I Love JDX.. thier always helpful and friendly!! Clean inside, they gave me my covid vaccine. My Car broke down and for 10.00 a month, they deliver. They come to my home twice a month. Altho I am trying to get them put together for them, so they only have to come here once a month. The delivery guys super friendly too! But it's super clean inside the store. They have medical supplies, gifts, and another room connected that has medical equipment, like walkers, scooters, wheel chairs, grabbers, potty chairs, canes and alot more it looks like. They don't have their act together. My father called them to explain I would be picking up his meds on his behalf, and they said it was fine as long as I brought his ID and insurance card. When I arrived, they claimed he never called to informed them I would be arriving on his behalf. Oh well, will be sticking with Rite-Aid Pharmacy. read more

This place goes way beyond expectation. I needed a face mask and tubing for my son because of asthma, their lights went out so there goes everything. But they opened the doors for me and asked what was needed. I told them and thank God they had a big heart and was able to get what I needed. I have been going through a long, long process to rid my legs of all the swelling..(called edema)....I finally got through a long process of having my legs wrapped, 24/7...for a month, changed three times a week.... It was unbelievable how my lower legs, feet, and ankles slimmed down.....now....to keep them this way...I needed to purchase some compression wraps, socks, etc... I went this morning and found....CLAUDIA....she was my angel at the JDX Pharmacy....she was so sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, and, PATIENT....trying to put those compression socks on is a very difficult thing....I actually was in tears...(age 73).. TERRIBLE. I was informed by their front desk on a Saturday that they'd wait for my husband to swing by to get a medication I CANNOT BE WITHOUT for 15 minutes after their 1 pm close time. My husband texted me (I have the proof time stamped) and he was there knocking on the door at 1:10 pm and no one was there. I also have heard through the grapevine now that the owner has very shady business dealings. I spoke with the Pharmacist who, quite frankly, sounded like a teenager arguing back with me. REAL professional!!! He told me, "I have her standing right here and she did wait for our husband and he never showed up in time." Which, is an ABSOLUTE LIE. My husband RUSHED there and WAS there by 1:10pm. Those people LEFT that building KNOWING they were leaving a patient without the medication she cannot be without. SHAME ON THEM. And, to be CRYSTAL CLEAR: I made it TOTALLY CLEAR with that girl I spoke to that I needed her to wait for 15 minutes AFTER their 1 pm close time. Shameful. Will NEVER go back. read more

Horrible customer service. The person who helped me at 01/12/2016 10:48am was laughing at me and didn't care about how much I had troubles with reading the prescription. If you can't figure out if you have a received a fax from our patient then maybe this isn't the job for you. Offended and will be moving our pharmacy to some place else. read more

Do not spend your money here, they do not back up their products. I injured my tailbone and purchased a donut to sit on and my daughter also fell and hurt her tailbone shortly after- so I came back to pick up another donut from them... this one ended up being way too soft, to the point where when I sit on it it completely flattens out and I went in to complain 4 days after purchasing it and asked if I could exchange it for a harder one because it's no protecting my tailbone. Unfortunately they say they cannot take it back or exchange it or even give me a discount on a new one because of "sanitary reasons" Which they don't tell you when you buy something like that - to make sure that it's comfortable before you actually unwrap it - so the fact that I had opened it they can't take it back. I don't expect them to resell something like that. I expect a company as big as that to absorb the lost cost from a $20 purchase. So, take your money elsewhere - there are other medical supply companies that will have your back if you need them, no pun intended read more

JDX pharmacy was so good to me! After multiple pharmacies not having a medication for my child, I called JDX and they had it in stock, I went in and they had the prescription ready in 15 minutes! I have to say the customer service I have recieved has for the most part been good, very nice, very helpful. However, wanted to caution people who shop here to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the expiration date, especially of over the counter medication, since they OBVIOUSLY pay NO ATTENTION to it! I bought an over the counter sleep aid about 4 DAYS ago, and fortunately it was not expensive, since I did not save my receipt. The expiration date is APRIL 2017! So, since most medications have a shelf life of about a year, that means this medication has been on the shelf for ABOUT ONE YEAR! YIKES! Who knows WHAT ELSE they may NOT be paying attention to when they FILL MY MEDICATION! Anyway, BE CAREFUL! read more
