After taking everything apart, they told me that I needed a new furnace but couldn't really tell me why or where the problem was. They left my house with my furnace still in pieces and said they would only come back to put it back together if I decided to order from them. I called Turner for a second look as I thought this was fishy. Steve came right out, diagnosed the issue (which didn't include buying a new furnace!) and put my existing furnace back together; all for less than what the other guy was going to charge. My furnace ran great after that and I will use them again for this year's winter tune up.

They added a pressure relief tank and turn the heat down on the tank. They even cleaned up the mess they didn't make! These guys were so fast and professional. I can't say enough about their level of service, and speed to take care of our issue. The price was fair I blieve given the situation. It was around $850 to fix an issue that probably would have cost us thousands had they not fixed it.

We've now soon after had an issue with our water heater and called another company and when they looked at the furnace to check it said it is incredibly broken and dangerously so. Although the person was kind I cannot recommend them for missing something so crucial and leaving us with a dangerous situation.

After getting several bids, we selected Lamphear Service Company (from the Grand Rapids area) to install it. Their price was amazing! We had to wait a few months until they had it in stock again (the unit is now made by Mitsubishi/ Trane) since it was so popular. Lamphere consistently exceeded our expectations.
