I was new to the area and took a year-and-a-half interviewing roofers -- seven in total. Because I…read morewas looking for a roof on a sprawling ranch house with all manner of twists and turns, I knew I had to find someone with a level of expertise on which I could depend. In addition, I also planned to roof a freestanding cottage, potting shed and two barns. Jon was the only roofer to express enthusiasm over what was a decidedly complicated job. His company also provides siding and sun tunnels, and they were able to patch some siding to match existing material and install a sun tunnel in my kitchen. This is the kind of one-stop shopping I was thrilled to have. The team, under the leadership of Angel, also replaced six skylights with solar-powered blinds that reap credits come tax season. They were also able to spray foam into a rotted exterior beam and finish it off with a custom-molded lead cap they painted to match the wood. There was nothing they couldn't do, and my requests (which dribbled in as the work proceeded) were never met with anything but total professionalism and suggestions for how it could be done. When Jon and I first discussed the job, I was still debating what type of roofing to install. My lack of focus dragged on for several months, and Jon would check back with me at intervals and send me product links for what he thought I might like. I looked at everything from metals, thatch, cedar shakes, faux shakes, slate and tile. A lot of the products I was interested in initially were discontinued but showed up in online searches as if they were available. Jon diligently pursued what products were still on the market, which helped me avoid going down a rabbit hole in attempting to find the "perfect" product. This forward-thinking support was invaluable in helping me narrow down my choice -- Presidential Shakes by Certainteed in an autumn blend. This product is absolutely stunning and provides a rustic accent to my quirky home, which features very low rooflines where the shingles are a visible characteristic of the home. These shingles are offset from one another and are subtly multicolored in the most pleasing of tones. They have a cottage feel that often mimcs thatch or slate. I am a graphic designer so my standards for visual appeal might be more demanding than most. I urged Jon to take a drone video of the job, because I think this project fully shows off his company's capabilities. Once you contact Jon Rigali, your search will be over. He will guide you every step of the way. I do have to recommend that you hide your crunchy peanut butter Cliff bars.

His crew worked very efficiently to get the job done in the shortest amount of time and cleaned up every evening before they left. Prices were competitive with other bids we did and the quality of work on the roof, siding, trim and gutters was exceptional. Definitely would use Rigali again.

Recommended by my husbands co-worker, Michael was awesome to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Prior to the big day, they delivered the supplies and dumpster and on the actual day the crew arrived ready to go! They quickly set up the protective nets around the whole house and then stripped the old shingles, fixed the hole and replaced bad boards. This was my first roof replacement and I had no idea what to expect, but they were done so quickly! They were there approximately from 8-2ish, if I remember correctly. They did a great cleanup job as well. I was going to write a review when this was done a month ago but forgot. To my surprise, a cookie delivery came today thanking us for our business! What a thoughtful gesture and great way to go above and beyond! We'll definitely call on them for our future needs.

I can't say enough about these guys. Thank you!

While he was visiting there were other contractors working on my property and Paul started talking a lot of trash about them and I got a bad feeling and did not hire him for the job. Ever since 2018 when I had Paul out he has been spamming me with a bunch of far-right political garbage emails. I ignored them at first, and then I blocked his email address, and now he is emailing me from a new email address which got past my filters. The email I received today said "Will any of you still vote Demoncrat ? If you do then you are the problem in America ". I responded and asked him to stop emailing me, to which he replied with a laughing face. I have a lot of different friends in my life with different political views, but being sent garbage conspiracy theories from some whack job that I did not hire is WAY OVER THE TOP. Do not hire this guy as he is clearly extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't even reach out for a quote, otherwise you will end up having this racist bigot in your life for a very long time despite your best efforts. I am sharing some photos of a few of the real gems he sent me over the years, including one talking about Obama and Colin Kaepernick, calling him a "smooth talking black man". Maybe these emails will sway all the people who have common decency from hiring Paul and now Paul will get to blame a Democrat for all his lost business.

His name is not John; His name is Paul Mainville. . His crew's work was rushed and sloppy. They left debris all around the house, soiled the siding and trampled several plants. When I told him about it, he belittled my garden, and denied the rest. When I gave him half his money with a promise to pay the rest within the month, he became abusive and threatening. Once I completed payment he texted me "goodbye Rita". By this, I conclude that he does not intend to stand behind his product. Don't ever do business with Paul, alias John the roofer.
