When I checked the gutters I found that they were not cleaned. I would not recommend Under Pressure. They were scheduled to clean my gutters, they came to the house and did not have the appropiate ladder. They leanned the gutters against the house. I have used their services in the past. Always happy with the communication, process and results. This time I had the house and porch power washed and part of the roof washed and treated for moss/stains. The crew, Lorenzo and Jeff, arrived on time. I was at home, so they did a walk through with me and asked about any areas of concern. They have noticed we have a rain barrel and made sure it was covered, so none of the solution gets in and into our vegetable garden later - I did not even think of that, glad they did. I will just say that I would NOT recommend Under Pressure. What work I was quoted for ($1,800) and what was done and more importantly work NOT done is where all the problem lies. Through very misinformation giving to me by the salesperson, and then AGAIN the same misinformation confirmed by the office when scheduling I went ahead and scheduled. Hey, I know mistakes happen but after contacting the office, I have basically been ghosted. The office (after 2 phone calls) said they would contact the salesperson and the manager, nothing, then after another 2 weeks the manager called and profusely apologize and said he was going to contact the district manager to resolve, and now 2 weeks later, again nothing. I am just so disappointed in both their service and certainly their customer service. I rely heavily on online reviews so my suggestion for power washing is to keep looking. read more

Excellent work, A+, definitely worth the cost. Mark went above and beyond my expectations. He was thorough, answered all my questions and did a beautiful job. I recommend Under Pressure highly. Details: My house is over 5000 sq. ft., 3 stories high (with walk out basement), with a complex roof. My house is surrounded by trees and woods, primarily large oaks, so it is very private but unfortunately needs to be cleaned every 2-3 years due to mildew and algae on the siding, gutters and foundation. The north-facing roof has moss, mildew, etc. This job requires ladders and is not an easy DIY project. I always get several estimates. Under Pressure was not the cheapest but they are worth it. They are the most professional from start to finish. Years ago another company damaged 2 motion-sensor flood lights. Not good. I will stay with Under Pressure. read more

Under Pressure is indeed as good as it gets for power washing. Both as a homeowner and working in building trades, I have hired a lot of powerwashers. These guys are not the cheapest -- the kid who just bought a $200 powerwasher, or the housepainter who does it when he can't other work, they're the cheapest options. And they're the ones who will ruin your property. Under Pressure are pros and well-worth the money. The quality of the job do beyond anything I have had done, for only bit more than the cheapest option (and they were not the most expensive bid either.) I highly recommend them for any/all powerwashing, and especially natural wooden siding and anything else that requires a thorough but delicate touch. read more

I received an ad in the paper for $20 off - " Your First expert Service. " There was a whole list of services that Under Pressure would do for you. I was so excited as I am a home owner for the past 25 yrs and thought " great I can use this company for many services" ! I called and asked for an estimate to Power-wash my 12x12 deck and small shed. The estimate came back - $400 for the deck and $50 for the shed. I returned the estimate and said for starters please come out and power wash the shed. Much to my disppointment and dismay a man called me back and said they would not come out " just for the shed". Oh I explained I have many other services that I would like you to do in the future. " You won't come out just for the shed ? " No- not at all" he said...he then said what about the deck..I told him forget it. I had a lot of pending work I could give him and am a good paying customer but if he would not take a SMALL job, then I am not interested in doing business with his company . I was getting ready to put our house on the market, and the white siding was marred by lots of moss/algae, whatever the heck that green stuff is. I did a bunch of searching on-line, and chose this place because of the mostly good reviews, and the name. I once again have the Queen song in my head, while writing this review. Sent an email, and they responded quickly with a quote- said I needed it done ASAP, and they fit me in. Kyle and Jeff showed up right on time, and got to work- they also gave me a quote to do the brick patio and parts of the garage that were very reasonable. 3 hours later I couldn't believe the transformation. I thought the wood-stained garage needed re-staining, and there was wood showing through- the guys were sure it was a bit of normal mold, and they were right- blasted it right away! They also did the bulkhead for me, which saved me a ton of time and work having to wire-brush it before spray painting, and the brick patio looked new! Worth every penny, totally satisfied, and will be calling them soon to come and do the porch and teak outdoor set in our new house. PS- the house sold over asking less than 48 hours from listing! I bought a Groupon to clean the gutters and wash the front of the house for $149. They came half an hour earlier and I was not home yet. They called and asked for $90 more to do this job because my house is too big. I tried to negotiate the price over the phone but they told me that they are going to do a job somewhere else and come back in two hours to do my house and negotiate the price. I was waiting for them for the rest of the day and they did not show up. After a few days of trying to reach them and unsuccessfully negotiating the price, I had to pay $90 more and to take another day off because they needed an access to the water. Under pressure I end up paying Under Pressure $149 for just cleaning the gutters and I usually pay $120 for that. Very bad experience. read more

The entire experience with Under Pressure was positive. When you call the phone is answered by a knowledgeable associate. If by chance you get voicemail, they call back the same day. The quote was sent via email within hours of my call and was reasonable. The team arrived at the arranged time. They worked from 8:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. and did an outstanding job. We had lichen, mildew and general dirt on the house, slate patio, stone retaining walls and stone block driveway. They were almost unrecognizable after the pressure wash. Everything was cleaned beautifully. We have a lot of landscaping close to the house. They were meticulous in working around the plants/shrubs/trees. I had them come back to treat the slate roof. They were experienced on slate roofs and offered a safe approach to treat it for mildew. We had to reschedule that appointment due to rain and all went smoothly. Highly recommend using them! read more
