Going to them always feels like I'm going to the Spa. All the staff and Dr are very calm, nice, and helpful. It's also smells nice and clean which puts you in a good mood right away. I had gone to the same optometrist for years and wanted to try a new place with more and better frame options for me. I was in search of Persol glasses and I saw that this place was a partner with Persol so I went in to check them out. They had A LOT of good frame choices, not even just Persols. The workers here were really nice and helped me figure out what frames I wanted. Dr. Sharon Silva was also really nice and the whole process of getting my eye exam and all of it was pretty cool! They had my name written out on a whiteboard welcoming me in, which was a very sweet touch. They said my new glasses should be ready within 2 weeks and they called me EXACTLY 2 weeks later letting me know my new glasses were ready. Right on time!!! I don't think I have ever taken the time to write a review of any type of health service in my life, but it's like everything else - when you get treated so well and the people are so lovely then you want them and others to know it. John greeted me and I was running a few minutes behind but they were extremely understanding about it. I met with the tech and I feel bad I forgot her name but she was absolutely lovely, then finally the doctor who was fantastic too. John was the star of the store and he just has such a warm, genuine way and I am sure people connect all the time with him. I wasn't supposed to go to this eye place but sadly the fires cancelled the one I waited almost 3 months for in West Hills. It was totally the right place however and I just appreciated a place where every single person working is kind, sincere, and makes it easy for you. I recently lost my glasses and had to replace them. I called my old optometry store located in the mall several times and they would place me on hold for long periods of time so I decided to make a change. I visited two optometry stores that were close to each other. The other one looked dark inside and they didn't seem very friendly. They did nothing wrong. I just didn't like the vibe. I walked into Right Vision and was immediately greeted with a warm smile. I made an appointment for the following week. The day of my appointment, I was greeted and chatted with the two front desk employees, both are very sweet and very helpful. My examination went well, and the doctor was also very nice. I picked up my new glasses about a week later. The prescription had to be adjusted and a re-examination was done and new glasses were ordered. I really appreciated the thoroughness of the doctor and felt they were really looking out for my best interest. I just picked up my new glasses yesterday and I'm very happy with them . Again everybody there is so warm and sweet. I'm very happy that my previous optometry center never came through otherwise I would never have found. Right Vision! read more

I came here to get my sunglasses fixed since I saw from someone Yelp review that they do that service here. I called first to confirm that they do offer that service and also to see how much they'll change. The lady I talked to over the phone said it should be expensive but it would really depends on the damage. For my sunglasses, I push it I'm between my body and the car seat so I think the frame just needed to be adjusted. When I got the area the shop is in, I parked in the plaza across the street where Starbucks is at and then walked to the store. I saw on the door that there additional parking in the back but I didn't know. When I walked in, I told them what I was there for and they told me to take a seat. A lady came over to help me and look at my Oakley sunglasses. She said she could adjust it and took it to the back. Within like a minute, she came back and it looks better than before. She said the frame is good because it's a Oakley brand so it's not a cheap brand. I tried it on and it felt better so I asked her how much was the service. She told me it was free so I was surprise and also happy with their amazing customer service. read more

She laughed at my son is going cross side due to a lack of classes. Now that you know the highlight let me give you the backstory. I ordered a pair of glasses two weeks before my sons optometrist appointment. Once he went to his appointment they told me that his prescription changed, I called them and gave them the new prescription. I had told him that given his current glasses were scratched, them now I would be happy to take the old prescription until the new one was made. They told me that the lab had scrapped it already, in other words thrown it away and I couldn't have either however the new prescription would count as the redo. read more

I am very happy with my experience at Right Vision Optometry. The staff are friendly, pleasant and professional. Dr. Silva was pleasant and knowledgeable. They have an incredible selection of glasses as well. I loved that they had a sign that said "Welcome Nicole!" within the room where my eyes were initially examined. It's a small detail but it really adds a comforting, personal touch. Johnny was a dream to work with. He was very patient with me as I tried on many pairs of glasses. His suggestions were great and I like that he worked with my budget. The glasses I ended up getting were probably a bit above my budget and were completely worth it. I finally look like the New York Jew that everyone thinks I am. Johnny had promised that my glasses would be ready in about a week to two weeks as well as my contacts. It took a little less than a week for them to be ready. I highly recommend Right Vision Optometry to anyone looking for a friendly and professional optometry office. I recently had an eye exam here. First the positives: 1. Reception staff are prompt and courteous. 2. The young woman who did my initial exam was nice and sweet. 3. Dr Silva is very thorough and professional. She is also very nice. 4. I liked the fact that they disinfected everything in my presence. The only drawback to this place is frame and lens prices. Even with insurance, frame prices were so insanely high that I preferred to get my glasses at Costco. I would have loved to support this business further by buying my glasses from them, but sorry I could not. May be next time, if they offer a wider price range and more variety, I will. read more
