While they were on the roof, they sealed a vent pipe and a second skylight--all at no additional charge because, as they told us, they just wanted to make sure our roof was protected. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They provided photos and videos before, during, and after the work, so we could see every step of the project. They said the metal was so bent that even if I had the cover, it wouldn't fit back on. It turns out that anyone walking by who touched it could've gotten an electric shock! The electric company wanted to shut off the power to my entire house immediately - it was that serious - but since it was in the winter they didn't. The electric company was kind enough to wrap a tarp around the box, since any rain or snow getting in could cause extensive damage, including frying my whole electrical panel. It turned out that MightyDog had done extensive electrical work without an electrical permit, and by people who were not licensed to do that work. They had to pay thousands of dollars to an emergency Electrician; I appreciate that they paid it, but that's how bad it was. They also did extensive damage to my mini splits, which they refuse to take responsibility for. I think they did a good job on my roof, but I can't in good conscience recommend this business.
