Came here for dinner with couple friends. Parking was easy in their lot. The interior has a lot of Argentinian elements which I enjoyed. We ordered couple empanadas and sandwiches. Cane Picante and Pollo de Chorizo Empanadas (4/5) - flaky and crispy, the filling is very full. Not overly spicy, but definitely got a little kick from the spices (slightly salty, maybe I should've ordered one spicy and one traditional instead). Milanesa de Carne (3/5) - I got a half order, the portion is pretty big, the bread was pretty good, but the breaded steak was pretty dry. Overall the sandwich tasted pretty bland without added chimichurri sauce. Choripan (2/5) - the lettuce in this sandwich looked very sad, also the sausage (cut in halves) was so small, half the sandwich was empty. Would not recommend. I would recommend the empanadas, but no more sandwiches for me.

Great empanadas, traditional and caprese

Not only is this one of our favorite eateries but they do a great job with soccer all year. And for FIFA World Cup we could not have picked a better spot, empanadas galore and a wide variety of drinks for all ages and tastes. They have two smaller screens for smaller corner viewing up close but they have a jumbo size screen nearly movie size to see the full length of the eating and drinking area. We had a blast especially since the US won last night against Paraguay. I've been told that you can hardly get in if Argentina is on the screen as this owner is from Argentina and has a great following in the community. My empanadas were perfect, the gaucho and the choclo both long time faves. My husband and Yelp Friend, Vivian H , liked their empanadas and beers. I elected to take the only compromised seat in the house last night, as my vision is impaired anyway, and felt they could better appreciate the better view. But even that seat was viewable even at an extreme angle. Very cool event no matter the angle.

My friends had been here before while delivering their kid to CU Boulder and wanted to stop here to share the goodness with me. Boy, what a great find! Plus #1, the empanadas are baked! Plus #2, they have salads that you can get with their special empanada chicken filling in case you're card adverse! Parking is not a problem. There's inside and outside seating. This place was packed but the crowd moves it along pretty quickly. They have TV's for sports...get here early for a seat, this might move people every couple of hours. Definitely coming back for a try of other menu items.

This is my first time trying the Argentine food and they are absolutely delicious and good.

Now this is Argentine food!! What a great spot in Boulder. We came in on a Friday for light dinner around 5pm and we were all in love! The fast casual vibe is great and the staff is so nice. The empanadas are fantastic and everything tastes like I'm sitting in Buenos Aires! the choripán was everything and the alfajor to finish the meal (homemade too!) was the best! I cannot rave about this place anymore but you have to go if you are nearby!!

The pastry was flaky and crispy and I liked how each empanada was so full of meat. #2 Carne Picante (5/5): Not super spicy but had a little bit of kick. Great blend of flavors (I liked that the olive flavor came through but wasn't too strong). #4 Criolla (5/5): Honestly, I couldn't really tell the difference between this one and the #2. #8 Pollo Barbacoa (3/5): Not as good as the beef empanadas. The bbq seasoning and mozzarella cheese weren't really for me. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this)

#4 Criolla, #14 Hongos

They have indoor and outdoor seating, and is a great place for a quick meal. You order at the counter and grab a table number and sit. I tried the Criolla and Hongos, both were tasty in filling and had especially good pastry. The bottom was a tad soggy, but it was overall great.

This place is incredible! I am Argentine and I felt like the food was authentic and well prepared. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating area all done very tastefully and surrounded by Argentine memorabilia! It was so fun to look at the walls and see all the different pictures. Food came out fairly quick and was brought to my table indicated with a number sign they give you when you purchase your food near the entrance. Will absolutely be trying more items on the menu!

The restaurant is easy to get into but parking is limited. The restaurant is cozy and has a decent amount of seats. Ordering is easy and empanadas are delicious and filling. It's a good value for the quality of empanadas. Totally forgot I went here a long time ago. Good find again!

Best empanadas around! I gif one at the airport and hard as a rock, had to come here just to get the taste out. Eat them here or take them home, frozen. Flaky and full of great stuff. Great friendly service. To

Stopped here while in town, cheap, high quality and delicious, and the lady taking our order was very nice! Love the cute decor and home-y vibe!

I stand by my original review and say boldly that Rincon Argentino has my favorite empanadas of all time. Not to mention, their sandwiches are huge and absolutely delicious. What a great, family run business that has such a welcoming atmosphere, on point service, and some of the tastiest food on the front range. Order at the counter, get a number, and wait to be blown away

Our first dinner in Boulder was at Rincon Argentino, and it did not disappoint. You can get both empanadas or sandwiches here, and since empanadas are hard to find in our hometown, that's what we went with. When you order, you are given a number to place on your table and wait, and a server brings your order to you. It does take awhile to prepare and deliver your order, as this is not fast food. They do have some board games and puzzles available which are great for kids or kids at heart. I had a #15 Choclo empanada and a #3 Gaucho empanada. You can order the Gaucho empanada with Beyond Meat, which is what I got, and I'm thankful for so many vegetarian options here. My husband had the Gaucho empanada with real meat, the BBQ chicken empanada, and fries . We also shared a salad because we needed some vegetables in our diet after a day of hiking. All of our empanadas were delicious. This was my first time trying Beyond Meat, and while I'm not usually a big fan of meat substitutes, it was really good in an empanada. We tried the sauces, but our empanadas were flavorful even without them. I haven't been to Argentina or traveled extensively to know if these are "authentic" or not, but they sure hit the spot after a day of hiking.

Is the outdoor seating dog friendly?

Yes it is! 👍

Is there any vegan items? THANK YOU ALL I WILL BE VISITING FROM SAN ANTONIO TEXAS THE FIRST WEEK OF…

We have two vegan empanadas. The spinach empanada has fresh spinach, sautéed onions, red bell peppers, pine nuts and lemon. The mushroom empanada has three types of wild mushrooms with parsley, garlic and lemon. Hope that helps :)

It was a Friday night so we were happy to get in at all and be seated quickly. While we dined inside, their patio looked awesome too. Service was friendly, a tiny bit slow, exacerbated by how hungry I was. But nothing to worry about there as we got chips and queso and their salsa trio to start which were all delicious. If you're between those two, get the salsas. The green one in particular was delicious. The spicy margs were pretty good, not that spicy, but good. The tajin rim option was a nice touch. I got the chicken enchiladas and they were fine. I was hoping for a little more flavor with the 'Christmas style' red and green chiles.. it was more like a mole sauce and green chiles? I would go green chiles only next time. Actually the best part of the whole plate was their pinto beans that were very flavorful and spicy as well. I got all the spicy things, I'm realizing. All told, nice spot in Boulder that I enjoyed!

Very vibey in terms of its location, decor, and lively atmosphere. The four of us were sat inside at a big booth (though the patio looked delightful so maybe next time). We were all starving to put an immediate order in for the salsa flight and queso. Loved all of the above. We also put in a big pitcher of their house marg, spicy version. I thought those to be good too - not overly sweet. As for entres, the steak tacos were incredible. I was really impressed with the cut and cook of the steak. Prepared so well. And let me tell you they don't short you one portions. The taco orders come with griddled tortillas, long grain rice, cabbage escabeche, and salsa. I left full and very satisfied.

The drinks were definitely expensive, but we were happy to pay for a quality experience at an upscale restaurant. We ordered multiple appetizers, had several drinks, sat at the bar for quite a while, and honestly about to leave thinking this was a place we would probably come back to. That changed the second the bill arrived. Buried into the check was a 7% "kitchen surcharge." In other words, the restaurant decided to pass along kitchen payroll costs directly onto the customer without being upfront about it. If you're not paying close attention, you could easily end up tipping on top of that surcharge as well, essentially paying an extra hidden fee without realizing it. At a restaurant positioning itself as upscale and classy, this came across as incredibly tacky and cheap. Pay your staff properly and price your menu accordingly instead of sneaking surprise fees onto the bill at the very end. That's not hospitality. That's the kind of nickel and diming people expect from budget airlines, not a supposedly high end dining experience. It completely ruined what had otherwise been a nice night. We were seriously considering coming back before this happened. Now we won't return.

Service throughout was cheerful, thorough and we were made to feel truly welcomed which we appreciated. The building is astoundingly beautiful from the moment you walk up to the heavenly scented rose garden out front to the handmade tile building to the statues in the fountain that lend just the right amount of peaceful tranquility....it's all quite remarkable to the senses. Then comes the feast with international influences from Persia to Africa to Asia, etc, it brings a masterful collection of flavors. We ordered the bao, hummus plate and Mediterranean salad to start and all were excellent. The bao was my favorite, pillowy soft with succulent pork. For mains we ordered: the lamb shish kabebs which were as expected and served with a delicious rice and tzatziki sauce, next was the spicy Indonesian peanut noodles with chicken and this was amazingly flavorful and perfectly prepared, but our last one was my favorite and that was the African Shoko which was beef that was so tender and delicious and paired with plantains and peppers which gave it this mild sweet heat that was an absolute delight! We most certainly couldn't end the night without dessert so we opted for the chocolate espresso mousse and the Austrian apple streusel which reminded me of my Grandma in the most perfect and beautiful way, it was delicious and if I hadn't been so full I would have eaten every bite! It came with a jam, lemon curd and clotted cream for the scones. It was a lot of food so do go hungry. I made the mistaking of having a small lunch before this. The small sandwiches were so delicious! As well as the scones with the accompaniments. The cakes did not stand out to me in any way. Parking: easy, in a lot with many spaces. Food: Empanadas - shell was crispy and well-cooked. The shredded chicken filling was good, nothing special but still tasty. Would try a different filling next time. Overall rating 3/5. Cuban sandwich - the bread was thicker and more "sub"-like than many cubanos I have had in the past.
