Usually when I try a plumbing project, I end up messing things up and call a professional. (purchased hot water heaters, furnace, toilets and multiple faucets from them over the years). I had to turn the water off for the entire house as the bathtub doesn't have individual shut off valves like sink faucets. I told them I had the water off and need their help ASAP. This occurred on a Thursday and they told me next Wednesday was the soonest they could have someone out. I tried McDonald Plumbing having seen their trucks around and in the neighborhood. They put me on hold and came back saying they could be at the house in 45 minutes. Sure enough, they arrived and got me out of hot water.(no pun intended) I also had them do a few other things and found their pricing and professionalism impressive. Simply put, McDonald is my new plumber. I've been quite effusive recommending them as a result.
