Miguel, the maintenance manager at Garrison, is incredibly friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He is also very efficient, proactive, and always respectful of our living space. We've had a great experience with how quickly and professionally maintenance requests are handled here. In the time we've lived here, we've only had two issues, and both were resolved promptly and with care. Cars get broken into because the gate is open 99 percent of the time. The office is incompetent and cannot keep the gate closed. Then they won't share the footage with you to see who broke into your car. The gate's been broken for the past 4 months and no repairs have been made. read more

The community is well maintained, the staff has always been friendly and responsive, and any questions or concerns are handled smoothly. What a gem of an apartment! Two years ago we moved from the Bay Area and applied to this apartment without even seeing it in person! (Our first apartment ever) This place was top notch with an amazing staff James, Karen and Keith. Whenever we had an issue with something little, they were on top of it. Seriously no complaints with this spot we were very lucky to live here. The location is perfect 10/10 apartment! First off I would like to thank Ariana Ferguson for making my tour and applying process so easy. To start off; I called, left a VM asking for a call back because I was interested in touring a unit I saw on apartments.com and she was quick to call me back and schedule an appointment for me. I asked if they were available on the weekends, she stated they were closed, so I asked if I could tour on Thursday right after I get off work. I told her I would be there by 5:00, she stated that would work and even offered to stay late if needed. Ariana has a great personality, and was very professional. She made the tour so much fun, was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything at this complex. After the tour we sat down, talked about the monthly rate and asked her if I could call my fiance to discuss everything with him before I put down the deposit. After my fiance gave me the go ahead we filled out the application and gave the deposit, Ariana didn't rush to get me out of the office as it was already after 6pm and the office was closed. This whole experience with Ariana has been nothing but great and such an easy process for me. I cannot wait to move in and call Garrison my new home. read more

If you're young, don't mind noise and smells coming from every possible direction, and want to live in a newer "modern" apartment in a pretty good location, then you can consider this place. But it also depends how much you're willing to pay for this kind of quality (or lack thereof) if you don't qualify in the low income brackets. I broke my lease here early and paid the fines of several thousand dollars to get out of here and live somewhere else. The floors, walls, ceilings, and windows are thin to a mind-blowing extent. The inside finishes feel cheap and sometimes poorly designed (opposing doors opening into each other). The apartment living experience is very dependent on your neighbors and is a crap shoot, but the ability of this place to attract mentally unstable (crazy woman down the hall harassed other residents and filed a bogus restraining order on me until she got evicted) and completely inconsiderate residents (people who leave crazy barking dogs alone in the house with the window open, people who sing horribly and obnoxiously at 6am, people who have sex that sounds like bloody murder at 4am) is the icing on the cake. They don't even have a way to receive packages consistently, and most just sit in this general area on a table that anyone could grab as they please. If it weren't for the attentive and sweet team members here like Kayla and Tyler, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. read more

If you are looking for amenities this property is a total waste of time. They do not have a pool, the gym is very poor with primitive equipment not to mention it is the size of a sardine can. Speaking of a sardine can the hot tub in no bigger then a pothole. Now for the best part. If you have more than one car and require 2 parking spots ,you better know how to use a car lift. Prior to moving in I would recommend go to your local mechanic and get some lessons, (the car lift looks very unstable and probably not fit to lift a toy car ). Furthermore management is as useful as tits on a bull. Whomever gave them a good yelp probably works for this company. I would give zero stars if i can read more

I toured this community and applied instantly. After applying and getting approved I did ask to have the move in date pushed back 3 weeks, because I wouldn't be able to pay rent at 2 apartments for such a long period of time. They told me they could not push back 3 weeks so I went ahead and canceled (which I have yet to receive my refundable deposit). I later emailed them asking if they would reconsider as it had yet to be rented and another unit also became available. They still said no. Today about 2 weeks from the original application my friend called and inquired on the apartment for herself. They offered her 3 weeks to move in. So my boyfriend called them back and spoke to Ariana. They did get into a bit of an argument on the phone. She told him if we want to reapply we can but she isn't saying that we could have that same move in date of 3 weeks from now. She could not give an answer as to why 3 weeks was okay for my friend but not for us. It's just so crazy because we've already done all the paperwork. Ariana suggested that if we weren't happy with this that we apply elsewhere suggesting The George apartments. These discriminatory acts are disgusting. read more

Keith is the best. We have had several issues in our one year here including refrigerator, sink and air conditioning problems but Keith is always extremely responsive and prompt. Gets the job done the first time and is very knowledgeable and vocal as to what the issue was so we can spot them in the future. read more
