Been here for almost one year, best perk is the mail room and pool area. The rest is mediocre. they still haven't allowed us access to the other gate entrance. IF YOU want GUEST OVER, be prepared to drive your car down just to open the gate for the guest. Guest parking at the very top.... remotes sensors are attached to our windshield. Also terrible flooring. You can hear every SINGLE movement your upstairs neighbor does. Vacuuming, walking, breathing, subwoofers .... sounds like a marching band everyday. The tour and photos look will get you. Be advised, you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do upstairs. Only recommend this place if you live on the 5th floor: you can stomp away and there's nothing management can do. read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I sometimes wonder why this place has good reviews. Living here has been a nightmare. If you face the pool you know exactly what I'm talking about. Loud music almost every night. During the weekends you hear loud music ALL DAY long from multiple groups that don't live here. Sometimes they don't leave the pool until 1-2am. You hear people having sex in the jacuzzi. This place is a joke. We pay so much to deal with this type of shit. I have complained several times to the leasing office and they don't care. Customer service here is crap. The prior employees at the leasing office all walked out. Now we have all new people, and guess what, their customer service is even worse. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. read more

Apartments are pretty, but management isn't very proactive when it comes to fixing issues. They had a pipe burst over a month ago with several units getting affected. We were asked to leave, and it took them over two weeks to make our repairs. Nothing looks like it did when we first moved in, and let me mention we had been in our unit for less than 30 days. All the molding that was damaged was replaced with shorter molding than the previous one, so now we have different size molding on various walls. You can see the difference in the paint. That's not even the bad part. The hallways still haven't been repaired, and they don't even bother communicating with the tenants about when they will get these repairs done. It's not worth paying this much for a place that looks unfinished. I put pictures so you guys can see what a dump this is. They have all the COVID "restrictions" that only some people follow. The same tenants use the amenities past their current curfew, and no one says anything to them. When you complain, they send a community email instead of reaching out to those who are the problem. I'm not sure how the other floors are, but we are on the first floor, and now that people moved in above us, it's a nightmare! We can hear every single step they take. It's like there is a party above us, and that alone can keep people from living a tranquil life. Save your money and rent somewhere else. read more

Took a tour with Collen and loved the floor plans. Out of all the surrounding apartments, Rise has the best in unit storage and floor plan combination while still holding to a luxury standard. In unit gas stoves, washer/dryer, island, storage really sold us. Not to mention the north side doesnt face any apartment buildings. I had many concerns about the parking situation as there is currently a waitlist for additional spots, meaning 20+ residents waiting for spots will take up guest parking or the limited street parking. Although this concerns me on move in, viewing the guest parking on a weekend afternoon there are still spots available. Additionally, restrictions on guests in the common areas should limit guest parking issues. Due to the area and issues with homeless/break-ins/theft I am looking forward to the possibility of additional security cameras and patrol. read more

If you dare to rent here for the high dollar amount of rent...with no amenities available due to covid & them not completing the juice bar, weight rooms, etc !!! Think twice. If you have a life changing event like an engagement and moving, plan on paying rent for another 12 months!!!!! As I told them when I signed the contract I will probably be moving out with my boyfriend after a few months, I was told that wouldn't be a problem but there would be incidentals! When I asked what the "incidentals" were as worded in the contract,(assuming it would be 1st & last month rent) I was told "I'm sure it won't be that much" but she could not give me a dollar amount when I asked for more detail, she was not able to give any so I am assuming 1st & last months rent.(approx $5000) Nope!!! Thousands were added on!! Renting 2 places broke me, my credit is ruined, Dog park is shared with all of Anaheim(they don't tell you that either) not safe, guys on bikes with back packs at night when taking your dog out! Anyone can drive up to any floor and park by you!! read more

They are literally terrible, they lie about where you can park and then your car gets towed, they never come fix things and they don't have a clue how to manage an apartment complex. We need New management, or talk to higher ups this place is completely falling apartment, elevators stay broken and problems inside the apartment they come to fix a month later. You literally have to bug them over and over to help fix a problem that you pay over 2500 dollars for a month to live. Management does nothing to help anyone they say they will get back to you and never do and all my neighbors are letting me know they are moving because of how bad this place is. read more

This place was great when we moved in, and it treated us good with the new management. Until the new management took over. Now on the last night of our lease they stole my VEHICLE! My freaking car!? How does that happen!? How are residents not guaranteed the safety of their their car? This is outrages, how are there no guidelines no sense of direction with what to do? "FiLe a PoLicE RePoRt" Yeah no sh!t Sherlock. How is this place going to charge us more than $2900 and they have no security and the gates don't lock. This place is ridiculous. To all current residents, lock your car. Install trackers, AirTags, don't keep any expensive belongings. This place sucks. Oh and they hit my car In My parking spot and management didn't even have the Curtesy to pull up any footage. P.S. We moved into Jefferson Rise before covid hit and we were helped by Natalie and Realeein for the move in. They were both great and always went above and beyond to fix any issues that we had. After moving in we mostly delt with Natalie and Simon, both again always went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed and they always had a smile. Ben the service manager was friendly and alway encouraged us to give him a call if we ever needed anything, when we did have to reach out to Ben that did not change he was always very professional and and friendly. We did enjoy our time a Jefferson Rise, the staff was always amazing. I would also like to mention the staff does s great job with cleaning during this Covid outbreak, I always see the cleaning staff working hard to keep the place disinfected and clean. read more

For a new building in the area the place really fell apart quickly. The flood on the first floor took months for the building to clean up after (probably makeshift work so beware of possible mold if renting in any unit by the basketball court - not that you would want to with the constant noise outside your home). The fire on 4th of July was a fun experience (again beware if living in the units overlooking the pool outside the trash room on any level). The door locks to the building are either all broken or about to break, but the residents who don't clean up after their pets outside the doors can be seen as an extra layer of security. Speaking of dogs, everyone has one or three. I felt bad for my pup because I felt disgusted taking her on walks around the building for fear she'll get sick from all the waste that is laying around. Typical parking woes for residences with more than one car, and guest spots are diamonds in the rough. Standard procedure upon move out of getting billed for everything with no reasoning/itemized costs with labor and cost of goods. Just keep calling all the time and be annoying and you'll get things taken care of hopefully. Goodluck! read more

If you are looking for a office staff that answers the phone responds to messages or helps you in times of need look elsewhere RUN AWAY GUYS. I've lived here for almost a year yes i love the actual apartment itself and the maintenance crew but the community, office staff is garbage. My car was stolen 2/23/22 from the parking garage I had to ask multiple times for them to help look at cameras for footage then they wouldn't tell me what kind of truck helped steal my car ! I don't feel safe here they only have cameras that face the elevator no cameras in the hallways no cameras that face our vehicles. They also didn't send a message out to every one that lives here to look out for that truck that helped steal my car from my parking spot or just to let them know to be careful because our gated community is always being watched by thieves. they recently switched management and they both sucked grey star and this new management. Kennith west needs to work on his management skills and turn this place around . they need to hire people that answer the phone and add more cameras !! Elevators not working, gym broken, The phone signal is the worst. someone broke into my storage stole my 5k mountain bike like if someone had the key told office about it y se hacen pendejos!!!
