Finally decided to go thread my eyebrows again, even though I usually don't like doing it because of the pain. I came here since my boss has straight up told me plenty of times that she wants me to start applying on make up, even though I don't know how. I was actually a regular customer here, but the last 2 times I came they messed up my eyebrows sooo bad. They left one eyebrow very thin and misshaped and with hardly any hair on the bottom of my brow.. I'm just going to say that I waited a long time before writing this review. I've been coming here for a while after a friend's recommendation. At first I loved it, my brows were literally living their best life. Then, I really don't know what happened. For the last 2-3 times I've gone they're messed up my brows SO BAD. i am not even kidding. One of my brows is so much thinner than the other. And my arches are so uneven, as os the beginning of my brow. Don't come at me with the "they're supposed to be sisters not twins" BS because my brows DID NOT look like this when I first started coming here. So it may be cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be coming back because they've screwed up my brows 3 times to the point where I have to wait for all my brow hair to go back. First of all, I need to start with, this place says it closes at 8pm, and it doesn't. I showed up after work one day, at 7:09, and they were locking up saying they're closed. It was the night before my New Orleans birthday trip. I was definitely upset, but I tried to not let it make me mad, because Saima is usually not bad at what she does. This new lady however, has ruined my eyebrows. I gave her three chances, and after getting an EYELASH plucked (my biggest fear by the way) I was like, that's it. Not to mention the time in my car and at home I still spend plucking out SO MANY hairs she doesn't get. She leaves hair everywhere. You can feel in the way she does it that she doesn't know what she's doing, definitely not a professional. Also, she just puts alcohol on my face when she's done, which I hate. I mean come on, you can't even use the cheap witch hazel at least? It's no rose water or anything like that, but it's better than straight up alcohol. For services, it's not bad as long as you get Saima, that's the only reason this got an extra star. But honestly, I probably won't be going back. read more

My go to place when I need to get my eyebrows done ! When I found ougt Saima opened up her own place and right by my place, I stopped going to Kaya's threading. Not only is she closer to me than Kaya and a dollar cheaper (yay!), She does my eyebrows just the way I ask her to. While sometimes you have to be specific with what you want (where I feel most people don't and they complain about their brows), Saima will do so if you tell her. I always come in for a clean up and every once in awhile I ask her to add a more visible arch. She also trims it short for me cause they always get so long ! 95% of the time, I'm seated right away and out within 5 minutes.
