basically told me he has to except what comes from the warehouse and there was nothing he could do Which I find difficult to believe. He then told me I was going have to find a new pharmacy. I was not rude in anyway but really not happy. Now I need to jump though hoops to find a new pharmacy and have my Dr send the script there. This is a medication I require daily but can not pick until 30 days have past. So hopefully I will not be hospitalized or worse before I can make it happen.

I was told it was not ready, but they had 3 pills (very common med) they could give me until this coming Monday when the rest of the prescription could be filled. I looked around the place while I was there (about 20 minutes). I pointed out to the pharmacist who finally brought the 3 pills over that their shelves and items on them were dirty/dusty, the floor of their lobby showed spills and tracked dirt and that pigeon feathers from in front of their door had blown in everywhere. I said it made a customer wonder just how clean it was on the other side of the counter. I asked if they had someone whose job it was to clean. He ignored that and asked if I wanted to transfer my prescriptions. Yes, I think I'd be more comfortable/confident with a place that was kept clean and had staff that took a customer's concerns seriously.

I know that I didn't have the opportunity to work with anybody here but this was a terrible way for me to find out that your store has a huge parking lot and is sparkly and neat, so organized looking. I bet it is wonderful but goodness I wish you had more convenient hours. I did go there the following day and was in and out quickly with what I needed.
