She made me feel welcome, not rushed and explained everything to me like I was her best friend. I ordered the Double with Jalapeños and Pepper Jack cheese and made it a combo. I also wanted to try the custard so I ordered a small vanilla and a chocolate as well. Madison was sweet, polite, accurate and fast. She also went out of her way to thank me for my service since I was a Veteran and extended a Veterans's Day discount voucher to me! Wow! Thank you Madison for being so awesome and making my first experience with Freddy's both amazing and memorable; because of you Freddy's has a new customer for life! SOooooo, you want to know about the food, do you? Well, I was a little worried because it wasn't very busy (only 1 customer in the dining room)...so I was imagining cold fries...nope! Hot and fresh! The burger was hot and not greasy at all! Honestly, I was expecting grease everywhere, but I didn't see or feel any, not even on the bun! I highly recommend Freddy's if the service and attention to food quality is as spectacular as it is at this Ardmore, OK location! Funny thing is, I live in San Antonio, which is the birthplace of Freddy's, yet I had never been or known that Freddy was a Veteran himself. By chance, I was driving home late night after Thanksgiving and decided to stop at this Ardmore, Oklahoma location and I am sure glad that I did. Not only did this team satisfy my appetite, but I also left happy and with a smile. I say team because the Manager even came out to talk to me and the head chef/cook kindly explained their extra sauces and hooked me up with some. Many thanks to you Madison and your team at Freddy's in Ardmore, Oklahoma! You made me a happy, lifelong patron! Happy Holidays to you all!
