My husband and I needed a new roof and replacement of our old aluminum siding that was pulling off the house. We compiled a list of 15 contractors. Some contractors did just roofs, some just siding, and some did both. After meeting with everyone and reviewing quotes we decided to go with Brian Leblanc Roofing. He always worked within our budget and communicated costs. Brian listened to all our needs and made recommendations and changes based on those. We had been experiencing uneven temperature in some of rooms, so he recommended adding insulation board under the siding. We noticed an immediate difference. The temperature in the house is more even and holds well through out the day regardless of the out-side conditions. He also addressed our poor ventilation in the attic providing us with better air flow and less heat loss. The crews were extremely professional and polite and cleaned up after each day to ensure debris was kept out of the gardens and flower beds and to keep our dog safe. From the beginning we emphasized the importance of communication to us and I have to say we have no complaints in that department. He communicated delays in the siding arrival, gave daily updates on job progress when things were in process and addressed any concerns or changes we had promptly throughout the entire project. Absolutely recommended roofing company! We had LeBlanc replace our roof and the work on our large home's steep rooftop was completed in a day. Excellent cleanup throughout the day, We had a minor issue a couple years later, I called them on Saturday got an immediate response and they had my paperwork on hand within minutes, then a crew was here within a week to rectify. Brian tried to work with our insurance company initially to cover some of the cost and he did aid in recovering some - but as with all insurance companies they drag things out. Brian M LeBlanc Roofing is an amazing roofing company. They secured a permit to do our 1,408 square foot home roof. They used a drone to take photos of the roof and provided these images in our contract so that we could clearly see what needed to be done. This ensures that we shouldn't have any problems with our roof in the future. They replaced our entire roof in one day. They started work at 7 a.m. and finished at 3:30 p.m. All the old material was removed without causing any property damage. They also provided provided photos of each step of removing our entire roof down to the framing, replacing the plywood and all the materials needed to finish the roof. I needed a roof replaced, which was failing prematurely due to poor ventilation. Other companies called to bid on the job didn't notice it, or include it in their bid. We had a leak in our roof. Brian sent a guy out to look at it and give us quote. A fair amount of the north side of the roof needed to be stripped and replaced due to moss damage. He gave me a fair quote and we contracted with him. He and his crew showed up promptly at 7:30 on the scheduled day and didn't leave until the job was done. They were careful to tarp everything on our decks, and when they left the whole area was clean. No shingles or nails at all on the decks or lawn. Their crew was pleasant and good at their jobs. Was looking to get our house reroofed and it seemed his response was instant... a good time for us to meet with his estimator took place and we were immediately put at ease... We did receive bids from others to do the work but hands down decided to go with this company. True to his word, they arrived early on a Monday morning and by the time I got home that afternoon they were completed and cleaning up. On Sunday October 21st, I contacted Brian Leblanc roofing to assist with a leak around my flat roof drain. He came up to the house, identified the source of the leak, and informed me he would contact me early in the week to set up a time for the fix on Thursday or Friday. On Thursday, after not hearing back from Brian, I contacted him via text message to determine when he was going to come up and complete the work. He responded back with "I'll be there tomorrow." At 8:14 am, 10:50 am, 2:08 pm on Friday I sent text messages essentially looking for an update on when he was to be coming up. I also contacted him via phone on Friday at 10:49am, 11:35 am, 1:15 pm, and 2:06 pm without any response from Brian. No voicemail was left as Brian's voicemail is full... As I am sure you are figuring out by this point, Brian did not come up and complete the job. I am writing this on Monday, October 29th and still have not gotten a call back. No apology, explanation, or contact of any kind has been attempted by the company. I would not recommend this company and based on the organization and follow through of their owner, I would be very careful engaging with them on any roofing project. read more

I discovered that my roof was leaking and called Brian on the recommendation of my general contractor. He was able to come out the next day and take a look.
