Scheduling was prompt and communicated by email with follow up reminders. The day of service they arrived right on time. They put in a full day working efficiently and never letting the quality of their work slip. They were meticulous. Each time they entered the house they place protective covers over their shoes and when they left at the end of the job my house was spotless inside and out. The pollen this year and construction dust from neighboring residental demolitions made the job particularly demanding. In addition to all the accolades it is worth mentioning that Christian and Jake were really pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Our high end contractor in Chestnut Hill hired a gutter installer that did a terrible job after talking with Jorge and never secured our expensive copper gutters to our home. Jorge took photos, explained the problems, replaced a section of our damaged gutter, and secured the ENTIRE house gutters for a fraction of the cost. He also ended up cleaning out the gutters and installed a gutter screen as well. I never take the time to write reviews given how busy I am, but when someone does a stupendous job, I have to take the time to do so. I will have them back for cleaning of the gutters would could not cover for logistical reasons. I enthusiastically endorse Lima Gutters!
