**WARNING: READ IF CONSIDERING THIS BUSINESSES SERVICES***…read more I had to pay $1300 up front for a bad gas valve and thermocouple on my water heater that was still under warranty. I understand the warranty doesn't cover labor. They told me they would reimburse me after the paperwork was completed and sent. They reimbursed me $300 for parts only after repeatedly asking them to turn in the paperwork that was "lost" for 4 weeks, stating that this was more than I should have gotten. The tech was here for 2 hours. So, apparently the cost of labor is $500 an hour. Don't bother asking, they will not tell you what they charge for parts or labor. It's more than most doctors and lawyers make an hour. On a positive note, if you work here, you may want to ask for a raise.

When we contacted the company they said they did not damage the dryer but gave us $200 in compensation. Now less than a year later we had to have another plumber come in to repair the work that Herrema Plumbing had done. Apparently cheap parts were used and didn't hold up at all. We paid a lot of money for shoddy workmanship!!

Was quoted SEVERAL WEEKS before they could come unless I paid an overtime premium. Herrema ws here with 2 trucks and 3 plumbers within 2 hours. Your plumbers discovered it was a pinhole leak caused by flux dripping from a pipe joint above which was installed in 1991.They quickly cut out the bad section then put a new piece. Skilled, courteous and friendly. They quickly fixed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was hundreds of dollars less than I expected. I heartily recommend them.

What an amazing experience we've had with Grapids! From start to finish the process was wonderful…read more Todd came out within hours of calling to get a quote to upgrade our furnace and add AC to our home. Our furnace was over 20 years old functioning but a bit of a head scratcher. Additionally we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. Grapids was able to subcontract that for us too. Tyler and Eric came out the very next day (bright and early) and spent the day reconstruction our HVAC system. Prior to their arrival we decided to add a humidifier to the unit. The office was seemlessly able to add that to our work order. Todd swang back out to check in on the progress and make sure we were happy. Throughout the day several members of Grapid came through to bring supplies and check in. The stars of the show were definitely Tyler and Eric who worked until after 7pm to complete the HVAC job. They worked well together and I could overhear them as I graded papers upstairs. They treated each other with respect and humor. It was so refreshing to have work done in our home by such wonderful people. They even took the time to FaceTime with my husband who was at work to show the final product and answer all of his questions. Without hesitation I will recommend Grapids (specifically Todd, Tyler and Eric) to anyone! I came back to add we had quotes from three different companies and Grapid was under the others AND included upgrading our electrical panel with one of their subcontractors.

Had a leak in the food disposal in the kitchen sink and left a message with called Cascade…read morePlumbing. They returned my call the next day and sent a plumber the same afternoon. Jon came and fixed the issue professionally. The only peeve was that though he completed the work within 30 minutes, i still got charged for an additional 15 minutes since he was in his vehicle writing up the invoice so had to pay additional $23 for the 15 minutes. The billing rate can add up quickly and expensively but the job got done properly.
