But thanks to Atlantic Roofing Co., it was all done in one day! The hard-working crew did it all! Took off our old shingles, replaced damaged plywood, tar-papered; and shingled everything. They even used a fancy magnet and rolled it around afterwards to pick up nails! They were friendly and efficient- ready to talk and answer any questions we had. We will definitely use this company again. They communicate well, they show up on time, they respected our property and they were just a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend Done Right Roofing any more highly!! Anyone that is getting their roof…read morerepaired/replaced should absolutely contact them. Once my girlfriend and I decided it was time to replace our roof, we contact a few contractors to get estimates. From the very beginning Done Right Roofing (DRR), was totally focused on customer service. When we received the estimate, we also received several other PDF documents from them including references, color option information, a certificate from the BBB, client addresses where we could see the color options in person and more. The list of references wasn't just 10 or 20 names ... it was more like 400!! It's worth mentioning that DRR was also the least expensive estimate we received. I got a very nice follow up call from Jim to check in and ask if we'd made our decision. Of course we had and booked the date. Jim went over what we should expect and how we should prepare for the day. The crew and materials arrived at the time and they began work around 7:30am. The work went very fast! They finished our detached garage by 11am and the entire job was complete and cleaned up by 2:30pm. We couldn't believe how fast it all happened. There was a "walk around" after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied, which we definitely were and still are. The roof looks fantastic and we're completely satisfied with everything DRR did for us. As I mentioned in the beginning, we highly recommend them!!

First impressions last and Done Right didn't disappoint ... they actually picked up the phone when I called! A stark contrast to the half dozen other vendors I called. This is a real contrast to their competitors. Within 24 hours the owner, John Mancini, was at my property to assess wind damage. Fast forward another 24 hours and John was working with my insurance agent to negotiate a complete roof replacement! The job was done in a timely manner with a very high level of quality. My yard wasn't destroyed; there weren't nails all over the place and the new roof looked spectacular! The only issue I had was with my DirecTV dish. During the replacement the dish was reinstalled and could no longer get a clear line of sight. After a series of issues with the provider and the placement of the dish due to nuances of my property I had to move on from the service. While this was certainly not Done Right's problem or responsibility they graciously came over, removed the dish and placed new shingles where the dish was to ensure a roof done right! I can't imagine many other roofing companies would do this. Kudos to the Done Right team! Lastly, my wife and I had a baby during our install and Done Right sent us a very nice card congratulating us. How thoughtful is that?! They say you'll forget what people say to you but you'll never forget how they made you feel. Rest assured we will never forget our experience with Done Right and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing company. They are our roofing company moving forward and they should be yours as well.

If you are in the Metro West area of Massachusetts and need to have a roof repaired or replaced I…read morewould highly recommend Evangelous Construction (Southborough Roofing). I would rate them 5-Stars (out of a possible 5-Stars) for the fantastic service they provided when replacing my roof after the freak Halloween snow storm sent an oak tree crashing through my roof. I have never thought of a business as a 5-Star unless it was extraordinary in the following areas: (1) Ease of Contact, (2) Speed of response, (3) Accurate and detailed estimate, (4) Performing the work professionally, on time and within expected estimate, (5) Clean-up and prompt invoicing. In all these 5 areas Evangelous Construction performed extremely well and went beyond my expectations. Ted Evangelous is a certified Master Installer for GAF roofing materials and he was at the job each day to ensure the work was done right. His crew was well trained and they worked extremely hard without a break to get the roof completed in one day (before it rained the next day). His crew acted professionally and was respectful of my family and I was totally comfortable having them at my home. As former Army Construction Engineer I was paying close attention to the workmanship and the craftsmanship on the roof was excellent. Here's the full story if you want to read more... The freak snow storm in October (the day before Halloween) caused many trees in the area to snap under the weight of all the snow. An oak tree landed on my roof and punched a 4 foot hole and ripped off my gutters, soffits and damaged my garage door. I called my insurance company and they sent out a company called ASR Construction in Framingham (that was very poor and I refused to let them do anything to the roof but) place a tarp over the hole in the roof. I looked on-line for a better roofing company and promptly found Evangelous Construction. I read the details on their website and then hit the "Contact Us" button and got a call back that same day. Ted Evangelous (owner) came out to review the damage and provided a detailed written estimate the very next day. He answered questions for my insurance company and the work was approved. Ted Evangelous knew that having a hole in the roof was causing me stress. He had a 6 man crew on-site and they replaced the entire roof in one day! They had other roofing to complete that week, but assured me that Saturday his team would arrive and repair the following: fascia board, aluminum sheathing, drip edge, gutters and fix the garage door. They did exactly as promised and they made sure that every nail and piece of roofing material that fell on the ground was removed by walking the entire yard with two 4-foot wheeled magnets. They even climbed through the bushes with a 1-foot magnet on a shaft to make sure not a single nail or shingle piece the size of a fingernail was left in the yard. It was amazing that they spent 2-hours making sure my roof, gutters and yard looked perfect. Ted dropped of the invoice as requested the next day and I was able to get my check from the insurance company much faster as a result. As a former U.S. Marine, Ted Evangelous is as demanding of his construction crew as a drill instructor, but as a result he deserves the high praise for exceptional work and a 5-Star rating.

They made dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Lorriel and Ryan, the two people from Flo-Dell who I dealt with on a consistent basis, were always on-time, courteous, respectful, efficient, thorough, pleasant and honest. I am used to dealing with contractors who are late, don't show up, always have excuses, etc. That was definitely NOT the case with Flo-Dell - they were always on-time, and followed through on all of their promises. In fact, we had a rather tight deadline on some of the work for personal reasons, and Lorriel made sure they completed the work on time. I can't recommend them enough. A+

Horrible company, terrible, terrible work. We never had leaky roofs before they re-did our roofs…read morethrough a hard, slick sell after a hail storm came through. Flo-Dell contacted us after a hail storm to offer an assessment and to re-roof our house and pool house. They came in and let us know there was "hail damage" and we could put a claim into our insurance and get our roof redone, it would "last 20 years" (our roofs were 7 years old and had been solid throughout). We agreed and had the roofs redone. A year later, during a very hard rain, our roof started to leak around the chimney into our living room. I called Flo-dell, they came out to look it over and told us our chimney needed to be repointed. We repointed our chimney, the roof still leaks during heavy rains and now we have all sorts of ceiling and drywall damage around the chimney and down one wall in our living room. Our pool house roof leaks as well during rain storms. While they were doing the work, they broke our weathervane, and the copper flashing around the edge of the house was poorly done so pieces do not align - it looks terrible. Do not hire flo-dell. We have to now take out another roofing claim with our insurance and have it all redone by another roofing company, plus get our ceiling and living room walls redone and fix the damage inside our pool house.
