It's not every day that you come across a company that takes such pride in their work and truly cares about doing the job right. My experience working with Northeast Roofing Contractors LLC was amazing. I would absolutely…read morerecommend them to my friends, neighbors, colleagues, or anyone that is looking for a new roof or roofing repairs. The owner was very honest, transparent, and upfront right from the beginning. He takes great pride in his work and his word. He and his workers have a very strong work ethic. We had constant contact throughout the entire process. The workers worked non-stop and the work was completed on time as promised. They take pride in their work and they worked diligently and efficiently. This included the cleanup process. They also offer a financing option which was a big deal for me. Most contractors require a percentage down in the beginning and then the balance when completed. I was not able to have all the funds available, so I opted for partial financing. I wish all contractors were this willing to go the extra mile for their customers. It says a lot about a person who really means what they say and stands wholeheartedly behind their word and their work. They really did go above and beyond what I ever expected, it was a great experience. I wish they did more than roofing because I would hire them for all my projects.

I decided to go with Roof Kings because based off of four criteria: 1. Quality installation 2. Equipment 3. Warranty and coverage 4. Price Roof Kings installed hundreds of homes and are one of the largest roofers in the city with over 20 years of professional roofing experience. They also provided high quality shingles, presented me with multiple types, and let me choose what I thought to be the best value and quality. They were also able to do the roof quick, within a week and the job would have taken 1-2 days max, which was important to me. Price wise, they were not the cheapest (due to all the insurance the company holds being general liability, workers comp, auto.) but they were not the most expensive. Right in the middle. Honestly, I probably would have chosen them even if they were the most expensive. I felt comfortable when talking to the owner about his background and experience and felt that he was most knowledgeable and competent to do the job. More importantly, I had an issue with a small are near my window a year after the installation. The owner immediately came over, and within a couple of weeks, remedied the issue at no cost to me. How you service me after I give you my money... that's something we don't know tis something happens. The last thing I want, is for a contractor to win the business and then dodge my call when I need service done. This showed that they stand by their word and warranty. Service couldn't better!

It was later discovered that they had failed to properly install the original drainage system back, because the rainwater stayed on the roof and couldn't be drained away. It used cheap glue, perhaps because the canal was submerged in water for a long time and started to loose after two years. At the beginning there were only two or three places, but later there were more and more loose and later, bubbles began to appear in many places. It turns out that the entire new replacement was not built to standard. It's very difficult for ordinary people like us to notice. Therefore, you need to consider this before choosing them.

Robinson Roofing's edge above everyone else is their composure and professionalism. Dennis is a first rate professional and true leader to his employees. His staff are well trained and they, like their boss, hold customer service as a priority. Our roof was installed by lead Roofer Junior and the rest of the crew Joey, Mikey, and Alinda. Junior and Joey are both diligent, hard-working, and patiently answered all of my and my daughter's questions. Alinda and Mikey are some of the hardest roofing assistants and very thorough--they worked tirelessly to keep our yard clean and free of nails. All of them arrived each day with a positive attitude. My daughter inspected the work when it was completed and pointed out a few things that appeared unresolved, namely some gaps that were left after the old roof had been removed and my gutter guards which had to be replaced because of the new drip edge that was installed. Dennis responded to and addressed her concerns. He purchased some additional supplies to close the gaps and stayed late to re-adjust my gutter guards. Truly first-rate, five-star service. Keep being a blessing, Robinson Roofing! I appreciate you very much!

He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.
