the first part of this review was written in april, elsewhere. i thought i'd duplicated it here, but apparently not, so i'm copying both the original and the update for his service done yesterday on 7/5. _ My first experience with a mobile detailer and Rick knocked it out of the park. I long ago stopped paying people to wash and detail my cars, because I found I always had to go over it afterward myself - and until I was desperate last week, I'd never even considered a mobile service. Those days are over; after this experience, I may never do it myself again. Not only did my car end up looking better than it did even when I bought it, but also, his responsiveness and communication were excellent, and he was exactly on time, which as a punctual sort myself, I appreciated. He also charged a VERY fair rate, especially considering the state it was in when he arrived, and he was just the most pleasant dude to work with. I already have plans to hire him for a full/complete service when I'm ready to sell my other two cars - if anyone can get buyers beating down my door, Rick can. I'd recommend anyone hire him without hesitation. UPDATE 7/6/24 - after selling two of my three cars, i hired rick again for a full diamond detail on what is now my daily (and only driver) after such a positive experience the first time with the basic service. the car (seven years old!) looks like it rolled off the assembly line a few hours ago, and the completely neglected paint is legitimately smoother than glass after his clay bar service. i almost look forward to the next rain so i can watch the water bead up. :) it wasn't inexpensive, but it was well worth it. his work was so impressive that toward the end of the job, i heard one of my neighbors asking for his business card. :) i'd also run over a nail that morning before he arrived, resulting in one of my tires going completely flat as he did the job; he even offered to put my spare on before he left, and recommended a fair tire shop nearby. he didn't charge me for this, though i did increase my payment to compensate for it. what a gem he is. i cannot possibly recommend him more highly. i have a shortlist of vendors, who if they ever retire or move out of state, i'll need to take bereavement leave (or move with them), and rick is now on that list. read more

I was given information on all the packages they offer and I chose the gold which came with exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, shampoo carpet and seats, and more! I received my quote that is to be paid the day of after the service as well as a reminder text for my appointment. The car I had detailed was covered in stubborn stains all over the seats that I tried everything to get rid of. They were able to make the seats look close to brand new! 17 year old truck that needed some serious TLC and Rick and his wife delivered! He was upfront about the areas that were damaged beyond the work a detailing could restore. But when I returned to see the finished product I was amazed. The gloss and mirror shine he was able to restore to the rest of the vehicle was remarkable.
