My calls and emails were ignored; moreover, a few days after sending an email to them, I received a 'server bounce back' message. I called and left a message. No callback. I waited a week and a half and emailed again. A few days later, I again got a server bounce back message. I paid a lot of money to have the snow removed and then had to spend more money to have someone else fix it. I was not expecting this lack of accountability and lack of responsiveness from Bosworth Roofing. Very disappointing after the good work they did in replacing my roof.

The pricing structure they described on the phone was not in line with what was offered to me when the company representative showed up to my house. I ended up paying over twice as much as I had thought to get the snow removed because they had a "minimum" price above the square footage of my roof. I had water leaking in my house and went with the price - but they do not conduct business professionally when it comes to providing accurate pricing information. They were also very poor with communication overall. I would look elsewhere for any roofing or exterior needs. Disappointing and I feel like I got taken advantage of by a company that has more than enough money to go around.

After the bad storms this winter, I noticed a small corner of trim had actually come off exposing the sheathing underneath. Fearing water damage, I called Connell Roofing who had put a new roof on our home 12 years ago (that looks as good as new), and did more modest trim replacement 6 years ago. Dennis and John were out the next day, reviewed all the trim around the house that had some damage, gave an estimate, and said they could start in only a week. While our house has sturdy cedar board siding, the trim boards are soft pine, and there were multiple areas of sunken wood consistent with rot underneath. The bad pine trim was to be replaced with PVC trim that will last a lifetime. When the day arrived for repair, Matt Cabral made another assessment and spotted a couple of additional trim areas that could be seen to need replacement now that all the snow was gone. Additionally he spotted that the chimney flashing needed replacement, and kept an eye on things as the work progressed. The team did a fantastic job removing the damaged pine trim and replacing it with the new PVC trim. It was clear they were experts and highly efficient. They were very careful not to damage the many trees and bushes around the house. When they left there was not even a nail on the ground! Thank you!

From initial consultation to start of the work, everything was smooth and very simple - he explained very clearly what was needed and kept making sure I had no questions. During the same visit, as he was assessing the roof on my garage, he inquired if I ever considered a skylight for the bonus room. In like manner, he had an assessment and estimate in my hands and, after I agreed, likewise made a point to begin the work as soon as he could. I've attached pictures to show progress. I am beyond pleased with the final product. Not only did they install a beautiful skylight, they repainted the rest of the wall to match and the finished work looks as if it were installed as part of the original bonus room. Douglas and his team clearly know roofing, windows, and framing. And their skills back up their work. To make things even better, when a subsequent wind & rain storm resulted in a few drips on the sides of the skylight, Douglas and team were back within days to reassess their work - they removed the skylight, re-checked and shored up the lining, and reinstalled the window in less than a day at no additional cost. Douglas and his company stand by their word and their work. It is a lost attribute in this world of service-providers, and thus working with them was refreshing. Not only is Ryan a really nice guy, he is super communicative and makes sure that everything happens as it's supposed to.
