El Rinconcito, de los dos sirve. 0 stars.
    Leonarda D.

Terrible, and they charge even for the containers of the food the serve. For example $0.40 cents for a soup container. I have never heard of such a thing. This was to be a decent place not anymore.

    Quiet before the dinner rush.

Disappointing. Pan con bistec, (steak sandwich) was okay but not up to Cuban standards. The meat had no flavor. So skip it. The tamale was delicious! That I would recommend. Place was empty never a good sign on a Friday afternoon.

Voy regularmente a este restaurante , me encanta el ambiente y la comida cubana que hacen , en esta ocasión mi orden fue grande para mi cumple y todos mis invitados quedaron enamorados , estaré ordenando para navidad también

Where to start! The food in this place is amongst the worst I have ever had! The food is entirely tasteless the meat tough the rice sticky and the tostones stale !!! Steer clear of this disgusting overpriced establishment! I don't understand how it has not gone out of business!

Does this look like a proper Arroz Con Pollo y Maduros to you???
    Luis C.

Only giving it one because I can't give zeros. Been ordering from there for years because it's very close to our house, but this was the sorriest, most flavorless, and completely inedible Cuban Arroz con Pollo. Literally came with 3 maduros, 3! Tiny pieces of green pepper when obviously there are more veggies, and it was a small thigh and leg. Basically paid $13 for a lot of flavorless yellow rice. The sopa de malanga was also pretty flavorless but expected, and the sopa de pollo was ok. Either the cook isn't Cuban, they're getting stingy, or both. Anyway, not going there again. I'd rather make it at home from now on. As a matter of fact, would rather drive a few blocks up and have Thai or Japanese instead of this.

Chicken skin in a vaca frita de pollo.

Ordered from this place from Uber eats. I ordered the pollo vaca frita, and it was horrible. It was chicken drumsticks chopped into pieces with no flavor. Literally the skin of drumsticks was in the food. I got for my kid calamari and they were soggy. The chicken soup my girl received had no chicken. This was not good Hispanic food. Specially with casavanna and Sergio's close by.

From the second you pull up the driveway, you are greeted by rolling rows of vines and an atmosphere that instantly makes you drop your shoulders and relax. It completely lives up to its name--the vibe is effortlessly mellow, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Here is why this place has officially become my absolute favorite spot: 1. The Wine & Food Pairings are Masterful The culinary team here clearly works hand-in-hand with the winemakers, because the pairings are flawless. We started with a crisp, beautifully balanced white blend paired with an artisanal charcuterie board featuring locally sourced cheeses and a phenomenal house-made fig jam. For the main course, the slow-braised short rib literally melted off the bone, and when paired with their estate estate Syrah, it was pure magic. Every bite was an absolute home run. 2. Breathtaking Atmosphere & Ambiance The design of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between rustic vineyard charm and modern elegance. We sat out on the covered patio, which offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the vineyard. As the sun began to set, they lit the fire pits and turned on string lights, creating an incredibly romantic, warm glow across the entire space. It's the kind of environment where you just want to linger for hours over dessert and another bottle. 3. World-Class Hospitality What truly elevates Mellow Grapes is the service. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable without an ounce of pretentiousness. They walked us through the tasting notes of each wine, shared the history of the vineyard, and gave us brilliant recommendations based on our personal palates. The pace of the meal was perfect--we never felt rushed, yet we were perfectly looked after the entire evening. The Verdict Mellow Grapes is an absolute gem. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a perfect date night, or just want to treat yourself to an exquisite meal and fantastic wine, this place delivers on every front. The passion behind the food, the wine, and the hospitality is evident in every single detail. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit. Cheers to the team for creating such a spectacular experience!

Instead, we were sat at the smallest bar seating, which was completely inappropriate and not romantic at all for an occasion like Valentine's Day. As soon as we sat down, I politely asked if we could be moved. The manager then told me that I had booked bar seating, which is simply not true. Why would anyone reserve bar seating a month in advance for Valentine's Day? I checked my reservation confirmation myself and it never stated that, and I even tried making another reservation to verify ..bar seating wasn't even an option. He told us he would "see what he could do," and we were left waiting at the bar with no water, no menus, no service, and no communication whatsoever. Meanwhile, we watched multiple couples get seated at proper tables back-to-back. At one point, we even overheard another couple say their reservation was at the same time as ours, and they were seated at a table immediately. When I tried to politely ask for an update, the manager or owner completely ignored me. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. I was honestly in shock at how disrespectful and dismissive they were. We ended up getting up and leaving because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. Valentine's Day is supposed to be special, and this restaurant completely ruined that experience.

The food quality was underwhelming for the price. Buffet stations were frequently empty and took a long time to be refilled. The chicken paella was so salty it was nearly inedible, and the fried chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, the food felt more comparable to a basic hotel breakfast buffet than a $65-per-person Mother's Day event. Service was also lacking. Our waiter rarely checked on our table, and we repeatedly had to get up and seek assistance ourselves. Several aspects of the event felt misleading. There was no clear indication during booking that the event would primarily be outdoors. We were seated in one of the elevated booths in the back where the fans provided very little airflow, making it uncomfortable. The advertised "live music" consisted of a single performer who was barely audible from our table. To add to the disappointment, the waterfall walkway was closed, which was one of the features we were most looking forward to enjoying while visiting the property. The only bright spots were the woman working at the front, who was kind and professional, and the employee at the omelet station, who was friendly and attentive. We chose Schnebly's for a special Mother's Day celebration because we had high expectations for both the venue and the experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling that the event did not deliver the quality, service, or value that was advertised. I also reached out directly to management regarding these concerns and, as of the time of this review, have not received a response.

After the tasting, and keeping in mind her preference for reds, we decided to go with 2 bottles of Pinot Noir; elegant, with beautiful red fruit notes, soft tannins, and that classic silky finish that makes it so versatile and easy to enjoy. We started with the house pretzel bun with butter, which is always excellent. From the seasonal menu, we tried the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini, which were very good. For the main course, my girlfriend ordered the Blackened Ahi Tuna and I had the Shanghai Braised Short Rib; tender, perfectly cooked meat with a delicious soy-chili glaze, accompanied by roasted broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, and wasabi silky buttery mashed potatoes.
