Rogers team returned 4-5 times to attempt fix, but never fixed it. Then they stopped responding. I gave up calling. Just suffered through as it is a relatively minor leak, but over time it is becoming a problem. Need it corrected - especially now that it has leaked two times back to back with warmer temps melting snow this year. Called and left message, but no response. Bob convinced me gutter helmet was best solution for gutters high up on rear of house because of many trees on property. Bad choice - no one will clean gutters with gutter helmets on. Has been a major problem. No help from Bob. Thought Bob Rogers was a great company - everything was excellent ... until I needed after sale/install support. Moving on to a better roofer to address the leak. Should have done it long ago - dumb choice to go with B. Rogers.

The team also fixed a leak I'd had in the garage for years, and also put on an excellent ridge vent and took care of some rot (replaced boards) on my soffits & trim. When, in winter, i saw a problem with my gutters clogged/not draining, Kevin came over with his ladder, went up, removed the gutter guard, and cleaned out the down spout front and back of my house - for free...
