The staff here is amazing. They are supportive and helpful when needing services in the apartment or with packages that are stated "delivered". Just recently did a unit transfer which went smoothly and fast. They were helpful along the way and answered all my questions when I would call. Gracy, Kallen, Jiovanna are the three girls I can count on to help me out with my service tickets, general questions, and pretty much everything in between! Both apartments that I have gotten here have been super clean and well maintained. This is definitely a spot to be at to be living. Family friendly, pet friendly, and has amazing amenities. I'm coming up on my one-year anniversary of living at The George, and overall I've really enjoyed living here. The property itself is beautiful, the units are spacious, and the rooftop pool area and gym are always kept very clean and looking great. One thing I really appreciate is that I feel safe living here. Even though we're in Anaheim, there is security on-site and always around the property keeping an eye out. The building access system is also very secure, which can sometimes feel a little inconvenient when guests visit, but I actually appreciate how seriously they take safety. The leasing office team is honestly one of the best I've experienced in apartment living. They're very attentive, responsive, and go above and beyond to help residents. Whether it's assisting with access for a cleaning service, dog sitter, or helping resolve an issue, they are always willing to help and make life easier for residents. They genuinely listen to concerns and do their best to address them, which makes a big difference. One of the more frustrating parts of living here, however, has to do with some residents not being respectful of shared spaces. Unfortunately, there are people who don't pick up after their pets, which can make some of the dog walking areas pretty dirty at times. The leasing office does send reminders and encourages residents to clean up after their pets whenever concerns are raised, but I do wish there were stricter policies or enforcement around this. Another small downside is noise from time to time. It's generally a very lively and happy place to live, but occasionally residents will have parties that can be heard from other floors. It doesn't happen constantly, but maybe once in a while it can get a little loud. Overall though, my experience living at The George has been very positive. It's honestly embarrassing how desperate they are to squeeze money out of former residents. They provide zero proof, just random charges they expect you to pay without question. I've lived at The George for almost two years now. My favorite thing about living here is the community hand down! I've come across so many neighbors who turned into great friends and family! Maintenance requests are completed within 1-2 days after being submitted. The leasing office staff is always helpful, send emails/texts about events theyre hosting, the weekly food trucks at your doorstep, and the office ladies are always friendly and say hi to residents when they're walking around the property. I lived at The George for two years. Every community has its pros and cons right? Our first year went fine we were sold on the community, amenities... the rooftop amenities and gym were great! The second year was when things changed a lot. The team at the office came and went but most were helpful. Kalen is someone that was always caring and willing to listen. I think David was temp help and he was helpful too. But Kalen helped me through some tough situations with residents. The rest of the staff can't say too many good things about them. Some say they had great experiences with them in reviews, but the only person worth calling out is Kalen in my opinion. Also gotta call out the maintenance team and staff that keep the grounds clean! They were also amazing and sweet people, they always said hi in passing and I felt bad that they had such hard jobs cleaning up residents messes. People would liter, drink on the street across from leasing and just dump all sorts of things. They kept up with a lot and were nice people. The crowd and parking garage were major issues. The second year was when I noticed more parties, people, and I mean adults, not children running through the hallways and acting as if it was a college dorm. Constant noise complaints to the office and it just attracted young party people that didn't care about other residents. I had people below and above me partying and playing house music all day. By then I'd had enough and had to move out. Parking is also a major issue given baseball games and events at the Angels stadium. People are always tailgating to park in the garage and it's difficult to find parking on the floor you live on, on the weekends. They say they will tow without permits but the tow truck can tow so many cars at once. People also speed through the garage, I've almost been hit head on a few times. Also a tip on location. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise avoid renting an apartment on DuPont. This is where the entrance to the parking garage is and where everyone basically gets dropped off or picked up. People waiting for rides are loud and constantly talking which is natural but it's very annoying when the bedroom window is facing this street. In short the place looks great from the outside, amenities are a flex but overall it attracts a certain crowd that wasn't the best fit for me. The team tried to help with some issues but it wasn't worth the trouble for me after my second year. I wish I could have stayed longer but it didn't fit my lifestyle needs. read more

I finally moved out -- and not a moment too soon. After everything I dealt with living here, I can confidently say: this place is NOT worth the price you pay. The final straw? Management kept my entire deposit and even charged extra fees on top of that, despite admitting in emails that there were no damages caused by us. For those who don't know, in California, landlords cannot legally charge tenants for normal wear and tear--that's their responsibility. Yet here, they still hit us with absurd fees: cleaning, carpet, and painting costs, with no justification. We left the apartment clean (we even have video proof), and Susie from the office told us not to clean because "they'd be cleaning it anyway and charging us." Seems like a setup. Let's talk about what "luxury living" actually means here: * Outdated appliances * Broken gym equipment * A rooftop TV that's half broken * Fire pits that don't work * Frequent water shutoffs (some tenants went days without hot or running water--still got charged full price) * Mice, rats, fleas, and constant pet urine smells * Leaking ceiling lights flooding the unit (and we got scolded for not putting a bucket under it) * Laundry machines that ruin your clothes * Broken or useless security cameras, even when crimes or break-ins are reported Oh, and when things go wrong? Management is dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Their idea of "luxury perks" is $25 gift cards or Angels tickets (which most people here don't want). This complex is falling apart from the inside out and instead of fixing anything, they're squeezing tenants for every dollar on the way out. It's sketchy, it's dishonest, and honestly, it feels like a scam. I'm relieved to be out of this place, but I'm disgusted that despite everything, they still found a way to take more from us. I have had minor issues like our ice maker not working and dish washer not working well - but maitence came pretty quick and is taking care of that issue . I officially moved out of this place April 5! And I was told by them don't bother cleaning, but that seemed like such a weird statement so of course I vacuumed and cleaned one last time before turning in my keys! BUT yes like other reviews have stated don't even bother because your whole deposit they keep & then bill you even more. I tried to dispute it because of all the trauma this place has left me. I even stated that in my email to Susie that even after all the clothes that got ruined, staff being rude to me, breathing in dryer exhaust, having to catch a mouse, fleas filling my apartment, lack of security so a homeless man was caught pleasuring himself in the stairwell, cars getting broken into, floods are very common and water shut offs! everything here is literally falling apart, I still have friends that live here who said the big screen on the roof has been broken for weeks now. Even after everything I endured I just wanted to leave this place and I didn't care about my whole deposit getting taken but now they want even more money from me! It's actually insane. Please do not move here. It's a party apartment and I get that if you want to have fun and meet new people it is very appealing but the cost of living here and all that you will go through is not worth it. You can see my past reviews from when I was living here how they would reply they want to discuss this in person and not over Yelp but there's not point in discussing anything with them because they don't care about you. They'll sometimes try to butter you up with a gift card for $25 which they have done multiple times but that doesn't compensate what the residents go through here. My last apartment in LA gave me almost half my deposit back so I know it's possible for them to not have charged me this much. read more

I'll just copy and paste what I sent the manager who never responded to me after asking if I had any feedback. They also take your entire deposit for cleaning so don't bother cleaning up before you leave like I did. Noise Disturbances: For example, just now at 2:50 a.m., 12/01/25, there is an apartment where loud music is being played (even sounds like a DJ is there) accompanied by excessive noise from laughter and conversation. While I consider myself patient and reasonable, this has been a recurring issue. I've found that some residents are consistently rude, inconsiderate, and seem to feel entitled to disregard others' peace and quiet in the later hours of the night. Lack of Cleanliness: On multiple occasions, I have noticed trash bags and even dog waste left in the stairways, hallways, and elevators. Given the rent I pay, I believe it's reasonable to expect a higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep in shared spaces. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi in this unit has been consistently poor, with little to no signal in my bedroom, affecting both my cell phone and TV service. While one of the leasing agents had mentioned the WiFi being bad in passing when I first moved in I believe this should be formally disclosed to potential tenants. It's a significant inconvenience and one that should be addressed. Overall Community Culture: At first, I was excited about the vibrant atmosphere, but over time, I've come to realize that the party culture here, while it can be appealing, is not conducive to a peaceful living environment. The frequent loud parties and disruptive behavior have made it difficult to enjoy a quiet and restful living space. The residents also drive recklessly in the parking structure, leave trash wherever they want, and are sometimes unwelcoming and cause an uncomfortable space on the rooftop the few times I decided to use it with some friends. read more
