The Godwin crew on our jobs were not professional, personable, reliable... the list goes on. In fact we STILL have NOT received a quote for our water heater as they promised, now 2 weeks out...? But Ferrer Plumbing did a fantastic job. Anthony in one quick call, made an appointment to see our situation, he was great. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that average people can understand. The solution was perfect. I understand the warranty doesn't cover labor. They told me they would reimburse me after the paperwork was completed and sent. They reimbursed me $300 for parts only after repeatedly asking them to turn in the paperwork that was "lost" for 4 weeks, stating that this was more than I should have gotten. The tech was here for 2 hours. So, apparently the cost of labor is $500 an hour. Don't bother asking, they will not tell you what they charge for parts or labor. It's more than most doctors and lawyers make an hour. On a positive note, if you work here, you may want to ask for a raise.

When we contacted the company they said they did not damage the dryer but gave us $200 in compensation. Now less than a year later we had to have another plumber come in to repair the work that Herrema Plumbing had done. Apparently cheap parts were used and didn't hold up at all. We paid a lot of money for shoddy workmanship!!

Was quoted SEVERAL WEEKS before they could come unless I paid an overtime premium. Herrema ws here with 2 trucks and 3 plumbers within 2 hours. Your plumbers discovered it was a pinhole leak caused by flux dripping from a pipe joint above which was installed in 1991.They quickly cut out the bad section then put a new piece. Skilled, courteous and friendly. They quickly fixed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was hundreds of dollars less than I expected. I heartily recommend them.

Plastic was to be layed in the basement where they were working and ended up tracking oil all over the floor. Some kind of grease or oil was spilled in the driveway. I contacted them two days after the work. It took a while for them to get back with me. The dispatch team was too busy or they would set up an appt, not show, and sometimes reschedule. I had to keep calling and making a longer story short they finally came out two months later. They cleaned the spots with cleaner that didn't work so I bought something to try myself. I worked at it and got about half the stain off but still bad. The stain was baked in by the sun by this time. It was on them to clean. I'm 73 female and this is ridiculous. Their customer service has a lot of room for improvement!

Jon came and fixed the issue professionally. The only peeve was that though he completed the work within 30 minutes, i still got charged for an additional 15 minutes since he was in his vehicle writing up the invoice so had to pay additional $23 for the 15 minutes. The billing rate can add up quickly and expensively but the job got done properly.

Recently we noticed that our central air conditioning unit was making a bit of a weird noise and didn't seem like it was blowing at full capacity, so we gave them a call. I was expecting a long wait for an appointment, since the temperatures were supposed to be in the 90s that week. To my surprise, they said they could send someone out that morning within a few hours! The technician showed up well within the timeframe and did a quick assessment inside to figure out it wasn't the thermostat, then went outside and told us the issue - apparently earwigs can get into the AC unit and prevent the voltage to pass through to fully power the unit (or something... basically, earwigs ruin everything). He cleaned it off and made sure everything else was in working order, and that was it. I was expecting it to cost $200+ but it was only $80, phew! We will definitely continue to enlist the help of Jacobson's in the future (we're already talking about getting the furnace checked well before winter).
