I am not sure when was the last time that I left a review for anyone or anything on a public site. However, after having my siding redone by Ubrothers construction of Natick, MA, I am absolutely compelled to share our overwhelmingly positive experience and fantastic results. Andrii together with his crew, headed by Yukhym worked on my large project in Boston to cover existing shingles over with insulation and then vinyl, along with aluminum trims for windows and other miscellaneous details. I worked with contractors in the past, but never before have I seen this level of professionalism, commitment to quality and the wealth of knowledge on the subject at hand. The crew was punctual, every day ready with equipment and energy to work. While they worked they were focused, highly detailed and cared genuinely for each aspect of the project. I was pleasantly surprised over and over when seeing the guys spend significant amount of time and attention on things that will not even be visible by project's end. There were times when Andrii insisted that we take the harder route because it will be inclemently better 15 years down the line. They made sure that the area around the house was left clean enough for kids to run around, and by end of the project I could barely tell that the ground was once covered by scraps of plastic, aluminum and wood. Finally, any time I asked a question, Andrii or his crew had not only succinct and meaningful answers, but also recommendations that made sense, and ones I felt comfortable implementing. We get multiple compliments per week on the new siding from friends and neighbors, and several have asked for Andrii's contact information to consider redoing theirs. By the end of the project, I felt that we were if not friends, then at the least good acquaintances. From the interpersonal perspective, the team was very pleasurable to work with. You can really tell that that Andrii and crew are driven either primarily, or at least in significant part not by the money, or Yelp reviews, but by the genuine happiness and satisfaction of the their customer. It may sound like a cliché, but this really came through in their work ethic, their strive for perfection and attitude and willingness for new ideas and dynamic change of specifications. My husband and I bought a brand-new house three years ago. After two years, the siding (CertainTeed fiberboard - it's crap, don't use it) was all cracked and popping off the house. We were not about to replace it with more CertainTeed, so we made the decision to completely re-side our house with a quality vinyl product. Fortunately, we went with UBrothers. The crew showed up early each morning and worked diligently throughout the day. As they took off the old siding, we discovered more issues: windows not nailed into the house nor taped around them, and many places uncovered by Tyvek. UBrothers resolved ALL of these issues, knowing that to just slap siding over the original/incomplete job done on the house was not the right thing. When they ran into cosmetic questions, UBrothers would show me the issue, recommend a couple of alternatives and also provide the pros and cons of each. Throughout the job, anything we weren't 100% happy with was immediately corrected. The best part? The end product - our house looks beautiful! Though we had never planned to have to re-side a three year-old house, we honestly feel that the quality and integrity of our house is so much better for having done so, thanks to UBrothers. They delivered on every aspect of the process and communicate with me every step (ordering windows, installation dates, etc. of the way. I chose them from the ​recommendation on Next Door. The installers were prompt, friendly, efficient and respectful of my property. The finish work and caulking around the windows were expertly done. They were nice to my dog too! The windows are amazing! I see a big difference in noise reduction and temperature. I have a room that was converted from the garage and it was always so cold. What i like about them: always start as they promise, working from 7am until 5pm 6 days a week, always have few options and solutions for any issue that come s up. We liked their web site and the fact that you can estimate the price yourself before even contacting them, based on your choice selection. They did an excellent job replacing 10 windows, 3 exterior doors and the siding for a decent price. They came when they said they would come, and they fixed any mistakes they made promptly, and with no questions asked. Andrii managed the project very well, taking care of any concerns that we had. Work performed summer 2019. Replacement of 32 windows, front door and all siding on a c.1817 house. The level of detail, completeness, and quality this team demonstrated is top notch. Showed up when they said they would, cleaned up each day, and were in constant communication if they had questions or needed a decision. They also ran into an issue they didn't anticipate (one side of the house was wavy and the siding wasn't going on correctly) which caused them to have to build out with additional wood.
