    Unfortunately, today someone stole my Tesla adaptor and a piece of my charger. It is really easy for people to enter the parking lot as they can just enter right after someone. Also there is no camera near the charging spots which is not safe and I do not know why. This should be solved asap. Also the gates for the parking lots are always either not working or damaged. This is not safe and very dangerous. I do not recommend charging your cars at Eleven10 or lock your chargers if you can. Many random people come to the parking lots and steel chargers or charge their cars there even if they are not residents. This is not cool and should be monitored and resolved.

    Tania was the person who worked with me when I applied to live here, loved her. Natalie was also working here at the time. Both of them are gone but Britney is here! She's my favorite. I love her energy she's on top of everything and accommodates all the tenants here. Maintenance team is AWESOME! Shoutout to Victor and Jesse for always getting everything handled. They get work orders done extremely fast and with a great attitude. I've never seen a team work this efficiently in the many apartments I've lived in. They also have monthly community events and they post flyers in the elevator for pop up vendors to help promote other businesses and spread awareness for events around the town. I have an electric vehicle and everyone who lives here gets to charge their cars. The neighbors are like family. It's classy, clean and luxurious. Not one steals I've had a Louis wallet returned to me from the pool area. And others have returned AirPods from the gym. All of the equipment is still there. We all really know how to take care of this place and make it feel like home.

    My point exactly, as you can see by the response to my prior review, completely disregard issues, and blame it on a misunderstanding. That's what I call a corporate copy & paste response. Was it a misunderstanding to take away my portal to pay rent? Was it a misunderstanding to take away the ability to just pay the rent at the apartment? Was it a misunderstanding when you make your tenants pay for a cashier's check, pay for a certified letter, and go to the post office out of inconvenience to mail a check that would more or less go to the same place? How about the misunderstandings of the Air B&Bs in the apartment? Or the misunderstanding of the garage door being broken multiple times, not to mention has been down before the New Year and is still down? Can we discuss the misunderstanding of raising the rent and then making the apartment progressively worst? What about the rest of the complaints' misunderstandings? Was it a misunderstanding when you come and put a note on my door, and tell me eviction will start processing? The grief this place has caused is beyond a misunderstanding, beyond simply just a cookie-cutter copy-and-paste response. I refuse to take a misunderstanding as a valid and appropriate response. I don't want any misunderstandings, I want answers and a solution. For a place you want to call home, there seem to be so many inconveniences. The response I get from management is not a solution, it's a bandaid and avoiding the real issues. I accept the apology if Brittany is giving one. But I will not accept any other "misunderstandings" in regards to the inconveniences that you've opposed not just me, but the neighbors around me. They're all complaining as well. Listening to your customers and adjusting accordingly is the 20th-century motto. Look at the current economic state and just assess your current standing. Housing will always lag behind the economy but will eventually catch up, and the only people that are currently paying rent at your apartment are going to be the worst missed opportunities you've got when no one can afford this place any longer, and the ones that do would much rather prefer living elsewhere. I'll continue to advise people of my complaints and simply voice my concerns to anyone planning to stay here. Until appropriate action, response, and solutions have been placed. Just to update you. I come back from being on base, at 4AM, both gates are broken. With no where to park without "tow" sign. This is what you pay for, a premium.

    Hello, From day 1, Alex and Paul have been nothing but EVERYTHING!!! They should set the example of how leasing agents should be. Friendly Knowledgeable Informing Very friendly to my grandson The building and apartment make you want to come home! Small issues that could have been turned into large ones were addressed right away. Cleanliness and feeling safe, rated high! My family and I look forward to longevity in our new home.     Writing another review as things just keep progressively getting worse. The elevator is either broken or constantly dirty. I send all my packages to my friends' homes as packages here continuously get stolen. Late at night, there are people screaming in the driveway. The office staff never picks up the phone. And in January of 2022 there was a dumpster fire that was apparently caused by a nonresident on purpose. The apartment and the surrounding area and elevators are littered with trash and dog poop and pee. In addition to all this, apparently, there are Airbnb's here in the building as I found a couple of listings on Airbnb The office staff appears nice and welcoming until you actually move in and you're locked into a lease. For the high price tag, this place is not worth it!

    Just wanted to drop a shoutout to the Eleven10 staff: Jesse, Thania, Brittany and Victor. They're always quick to respond and get back to me for any requests and inquiries. I honestly don't know how they take care of as many residents as they do. They wear a lot of hats and always willing to go the extra mile with a positive attitude. My daughter (now 4) and I have been residents for 4 years, recently calls anyone from the Eleven10 team, "our people" when she sees them. And I think that's pretty well said and a great way to sum it up! Lol Thanks again! - Kim & Bella

    I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.
