The estimate was clear concise the start time and end time was perfect and the work that was accomplished was stunning and I'm very happy with our new roof. What needed to be done additionally as well as the additional cost. I've always found this company to be professional and I've just recently hired them to do a deck and some interior construction work. It is so nice to be able to hire Professionals that you don't have to stay on top of and watch every day. These people are the real deal they work hard. They have longtime employees. I do this a lot and I was very impressed and happy to find Peter at G&O construction.

I was delighted at first to find a local contractor with impeccable references. After meeting Gerfferson, I knew I was dealing with a consummate professional who takes pride in his work. He exceeded my high expectations and the workmanship and care of his entire team was superb. They did a full siding job for me with the Everlast siding material and my house has never looked better. Attention to detail was off the charts. If I had a grade higher than an A+ I would give it. Thank you Gerfferson and your entire team for an amazing job.

My parents used this company for their roofing as well and also had a great experience - which is why I picked them in the first place. Pros: - Truly professional engagement from start to finish. - Best price of the vendor's we had price the job. - Job actually completed in the time they said it would (2 days). I've rarely had that happen! - Workmen were professional. Often times there's a substantial gulf between the professionalism of the owner who comes to price the job and the guys actually doing the work. Not the case with this company. The workmen were equally professional, worked hard, and did outstanding work -- attending well even to the small details e.g. clean-up after the job. Cons: - No email, which is a bit odd in the 21st century. Summary: I only wish it were this easy to work with every company that does residential work. Here's the url: http://www.scottssiding.com/

He got back to me immediately, gave us a very good quote, and actually started the job sooner than we expected. The siding looks beautiful. I then had a door replaced, two storm doors installed, and some decking replaced and again, the work was done with great attention to detail, they worked all day to get it done and cleaned everything up. Excellent service, very professional, highly recommend!

I was very happy working with Leo…read more He is super responsive, easy to work with, and he uses very good materials for a lower price than I was able to find elsewhere. He installed a premium Owens Corning Roofing system for thousands less than I had been quoted by another reputable company for lower quality materials from the same brand. He and his team are trained as Owens Corning preferred installers which gives you great warranty benefits and a great roof aesthetic. When my roof was done, there was a particular nuance that I had wanted with the orientation of my ridge vent, but I had not specifically asked for. I called him about it after the job was done, and he was so serious about making me happy that he sent a guy and the materials to come back and make it how I wanted, free of charge! Also, he did this AFTER I had made final payment to him, so he had nothing to gain besides making a customer happy. If you are looking to have your roof done, give Leo a call. He is fast, competitive on price without compromising on materials, a great communicator, and very accommodating.

After seeing our foundation, he explained why the siding can't be extended, but he took the time to present me with other options we could try to fix the problem, none of which his company would be able to do, but he helped me anyway. It's rare to find companies that won't sell you something even if it isn't in your best interest.
