This was mostly inedible. The Cysco Foods chicken tenders were fine. The BBQ itself was mediocre but edible. The sides were terrible. The chicken wings were rubbery. I thought the mac n cheese was extra gross so my kid asked to eat it, only to find a piece of plastic in it. The beans were cloyingly sweet. Fries had way too much paprika. Our server was very nice and polite. The restaurant was nice and clean so for those two reasons I have two stars. read more

First time trying Rib Crib and it did not disappoint! Loved the lunch special for $11.99. It doesn't look like much but it was actually perfect for me. Loved the Carolina sauce! I'm from SC so I'm always curious when different places do a Carolina mustard based sauce. This one wasn't bad! Only maybe the ribs could have come out hotter. And the baked potato with pulled pork- delicious! Added bbq sauce to that too. This was a great stopover on a long journey. I can definitely see myself trying rib crib again if I'm in the mood for bbq and I'm near one!! read more

The server just wasnt personable and was just going through the motions but it could have been the end of a long shift for her. But still, it showed when providing customer service. The meat was very tender as i ordered a 3 meat combo. The meat didnt really have any flavor, no smoke ring and the brisket looked like roast beef. But hey, the beer was ice cold. read more

Sorry, this was at least in the Bottom 3 Worst barbecues I've had in my life. And I've had a shipboard of BBQ in my life. Asked for a sliced brisket sandwich and got that looked like a slider. The beef was tender but that was it. It was sliced about 1/8" thick when brisket should be sliced 3/3" to 1/2" thick. No discernable smoke taste and maybe a 1/16" thick smoke ring. And no discernable rub, certainly no bark. No flavor which made me break may rules and add sauce -yuck. The sauce was way overly sweet and the smoky taste was provided by a healthy dose of Liquid Smoke. Yuck, again. And the super Sweet and Smoky Beans were inedible - a texture as if canned pork and beans drenched in their sauce. Even the lemonade had a funny aftertaste. Never again. I had been to another location before and had a wonderful experience so when folks announced they were hungry I decided let's go here (especially how we don't have this near our home). We had been to Turner Falls and was still a little damp so we asked that we please not get seated under an air vent. The hostess did try to accommodate to he beat of her ability however she also pointed out that there were ducts everywhere! We got seated, got greeted by our waiter, and ordered. Our food arrived shortly afterwards and we were ready to dig in. No one at the table had any complaints and everyone tasted something from the others plate. We all agreed that it was affordable (especially when you are taking about bbq) and good! I ended up taking food home which reheated well the next day. If you aren't a BIG eater, I would suggest sharing a plate as I've done in the past. However definitely give this place a try!! read more

Ordered takeout 2 rib dinners that were supposed to be identical with the Texas style half rack ribs......My ribs were correct my okra was raw, inedible raw and slimy. My husbands ribs weren't even the correct type, he was given babyback. This restaurant used to be good. We have been frequent guests here over the years but now it's subpar at best. Visited RibCrib on a Sunday night, we were asked if we wouldn't mind a high-top near the bar, very friendly service, wife's brisket was serviceable, both my pulled pork and ribs were quite good, as were my cowboy beans side. I found the Carolina sauce my unequivocal favorite amongst the three. I went here looking for a casual dining experience. The servers were all kind and polite. No complaints there at all. The food however was not very good. The dry rub ribs were ok at best. The sliced brisket was dry and devoid of flavor. I only took two bites of the baked beans- the second to confirm the dislike of the first bite. They were overly sweet. Their sauces were also difficult to palate. Of course I am partial to south and North Carolina style sauces ( vinegar, pepper and mustard) I couldn't even pretend to like it.
