I don't have my prescriptions filled here. And now I know why! I was standing in the Consultation line and had a simple question. A gentleman was ahead of me. He got tired in waiting and asked me a question. He spoke Spanish and had a very simple question. I answered it for him and he was happy. The 3 people behind the counter saw me help him. It's now my turn. They could all see me. One person at the Drop Off/Pickup and me. Two customers and three Walmart employees. I stood there for 5 minutes looking at the three employees. Nothing! Not a "Hi - Welcome to Walmart. We'll be right with you." Nothing! Heads down looking at their screens. I walked away! If you have a choice, DO NOT fill your prescriptions here. We go to CVS. Angie is just the BEST! She is always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. I get almost all of my prescriptions here, and I don't think she's ever been in a bad mood. Also, every time I call, people go out of their way to help me, and I know they're super busy. I always get through on the phone within minutes and get to speak to a real person! This pharmacy is totally under staffed. ALWAYS a long line! The cashier will disappear for minutes at a time people show up without first checking if their prescriptions are ready. Then the cashier leaves to hunt it down. They really need new management. read more

got my second shot and it's an ok pharmacy but the Brunette lady with the blue top on was just rude. After our discussion I think her twice as she just walked away. What kind of customer service is that? The pharmacist wasn't any better in helping me out..... asked for a 2nd vaccination card and they refused saying it was due to people selling them... This pharmacy is the freaking worst. I'll submit a refill request online and go to pick up and they will never have gotten the request, even when I've gotten text messages saying my prescription is ready. They're always understaffed and it's clear half the staff has no real pharmacy training. Time to switch pharmacies. read more

I have been using CVS for over a year and usually dread the trip. Today I used Walmart for the first time to pick up an emergency prescription. I submitted my prescription and since I have new insurance and no new insurance cards yet, I had anticipated the cost being high and the service being low. The technician and the pharmacist were spectacular! The tech realized my ER Dr. had noted I was "allergic" to something that I really just get nauseous from. They took the time to explain why that could be detrimental in the future and then told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back and it was ready, the technician helped me get the cheapest price, and the pharmacist explained the best way for me to take the meds. I will now be forever a Walmart Pharmacy customer! I am a veterinarian and I call prescriptions into this pharmacy for my clients quite frequently. The pharmacists in this pharmacy have always been very helpful and are serious about getting the proper medicine for my patients. The entire pharmacy system is somewhat under stress because of intense price competition, but Walmart has tried hard to make sure their pharmacists are up to speed and have enough staff to get the right prescription to the patient in a timely manner.I definitely recommend this pharmacy. read more

I've tried Walmart one time and was disappointed with their price. That was a couple years ago. I thought I would give it another try and fill another script. Wrong decision, for a medication that everywhere else averages $15, they wanted to charge me $120. They don't accept any discount cards. The crazy part is this medication has a lawsuit against them for over pricing. Walmart should be added to that lawsuit. Do not fill your medication at Walmart unless you have Medi-Cal. read more

The organization & communication is terrible. I called this morning at 9:30 to confirm refill. Tech said "give them an hour". I'm here at 7:45pm, because I've learned through experience that is never the case. At the counter to pick it up, SURPRISE, it wasn't filled at all!!! I had to wait for them to process it. The guy at the counter was an ASS!! No apology, his response was "I wasn't here". There is no customer service. I've had it. While waiting, I looked on the App-Good Rx- & priced out our medications. It's worth paying the extra $1 or 2 to leave the hassles of their incompetence. read more

Worst ever ! To pick up prescription you will need to wait a long line and they even have a one hour lunch break from 1:15-2:15. Just a little bit cheaper than other pharmacy but servicd is bad . read more

They finally pushed me too far. Visiting this pharmacy is such a negative experience. It is always understaffed. The lines are horrendous. Horribly managed. Why pay the Walton family another cent?
