My experience: Had water in my basement, had no idea what it was but suspected the AC was leaking based on where the water was. Gave them a call. Within a couple hours they were out there and took a look at it. At that time they couldn't say for sure so recommended I dry out the room and see if any new water forms before they tear open the furnace. Did that, left AC off all day - room was dry. Turn the AC on at night before bed, new water in the morning. Texted them to let the know and they sent someone out to do a full investigation the following afternoon. Bad evaporator. This is a big problem with a graduation party coming up on the weekend right? Nope. Got a quote right then and there and had me fixed up the next day. My husband and I went to my parents to install the new Ecobee we got them for Christmas when the furnace went out. We figured it was just a fuse so we went and got another one and put that in but still no heat. Let's face it, we're idiots when it comes to electrical work so I started searching places nearby that could come out. I figured no one one would be able to come out until after the holidays.
