The bowling alleys always broken. It never works.
David R.

I moved into these apartments in 2020 and initially enjoyed living here. However, the quality and management of the property have significantly declined. The community feels abandoned, with very few residents remaining. Items were stolen from my storage cage in the garage, and when I reported it to the leasing office, they questioned my entitlement to the storage space, despite my having it for four years since I moved in. While they denied having video evidence of the theft, one of their employees confirmed the stolen items were mine. On three occasions, they claimed not to have surveillance footage but showed me photos instead. More troubling, a new security guard was caught taking photos and videos of my belongings and sharing them with a friend via Facebook Messenger shortly before they were stolen. While the leasing office assured me this guard would no longer be employed, he is still working on-site. He has even attempted to provoke me by asking which apartment I live in. The property is poorly maintained--there are roaches in the hallways, which is embarrassing when hosting guests. Additionally, amenities like the bowling alley are in disrepair, with equipment breaking down after two frames, and it no longer lights up at night. Due to these issues, I will be moving out as soon as possible and cannot recommend these apartments to anyone. The lack of management accountability and declining living conditions have made this a deeply disappointing experience. $2200 times 55 equals= $121000.00 and they prefer protecting a thief then their resident so that they can avoid any possible liability. It's disgusting.

Don't be fooled by the roof top and amenities, this place is simply just trash. The new manager Susie is the worst manager this place has had in a long time. Everything is always broken from gate doors to the amenities, to the pool speakers. The complex is always dirty and smells horrible. Cars are being broken into. Stay away!!!!

Stay away. I'm writing this review a bit late. I stayed here from July 2018 to July 2019. Couldn't wait to get out. It's alluring at first with the rooftop amenities, but the million other things that go wrong will make you want to leave. I had to come up with a new review because the one I originally wrote in google docs was 4 pages single spaced: all complaints. Parking structure is a nightmare. It's barely narrow enough for 2 normal sized cars to pass each other. People drive insanely fast despite the ANNOYING speed bumps. If you drive anything like a bmw m3 you're going to absolutely hate driving through the structure. Truck/SUV drivers fly passed and park horribly so that half their truck is in the driving lane. People abuse the fire lanes outside and I CONSTANTLY had to ask people to move their cars just so I could get into the structure itself. Complained to the staff many, many times about this to the point where they started getting annoyed. Well, if you actually did anything about it, I would've stopped complaining. Most of the residents are rich overseas travelers/students who violate all rules, throw their trash on the floor as if a roomba is following them (even in the hallways). Half the people can't even be bothered to open the trash chute and throw it in there, but instead simply leave their trash bags on the floor next to the chute. Too many doors and different keys. I know this sounds dumb, but you need the key fob to get into the complex itself, then a garage key to open the hallway doors (which are heavy and close fast, not ideal when carrying grocery bags, let alone large items). Plus the garage keys don't work half the time and the staff takes a month to fix it. Mail room is cool, but horribly mismanaged. All the slots of full, people steal packages, and the staff doesn't care about your stuff. I'm skipping all the other garbage... Here's the kicker. Never received a notice to tell them I was moving out (nor did my roommate). So we were forced to pay an extra 2 months rent WHILE NOT LIVING THERE. When I told the manager that we didn't get the notice, she opened her binder, pulled out a perfect original that has clearly never seen the light of day, and her response was "the original is right here." That's it. That was her whole argument. How does an original in a binder show that the notice was delivered? Why wasn't there a follow up? Don't you want to know if your tenants are staying or leaving? Idiots. That's the type of service you will get after you sign your life away. But don't worry, they're SUPER NICE about everything before you sign. Total waste of money. I wouldn't come back here if they paid me.

If you are looking for a high end and upscale luxury apartment with outstanding amenities, this would be the place for you. I have a friend, who lives in the Penthouse of this building. He has been trying to get me to move in here. First of all, this place is in a desirable area - South Coast Metro. It is also a short drive to Fashion Island, Newport Beach, Balboa, Irvine, Huntington Beach. It has valet service for friends/family 24/7. If the parking Is full, there is a parking structure next door and it is free. This place is modern/contemporary in design and has open floor plan. Some of the luxury amenities are: 24/7 doorman, valet service, club house, dry cleaning service, gated community that can only be access with key fob, fitness center, BBQ area, bowling alley, massage/manicure/pedicure spa room, concierge service for your package, furnished apartments, pool table, table tennis, shuffle board, card table, housekeeping, private cabanas, outdoor theater and salt water pool. Also their roof top is amazing, which you can see amazing views of the city This place is not cheap. You pay for what you get. 1 bed room, 1 bath $2100- $2300 2 beds, 2 baths $2600-$2900 3 beds, 2 baths $3500-$4000 They have concierge service with onsite management/maintenance. Overall, this place will appeal to people, who wants luxurious living, but doesn't want to maintain a estate home or mansion For myself, I rather buy a home with the amount I would spent here vs paying rent. However, It is nice to see how other wealthy people live. I can't wait to return for another day of upscale living

Anytime we put in a work order, they're here either the same day or the next to fix the issue, and we've never had to worry about getting someone out here! Thank you to Ricardo and the rest of the maintenance team!

I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

Location: Super close to freeway entrances. You are in the heart of OC, what more could you want. The Santiago Park nearby is sooo well kept and pleasant. Open tennis courts as well! Mother's market, olive garden, chipotle, habit grill, and donerG is also a walk-able food option. Safety/ parking: The apartment complex itself is very safe. I haven't had any problem with theft of packages, people parking in my parking spot, or guest parking running out. There are plentiful guest parking spots, very rarely do I have to have guests park in the Mother's market lot and walk over. Noise (in apartment): SOUND PROOF. I barely hear anything from next-door neighbors or outside in the halls. Them front doors be THICK. You might hear upstairs neighbors if they have a heavy foot, but otherwise no complaints. The only thing is that if you choose a unit facing the alleyway, the trash trucks come like 2x a week super early in the morning... so beware of that and wear earplugs Management: I first joined the community with Michael and Bryant were still around running the leasing office. They hosted super cool community events, and even a grand luau for the whole complex! It was always a joy to see them around. The new staff members are also very helpful and friendly! One instance, I had an issue with my parking spot and mentioned it to Natalie in the leasing office. Without hesitation, she moved my tandem spot to another one that was available AND was closer to the elevator leading up to my unit! 10/10 miss her so much That being said, the leasing office is SUPER responsive. They are reliable and the maintenance staff is also A+. When you submit/ call for a request for something to be fixed in your apartment, IT ACTUALLY GETS DONE SUPER QUICKLY! Customer service is no joke around here, I feel like any other place I've lived before, or will live in the future, cannot top it. Amenities: clean and almost always empty. Residents don't often use the common areas or tech lounge, so more for you! The pool is also usually quiet :) Gym probably gets used the most but I haven't had a problem with people hogging equipment. Cost: Technically, this complex is within the Santa Ana zipcode, even though it borders Orange. Santa Ana rent prices and rent laws are very nice :) Move-in/Move-out: they have a service elevator which you can reserve for a couple hours if you have a large trunk or uhaul filled with stuff. Luckily, I lived right next to it and it was the easiest move-in/out process ever. My review is getting long, but 10/10 would recommend! I am not a bot, I just love this apartment complex so much and I will dearly miss calling this place my home
