Between my girlfriend and I, we tried most of the menu. To me the two standouts were the Schwarzbier (4.9% black lager) and the Co+lab (4.2% English ESB). Both were smooth and flavorful with a slight lingering bitterness. Low ABV makes them both quite quaffable, as they describe one of their other beers. We're from NJ where breweries are only allowed to serve the beer they brew on site and nothing else, so seeing food, wine, and cocktails on the menu was a novelty for us. We didn't try anything besides the beer, but there were some impressive offerings including a penicillin cocktail, and Knackwurst, oysters, and a variety of pizza.
