He makes sure that the customers are well taken care of by the wait staff( who are all friendly and knowledgeable as well as hard working). The decor is attractive and spotlessly maintained. The kitchen staff gets the food out very promptly and the bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy were all cooked and seasoned to perfection!
