I've been coming to this place for a while now and this review is long over due! I started coming here once it opened up because it's a lot closer to my house than Kaya, where I used to go. Let me just start off with saying that the ladies here are super sweet! They always ask me about how I want my brows to be done and they make sure that they don't make my brows too thin. I usually just come here for clean up. I don't wear much make up on a daily basis but having clean and sharp brows are important to me. You can tell that they are very careful and pay attention to details and take their time on each customer, and that they are really well skilled. They also always trim my overgrown brow hairs and I love that they offer aloe, as some people have very sensitive skin that gets irritated easily. The prices here are about the same if not cheaper than other places. I also love that they have a loyalty program where you can collect points and get rewards. I've never been disappointed with how my brows have come out here and will continue to be a l loyal customer here! :) read more

My first time here! Sarita is amazing and sweet. I mentioned to her how I haven't had my eyebrows done in months after a horrible experience. She looked over my eyebrows, explained to me what was different about them and what she was going to do. She gave me a mirror after finishing and showed me what area to tweeze and not to tweeze, since I mentioned I want thick brows. THEY LOOK AMAZING. My eyebrows look thicker after getting them done. I have been coming here for about 4 years now, I love the service there. They put so much effort for you to get what you want and they don't rush while doing your eyebrows. My only complain is that they usually have Indian movies playing, and it's kinda awkward since we can't understand it. I feel like they should play music in the background or English movies so it would be entertaining for the people waiting and not for them. Walked by this place with my bf and a friendly employee greeted us and gave us a coupon for a free eyebrow threading for their Grand Opening. I was pretty hesitant to get them done at first because I have fairly thick eyebrows, and I usually do mine at home because I don't like them thin. However, I clarified with my threader (Lucy) that i did not want them to be shaped or any thinner, just cleaned up and she did an awesome job! I also got my lip done for the first time, and Lucy was really gentle and considerate. She asked if I needed to take a break because she could tell it hurt haha. Then i got a mini face massage with lotion, it was very relaxing and not as painful of an experience as other threading places I've been to. My bf asked the other employee to refrain from taking too much off as well, but they ended up being waaaaay too thin for our liking. I think with any threading place you really have to emphasize what you do and do not want, so next time we may bring a photo as an example of each. Overall, our experience was pretty good.
