Ever since 2018 when I had Paul out he has been spamming me with a bunch of far-right political garbage emails. I ignored them at first, and then I blocked his email address, and now he is emailing me from a new email address which got past my filters. The email I received today said "Will any of you still vote Demoncrat ? If you do then you are the problem in America ". I responded and asked him to stop emailing me, to which he replied with a laughing face. I have a lot of different friends in my life with different political views, but being sent garbage conspiracy theories from some whack job that I did not hire is WAY OVER THE TOP. Do not hire this guy as he is clearly extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't even reach out for a quote, otherwise you will end up having this racist bigot in your life for a very long time despite your best efforts. I am sharing some photos of a few of the real gems he sent me over the years, including one talking about Obama and Colin Kaepernick, calling him a "smooth talking black man". Where other contractors canceled appointments, arrived late, or were just no-shows - Mikel (out of their Hudson office) arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of the roof including taking drone footage. He sat with me and walked me through the whole process clearly, explaining all my choices in materials and didn't push any product or add-on. I did receive marginally cheaper quotes, but they did not leave me feeling like my home was in good hands in the same way that Mikel did, and I felt the extra money was likely to be worth it. Once I decided to go ahead with them, again, everything was done very professionally. I was kept informed of times and everybody showed up exactly when they said they would. I made a small change to the scope of the work in replacing additional plywood sections of the roof, and these were easily accommodated on short notice. On the day of the work, the crew showed up on time and Jurgan (the site foreman) kept everything moving with minimal disruption to us. I was working from home, and my wife and kids were in and out of the house for school and errands. Despite replacing the entire roof of the main building and two additions over approximately 9 hours, there was minimal disruption to our days. The house was protected during the work, and even with snow still on the ground, their cleanup crew constantly walked the property picking up and disposing of any debris, nails, old material etc. Ultimately the roof was replaced successfully and looks good. Every step of the job was explained to me, every question answered, and every decision explained. The team was professional, punctual and courteous throughout. Even then he could have said your whole roof needs to be redone , but he suggested a patch would do the trick. I recently discovered I had yet another problem with the roof again. It was near where he worked on it. I thought maybe I should call Jon. We have a mutual acquaintance who told me Jon was incredibly busy. Not surprising. I also have seen advertisements for Uxbridge residents on Facebook and Instagram. I figured he may have had to limit his area and that he was more than likely inundated with various roofing jobs. I thought maybe my job would be way too small for him. I had a 6-8 ft section of my roof that had gotten spongey. I have huge icicles that slam down hard on the roof as well as ice dams that I try to keep ahead of. While shoveling snow off the roof this past winter I discovered the problem. I still had his name in my contact list so I decided to give it a try and text him. I told him the problem, and that it wasn't an emergency. I also told him I had a vacation and wouldn't be home for a week. As soon as I got home I got a text from him the next day saying that he'd come and take a look at it. He did! After his assessment he said he'd get to it soon as possible. I wasn't expecting that to be 3 days later! He sent some of his crew and they put a new piece of plywood , roofing supplies, and new shingles and made it look like nothing ever happened. They were here for about 3 hours. I texted him to say thank you and to let me know what I had owed him. Let's just say what I thought I was going to have to pay , His number came WAY under what I had expected When I told my wife that we're gonna have to deal with the roof, she said are you gonna get a few estimates ? I said "no I have Jon Rigali!!! " And these days when customer services is sometimes sorely lacking it was refreshing to have such an amazing follow up , dedication, and a feeling of confidence that whatever I needed, roof repair , new roof, etc that Jon will take care of it !!! Horrible company, terrible, terrible work. We never had leaky roofs before they re-did our roofs…read morethrough a hard, slick sell after a hail storm came through. Flo-Dell contacted us after a hail storm to offer an assessment and to re-roof our house and pool house. They came in and let us know there was "hail damage" and we could put a claim into our insurance and get our roof redone, it would "last 20 years" (our roofs were 7 years old and had been solid throughout). We agreed and had the roofs redone. A year later, during a very hard rain, our roof started to leak around the chimney into our living room. I called Flo-dell, they came out to look it over and told us our chimney needed to be repointed. We repointed our chimney, the roof still leaks during heavy rains and now we have all sorts of ceiling and drywall damage around the chimney and down one wall in our living room. Our pool house roof leaks as well during rain storms. While they were doing the work, they broke our weathervane, and the copper flashing around the edge of the house was poorly done so pieces do not align - it looks terrible. Do not hire flo-dell. We have to now take out another roofing claim with our insurance and have it all redone by another roofing company, plus get our ceiling and living room walls redone and fix the damage inside our pool house.

Called the company and the OWNER Brian reassured me the price given was in the ballpark. When Chris the sales guy came out not only did he verify that the square footage was only 3100. The price he gave me was $48000. When told I was assured the price would be around $31k Chris pulled up my text conversations and phone recording about the conversation I had and he confirmed that it was a gross error on their part. He said he'd make it right by giving me the best price possible on an asphalt shingle yet I found Mr. Roof who blew his price out of the water by $2000 with same warranty and everything. Buyer beware. Don't do business when the OWNER himself lies directly to you!
