Maybe some accumulated snow on the ground from a previous day, which was why I waited there for almost an hour before I finally left! An appointment is an appointment. Thought it was going to be a great experience, but it was not. We did not receive a quote after a contractor assessed our home and ideal project. I Called weekly to check on the status of the quote and was told they would expedite the quote. Never happened. Then was told the quote can take up to 3 weeks. Never came. Over a month went by and I called again, they said "Sorry We are no longer taking new projects." without explanation. Was told to call back in July 2023, which is 8 months from now. We hired Diamond to come and do our roof after we found a leak. John came out quickly to assess the damaged and walked me through submitting an insurance claim. We had our decks demolished and rebuilt by another contractor earlier this Summer. Said contractor, in the process, removed significant portions of our vinyl siding and was not able/willing to replace them. I reached out to numerous Boston-area vinyl siding contractors, only to have almost 100% of them tell me the "job was too small" for them to consider. I was becoming concerned that nobody would be willing to replace our siding when I found Diamond Construction. John came out to assess the project and our needs and spent time speaking with us about the scope/execution of the project. We made him aware of our budget, and he was sensitive and responsive to our financial limitations. The work was completed in a professional, workmanlike, timely manner. We had a great experience with this team! Starting with the admin staff who was so responsive to every email I sent. So hard to come by with contractors so it was a welcome change. We had new vinyl siding installed on our house as well as a new front door and garage door. Extremely satisfied with how everything turned out and have received many compliments from our neighbors. I hired Diamond Construction to replace my roof and gutters and repair my chimney. They did a great job and the workmanship was outstanding. Ciro and his team (including Rosa) were all very helpful and professional and the job was completed on time. My experience working with Diamond Construction was so good and they met my expectations so much that I hired them again to do another job for me indoors. Hired them to install some hardwood floors. They were very responsive and competitively priced. They left a few nail heads unset upon completing the initial installation; however, came back to fix promptly upon calling them. Now the floors look great! John and his team are also very pleasant to deal with. They do not have that stereotypical shady contractor vibe. I would hire them again. read more

Hired them to do roof replacement. I would not hire them again. The quality was good and the price was fair, but they failed to complete cleanup, leaving nails, trash, and debris, despite coming back four times. It became easier to complete the job myself rather than having them back a fifth time and dealing with their customer service. They came highly recommended, so I'm very disappointed. read more
