Stopped in here when traveling from Oklahoma to Texas and it was so good! Easy to snag a table during the lunch hour. No line to order our food. The salads are massive! I appreciate that they offer Diet Dr. Pepper. The staff working this day were really friendly and even gave us candy canes on the way out- so fitting for it being Christmas Eve. My grandma chose a half soup and half sandwich combo, which she raved about. They have really convenient parking right out front. Bathrooms are super clean too. I would love to come back and try the spuds. read more

McAlister's Deli - Savannah Chopped Salad - Delis Near Me - Ardmore, Oklahoma

Excellent sandwiches that always fresh and made to order. Great service. I highly recommend. This is one of the best chain restaurants in Ardmore read more

Very healthy foods. Clean atmosphere, great service. Food servings are adequate. Friendly staff and good food.

Unfortunately, every time we go, they take the order correctly, stick it to the box with how things are supposed to be made and you are lucky if what you ordered is even in the box. Might be completely wrong item, might be half what you ordered, may not even be close, and if its 8pm good luck getting them to answer the phone a hour until closing lol. Go to Jersey Mikes, same price or better, fresher food, best of all, correct orders! read more

I love the soup and sandwiches there! Haven't gotten anything I didn't like! Always quick to get orders, staff friendly! Love this place

Service: a real problem. I ordered a Cesar grilled Chicken Salad to go. A review of their food only would be a five star review. When I got to my meeting, opened the container there wasn't any chicken in it. I called and explained the situation. She said they were very sorry and that I could come in and get one for free. She took my name and said just give your name and I would be taken care of. Yesterday I went to get my free salad. first thing I did was call and explained everything to the person on the phone. He had no clue about who I was but said sure come on in, it will be ready in about 10 min. After ten minutes had passed I went to pickup window. this girl also had no clue who I was. she asked the manager to come to the window. The manager again had no clue. I explained everything to her. she asked if I rememberer the name of girl who told me I could have a free salad. I didn't know her name. I thought they would know my name. She finally agreed to make me my salad. I thanked her and came home. I live very close to them. When I opened the container it was technically a Cesar Chicken Salad. It did have some shredded chicken bits in the salad. There was not one single piece of chicken in the salad like in their pictures. There is no excuse for simply failing to give a customer what they have paid for. read more

I ordered a salad. Got back to my room to find the wrong dressing and no chicken. When I returned to the restaurant and nicely asked for the correct dressing the cashier proceeded to tell me that was the dressing I ordered. Are you kidding me? Yes. I ordered something that I literally can't eat. She then proceeded to tell me they have someone new on the line so oh well. No, not oh well! I had not eaten all day and had a ton of work to do, but instead of enjoying a salad I've ordered from other locations many times, I had to waste time driving to and from your restaurant to get what I ordered. I continued to smile and be nice while I received no apology and basically had my fixed salad thrown at me. Some of the rudest people I have ever met. read more

We gave them one more chance and they blew it! We get to go orders and every time there's a communications problem, food cold even when we show up earlier than the scheduled time, and of course there's the attitude! read more

I'm completely convinced that Ardmore just does not have anything to offer when it comes to reliable food service. When taking our order the cashier seemed like she was on autopilot seeing as she did not get the order correct. We had to take our food back and have them replace it with what I actually ordered. Just because she hears "chicken salad sandwich" she automatically assumes it's a salad. Sad. read more

This location wasn't very busy and I understand why. It took 25 minutes to receive our order. I was literally in line to ask for a refund when they finally had our order ready. Multiple tables were never cleared while we were there. The food was okay, but the service was subpar. read more

Happily updating my review! The last few times we have gone to McAllister's have been much more pleasant. Keep up the great work because we love McAllister's! read more

This is the third time they have not gave me everything from an online order and was missing several items including soup, au jus sauce for a French dip sandwich, and a whole other sandwich. Not to mention, no sides for any of this order including no chips, utensils, pickles, etc. It's not difficult to check a bag before giving it to a customer. I worked in the food industry and my husband managed a restaurant, so we both have experience and realize things happen, but this has happened on more than one occasion. Third time is a charm and our last time coming here and another restaurant added to a list in Ardmore of terrible service. It's an exhaustive list because there are very few excellent workers in many places in Ardmore, not to mention, how many places are managed. Lesson learned. read more

So disappointed with this store. Made a to-go order and everything was fine. We literally waited for 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. Finally after 20 minutes we stopped someone for the ETA of our order and she basically said it was bumped down and they knew it had happened but didn't tell us anything. So people who ordered food after us got their food first. Then we still sat there for about 10 more minutes and finally got our food. I'm guessing one of the managers is the one who brought us our food didn't even apologize and she looked more annoyed than we were. Such a sad experience. read more

the food here is so good i can get a club and a spud all day the customer service there is amazing shoutout to Tyler for being a great waitress and having the best attitude! also making sure i had everything i need .. i will definitely be back ! read more

I recommend this restaurant, the customer service is very cool and awesome. Food is prepare quick

Poorly prepared sandwitches. The sandwitch just falls apart as your trying to eat and the bread is all wet and soggy. Defiantly dont recommend. read more

Every time I come here I have good service, and today was no different. There was a problem with my online order but the staff was very understanding and fixed the problem as fast as they could. Anthony and the manager on duty were very helpful. read more

Very disappointed! They always mess our order up. Most of the time we get back to work and something is missing. Today I asked for extra mayo and got none. It's hard to choke down a dry sandwich. We were told we would get coupons in the mail one time before when we didn't receive all our food. That's been couple of months ago and still haven't received anything. Last week I placed an order on the app that was suppose to be ready at 7:20. I got the notification that it was ready about the time I was pulling in. I get up to the window and she said they didn't have my order could I pull into slot A. I set there for 28 minutes before getting my food. Good thing I checked my bag because I was missing my salad dressing. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Love the sandwiches, but check your order! They have forgotten stuff 50% of the time. We have been there 4 times now for take out and they forgot something at least twice. Indicated on our order that we wanted a pickle. Did not receive. Told them to leave the spread off of a beef sandwich. They put it on anyway. Spoke to a manager once. Does not seem to make a difference. Additionally, the workers at the window do not seem at all happy to see customers. Maybe it is just me... read more

Don't be fooled by managements comments. I ordered the Memphian (Turkey, Ham and Roast Beef). I'd say it's a fairly simply sandwich that should be easily made in a sandwich shop. In about 15 minutes the cashier apologized for the delay, but didn't explain the problem. After I'd waited 30 minutes I requested a refund. The manager apologized and said they didn't have any meat prepped because the previous shift didn't leave enough prepped. You'd think I was in an ice cream shop trying to order a steak. LOL! Thank Goodness there was a Subway right down the street with lots of meat. read more

So glad Ardmore has a McAlister's, have always enjoyed eating at them in other towns and now we finally have a place with great sandwiches & soups. Have eaten at ours several times now trying 3 different sandwiches and all have been delicious. It's great to order online and drive thru, so much more convenient than having to park, go inside and wait in line to get something to go. Don't let a long line in drive thru scare you, they keep it flowing really well. Welcome to Ardmore! read more

Not busy. Slow service. Had to go ask to have my food that was sitting and waiting to be served. Food cold by then. Unable to provide clean flatware. Provided disposable. Disappointing read more

This is my first Yelp review. I just had such a great experience at the Ardmore McAlister's. I placed a to-go order at the counter and the person who took my order was very friendly and even complimented me. While I waited for my order, two FedEx delivery men came in to drop off some packages. They were hot and sweaty. I watched a manager offer them a cold drink since it's so hot outside. He was so kind and never stopped smiling while he got them the drinks of their choice. I asked him his name and told him what a nice thing he did for those men. His name is Omar. I couldn't help but smile as I talked to Omar. He was so happy and cheerful. It's obvious that he loves his job and loves helping people! We need more people like Omar in Ardmore! Our food tasted great and we will definitely go back! read more

I should've read some reviews before coming. There are 12 tables with dirty plates still there. Had to clean a table to have somewhere to sit. Meal was pretty good with the exception of my bread tasting and feeling like it was toasted yesterday and had been just sitting out. read more

Don't bother with the app or call-in. I downloaded the app to save time around 12:30-12:45. The app said that my order didn't go through, so to call the business. I did and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got to the drive through there were 2 cars in front of me at 1:07. It took 30 minutes to get through. read more

Chicken was rubber that's why it's getting a 2. Everything else was good but I shouldn't be spending 10 bucks on sub par chicken.

Unfortunately they took 40 min from the time we ordered until we asked for a refund. They didn't deliver any food. They did not refund our daughters drink. They also did not refund us the 40 minutes that we waited. This was a lunchtime on a Saturday. read more

McAlister's Deli - mold in fresh fruit - Delis Near Me - Ardmore, Oklahoma

Not happy at all with the service I have been getting lately. I ordered with Mcalister's Deli lastnight and my sandwich that I always get and have numerous issues with was burnt again. I have addressed my complaints to the managers and some of them have done right by correcting the issues while others just hang up on you when I have called with the recurring issues. Lastnight I asked to speak to the manager on duty and they came back and said Don is too busy to help you right now so I tried calling today to speak with another manager and I spoke with Don and he hung up on me? Can you not be professional? Anymore these days anyone can become a manager but taking your job seriously and addressing your customer's concerns in a professional manner is a respected individual that deserves to be called a manager. I love their food when it's made right. I eat there like 3-4 times a week. I spend a lot of money with them and they don't think it's important enough to make sure I am happy with the service? I don't know what to think about them anymore and I'm not sure if I would recommend anyone to eat there because of the way I have been treated. I use to work there and I know what to expect with the food. I know people make mistakes but if your not willing to address these mistakes with your fellow employees then they will never know what they are doing wrong. It's really bad for business to not take your customer's concerns seriously. That isn't a way to bring customer's in. read more

This place is amazing don't get me wrong but 99 percent of the time they mess up your order example I got the grilled chicken club with no veggies and they had more veggies on it then it's even supposed to have I wouldn't recommend going here if you like to remove or add things on your food but other than that it's pretty good read more
