Where other contractors canceled appointments, arrived late, or were just no-shows - Mikel (out of their Hudson office) arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of the roof including taking drone footage. He sat with me and walked me through the whole process clearly, explaining all my choices in materials and didn't push any product or add-on. I did receive marginally cheaper quotes, but they did not leave me feeling like my home was in good hands in the same way that Mikel did, and I felt the extra money was likely to be worth it. Once I decided to go ahead with them, again, everything was done very professionally. I was kept informed of times and everybody showed up exactly when they said they would. I made a small change to the scope of the work in replacing additional plywood sections of the roof, and these were easily accommodated on short notice. On the day of the work, the crew showed up on time and Jurgan (the site foreman) kept everything moving with minimal disruption to us. I was working from home, and my wife and kids were in and out of the house for school and errands. Despite replacing the entire roof of the main building and two additions over approximately 9 hours, there was minimal disruption to our days. The house was protected during the work, and even with snow still on the ground, their cleanup crew constantly walked the property picking up and disposing of any debris, nails, old material etc. Ultimately the roof was replaced successfully and looks good. Every step of the job was explained to me, every question answered, and every decision explained. The team was professional, punctual and courteous throughout. A couple of weeks in and we've had snow, rain and strong winds. Everything is still perfect. I can highly recommend Mikel and Jurgan from Golden Group, Hudson.

Before starting this project, we must have interviewed half a dozen different contractors, and G stood out due to his extensive experience in the trades and his personality. He demonstrated a strong knowledge base and communicated frankly and earnestly, avoiding any aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Throughout the project, G's entire crew was very hard-working and respectful. As the work progressed, they uncovered several underlying issues that had been hidden beneath the existing roof. G took the time to review these findings with us and ensured we understood the recommended steps to address them. His willingness to engage in conversation and consider our input was refreshing and made the process much smoother. Fast forward nearly two years later, we can confidently say that we have experienced no issues with the roof, skylights, or windows. Our experience with G and his team at US Siding & Roofing was overwhelmingly positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of roofing or siding work.

If we could give Mighty Dog Roofing more than five stars, we would. Their pricing was excellent,…read moretheir turnaround time was lightning fast, and the communication and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. From the moment Paul came to our home to inspect our old, leaking skylight, we knew we were dealing with a company that values professionalism and integrity. Paul didn't just go up on the roof and look at the skylight--he inspected our entire roof. He found a section with missing shingles and included that repair at no additional charge. The crew replaced our skylight along with the extensive rotted roof sheathing around it. While they were on the roof, they sealed a vent pipe and a second skylight--all at no additional charge because, as they told us, they just wanted to make sure our roof was protected. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They provided photos and videos before, during, and after the work, so we could see every step of the project. Mike, the outstanding on-site supervisor, checked in with us repeatedly, answered every question, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. He was so professional. Mike and his crew also left everything absolutely spotless--the roof, deck, driveway, yard, and even the bedroom beneath the skylight looked as though they had never been there, except for our beautiful new Velux skylight. We've hired many contractors over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best experiences we've ever had. We wondered whether all those glowing five-star reviews for Mighty Dog Roofing could really be true. After working with them, we can honestly say they're absolutely earned. We highly recommend them without hesitation.

If a picture is worth a thousand words... this is how they left my electric box after they finished…read morethe job. By chance, the electric company stopped by the next day to check my meter, and started banging on my door to ask what in the world was up with my electric meter/box. They said the metal was so bent that even if I had the cover, it wouldn't fit back on. It turns out that anyone walking by who touched it could've gotten an electric shock! The electric company wanted to shut off the power to my entire house immediately - it was that serious - but since it was in the winter they didn't. The electric company was kind enough to wrap a tarp around the box, since any rain or snow getting in could cause extensive damage, including frying my whole electrical panel. It turned out that MightyDog had done extensive electrical work without an electrical permit, and by people who were not licensed to do that work. They had to pay thousands of dollars to an emergency Electrician; I appreciate that they paid it, but that's how bad it was. They also did extensive damage to my mini splits, which they refuse to take responsibility for. I think they did a good job on my roof, but I can't in good conscience recommend this business.

Your training for these two men must have been intensely through. These two men had great…read morecommunication skills. What I wonder the most about is, how do you train people to care NOTHING about the people they are supposed to be serving. How do you teach them to attempt non-experienced people to believe that the roof above their heads is in horrendous shape and MUST be replaced because it is OUT OF CODE and would not pass inspection? I was so very impressed with the ease at which the two men, David and Gilberto, were so at ease with thier story and their lies. I'm very sorry that the company is no longer just a family owned buisness belonging to a local, well-known family and they are actually a huge corporation from out of state, Oregon, who bought up the family buisness and kept the name. Your estimate of $82,000.00 for a job that is going to be finished by a reputable local company for $30,000.00 is a sign that La Bella is a typical sociopathic run business out for the almighty buck, caring nothing about the people you are scamming.
