The Strawberry Moon over the Platinum Triangle was awesome to see. It was very large when it began to rise.

Everyone BE AWARE AT 1818 in unit 160 there's a full on Beauty salon supply going on since 2021 the unlicensed hair stylist also sold quesadillas at one point to all the customers and I was under the impression the leasing office was okay with that due to the fact that their head of maintenance gets a haircut by the tenants wife who's is NOT a licensed hair stylist and is not even in the contract. Sadly No body residing in this unit and the sole purpose of this rental is to run this business that's why it was picked strategically at the corner next to Mac Donald's with no neighbors in front to avoid the foot traffic to be seen by neighbors it's so sad for the people who are looking to rent a 2 Bd 2bth apt at 1818 and want to legitimately live there can't because there's not units available at times. You can see how the entrance is a safety hazard when you enter the unit by the piles of milk boxes illegally stolen from the Trader Joe's in Tustin. As you enter you feel like all those boxes will fall on top of you. The fact that the salon is located in a luxury apartment give the hair dresser the right to charge $500 for a color or high lights omg how can she charge that much without having a legal cosmetology licensed?!? Oh yeah because she is doing hair at a premium luxury location that's why the price must match the luxurious area. What about all the tenants in the waiting list for a 2 car garage and they are using the space clearly for storage not for cars!! There's residents who actually need to park their cars. I call everyone that's a witness of this major illegal business operations from 1818 apartments Rise apartments Jefferson Edge apartments and Revo Jefferson Platinum triangle also known as Paramount Platinum triangle apartments who are all managed by Graystar to come forward and put all the the evidence together to make this management accountable for allowing such profitable businesses to take place. We should all make a big complaint to the owner of graystar Mr. BOB FAITH and let him know that his management staff are the worse in multiple properties. The Irvine company management is also failing to provide a safe community at Gateway apartments homes by allowing their tenant to rent out their amenities for parties to strangers non residents like at REVO and they also have airbnbs going on here's the evidence!!! No community is safe from illicit activities nowadays even if you pay the highest rents they think that just because they claim to be luxurious they are safe but it's not true! Most of the cases of human trafficking and high end brothels are set up in luxury apartments because that's where the people would expect those things going on according to the national news!!!!! All this illegal things going on in high end Luxury apartments apparently it's very common. So why pay such a high rent when clearly it's not the safest place to live!??? Feel free to just copy and paste the links so you can see the evidence for yourself. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PIBZP2h_bk0 https://www.ocregister.com/2017/02/03/man-charged-with-running-brothel-with-29-prostitutes-at-irvine-luxury-apartments/amp/ https://truecrimedaily.com/2017/02/03/pair-charged-with-running-brothel-out-of-high-end-irvine-apartments/ https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/south-bay/high-end-apartments-in-milpitas-transformed-into-brothels-tied-to-human-trafficking/2568299/?amp=1 https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2023/11/22/politics/two-detained-high-end-brothel-case/index.html https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2023/11/13/politics/brothel-ring-court-appearance/index.html

Anytime we put in a work order, they're here either the same day or the next to fix the issue, and we've never had to worry about getting someone out here! Thank you to Ricardo and the rest of the maintenance team!

I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

A variety of unfortunate "coincidences" have happened to me. My car was vandalized more than five times, my laundry was vandalized and the neighbors are constantly banging on the walls and dragging chairs, which should be expected of the lower classes. Unfortunately, this property is centered on catering to tenants with dogs. The manager keeps her dog in the office. The grass is just a toilet for dogs and isn't fit for recreational use. The most egregious act by The Management Works is when they were uncooperative with the police by refusing to release video surveillance showing suspects. This happened much more than once. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I developed fibromyalgia this past year, it's caused by trauma. Freedom is a right.

It's quiet and even though it's on a main street, La Palma Ave., you'll never have an issue exiting the complex as the traffic is never bad. Also, freeways are right down the street, like the 91 and the 5. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live. It's not luxurious but it is quaint and it offers a nice little pool, bbq area, two laundry rooms, and pets are allowed. Pricing is also fair in my opinion. Never had an issue with crime either. I would 100% move back here when a two bedroom opens up.
