Everything I ate here was delicious! The dry rub ribs were perfect, and I loved each of the three barbecue sauces they had at the table. The fries and coleslaw were great, and our lemonade cake was the best possible ending to our meal. My only minor problems that brought the experience down to a B+ were with the new waitstaff. Keep in mind this was their first Friday night since the place opened up. The hostess wasn't announcing any names for tables outside, and there were obviously a lot of people waiting out there! That doubled our wait time. Then I don't know if this is just how they do it, but we basically had two people waiting on us and they obviously weren't communicating with each other. Ordered food to go well in advance to pick up for 12 noon. Get there and the food is ready just sitting there getting cold because it took 20 minutes for someone to even ask. People were waiting to be seated. I know it's lunch time but so should they and be prepared for a rush. Who has the meats? It certainly isn't Arby's! Rib Crib serves up all meat on the bone. It is tender, well-sauced and you get no gristle or fat. I've been to several of these RibCribs before and this one by far is the best. The service was extra quick and friendly. Their staff have found that fine line between attentiveness and hovering. Four of us ate at RibCrib for the first time yesterday, and it was wonderful. I got the Sante Fe Spud and a strawberry margarita. The smoked chicken breast on the potato was cooked to perfection and plenty of it. The drinks were good and everything very reasonably priced. We will definitely go back. Walking in I felt like I was at Bennigans or Chili's or something. The restaurant felt "loud" with all the things on the wall screaming but then I took time to notice it and was pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't all cliche items but local memorabilia and history. Well let me tell you what, this is the best salad I've ever had. The little rolled up strips or whatever the heck they put in them and huuuuuuuuuueeeeeyyy that's not your typical side salad. I'm not 100% sure but the ranch doesn't taste like your typical bottle stuff. I may be wrong but I think they make it themselves on site. I never thought I'd rave about a side salad but here it is. Okay so my boyfriend and I are both born and raised in Texas. We know and love good SMOKED BBQ. When we walked in we thought it was very odd that the smoker was not up and running and it didn't smell like BBQ at all. We started off with the brisket smoked queso. The queso came out within 5 minutes of ordering it. It was not smoked at all. It was so bland! The cheese tasted like they took sandwich cheese melted and they threw in some shitty warmed up frozen brisket. The salsa tasted like canned tomatoes. It was god awful. We were so hungry and we ate the store bought chips. Then my boyfriend ordered the three meat plate which is supposedly what they are known for. It came out and looked fake? I can't even explain it. It was horrible. The turkey tasted like deli meat, the brisket was so bland again, then the sausage was like a hot dog. Then the coleslaw was brown, bitter and sour. Absolutely nothing was smoked. I'm picky but my boyfriend is not so for him to say it was bad then it was HORRIBLE. The French fries were definitely frozen. The BBQ sauce was so sweet and not BBQ sauce. Now I got the salad bc I already was put off by the food bc the server admitted the ribs weren't smoked and they don't have a grill??? What restaurant doesn't have a grill??? My salad literally made me sick I didn't eat any of it. I said no tomato's and the salad was all tomatoes it was horrible. As soon as we left we felt sick. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! Never been to Rib Crib before... I saw it on the way up to OK & gave it a try. Pros: cool restaurant atmosphere , nice bar area with TVs, decent service. Cons: mediocre food. I had the Carolina style pulled pork sandwich plate. Meat was bland... no smoky flavor, seasoned fries were almost cold, the Carolina style barbecue sauce (mustard, vinegar based) Had too much of a vinegary taste and less of a barbecue mustard flavor. I've had This kind of sauce before ;this one is not good. I've had excellent Carolina pulled pork sandwiches at places like Red, Hot, & Blue...this one didn't even come close to theirs! Meat poorly chosen by owners or management. Mid-grade meat for a "higher price is what ya get".. Portions were obviously monitored. My sausage was unfortunately entirely to greasy. Leaking some kind of oil or something like crazy when I cut into it. The pork was cold and sauce to thick. Pickles were dry no juice. Half-Slice of bread cold. I took my wife and 2 year old daughter. Atmosphere is fair. Staff(decent). Too much staff when we went. Newer places seem to do that often trying to get schedules correct. Other then that. Total amount for 3 meals without dessert ran me a good 60 bucks after a 10 dollar tip. The tip was for the amazing waitress we had not the food. Lol hope this helped!! read more

Last night I decided to order out, and I wanted the rib crib's loaded spud potato. I went and picked it up got it at home, and it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for many many hours. The potato was hard around the edges, the meat was dried had no moisture to it. Excellent service. Busy, new location but don't make the mistake of letting that deter you. Their food is amazing, and for less than $12 I made 3 meals out of the generous portion of great quality food. They've trained their staff very well. The waiter was on top of his game, friendly, not overbearing, and me and my family member were able to enjoy our meal without being continually asked how the food was. I look forward to dining here again and plan on making it my "go to" when I want a good, filling meal and a friendly, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
