In my first review, I said I'll try it again in a few months if it's still here. It's been 3 years and it's still here. I wanted to give it a try again. They have more on the menu than I remember like tteokbokki and LA galbi. I got a bulgogi bibimbap with everything except carrots. Their bul sauce is much like the traditional bibimbap gochujang sauce. Comes with a seaweed soup or miso soup. I got the seawood soup. It's pretty good. The seaweed soup was not bad. It's a decent spot to get a bibimbap without going to Carrollton or Hurst. read more

We have eaten here several times but have noticed that their food has declined in quality. I've had both rice and noodle bowls full of protein and vegetables but with no flavor. I am not drenching my food in salty sauces to get a better taste. The service is OK as I asked about one of their teas and because I have a milk allergy had to make sure there was no dairy in it. The lady at the kitchen said that it had non dairy creamer which indeed has dairy proteins, when I tried to make my point across and asked to see the ingredients she didn't and kept arguing with me. The restrooms are not well kept, according to my husband and the trash bin was overflowing in the dinning room. I've never been there during quiet hours so I have no opinion about the ambience since everytime we've been there are families with children and crying babies. read more

I love love love this place!! It's the only Korean food around and that's ok - this place has amazing food! If you like or have been wanting to try Bibimbap, get here! The ingredients are fresh, the sauce choices are awesome (try the Master sauce - a little sweet with a little heat, yum!), and the choices of meats and veggies are plentiful. For me, the beef is the best! They also have complimentary soups, miso and seaweed and both are delicious. My favorite menu items are the hot stone bowl and the fried pork dumplings. Drool worthy!! If you haven't been here or have questions, the staff is very friendly and very helpful and will spend some time with you explaining what everything is and/or how best to order. Also, I want to mention the kimchi. I don't usually like kimchi as it is sometimes very strong and pungent, but they have it perfected here and it's so good! Wow! I ate the whole bowl and if my stomach would have allowed I would have eaten another! I got the rice bowl with the beef and brown rice. All the fixings except for kimchi. I put the sweet and spicy Korean sauce on and Dayum! It was so delicious. My daughter got the noodle bowl with broth. I tasted her broth and it needs work. It's missing flavor. The hot stone bowl was great! After their grand opening, the owner certainly found a way to move the line quicker. I liked their sauce selection. The bowl wouldn't taste as good without them. Service was great too. The employees there gave us a welcoming Korean style greeting as we walked into the restaurant. This place has improved a lot since after their soft opening. I wouldn't recommend the rice bowl because it was cold, but maybe they have made adjustments already. read more

My husband eats no veggies, so this is the perfect place for us cause he can't get rice and meat only and I can load up on the veggies I crave. The bulgogi (beef) was 75% fat and gristle (I had to stop eating to use floss to remove a giant piece of gristle from between my molars); needless to say I didn't keep eating after that.
