Devi was an outstanding server! Food was perfect, atmosphere was great. Cocktails at happy hour were unique and tasty.

Came here on our day trip to Savannah and loved the is place! The ambiance was amazing, it was clean and the front hosts were attentive and kind even with the long line they were dealing with. They were able to get us a table right away even without us having a reservation. The food was AMAZING! I had the fried catfish and my husband had the burger. The fries were my favorite ! Great service and great food, everyone was super nice and accommodating. Our waitress was Devi, she was awesome!

Refused to seat us until the whole party was present despite me paying a deposit for our reservation and the fact one of our party was stuck in the restroom. Food was fine; is in a good location, but I will avoid returning based on their service alone. read more

Rhett Restaurant and Bar - My food I got from the buffet and the shrimp cocktail - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

Good, not great. The ambiance was really nice but service was a bit slow, and the food was good but certainly not worth the price.

Brunch was very tasty and well presented. My avocado toast featured a creative twist in the form of pistachio dukkah, which added a nice flair. They were also very flexible with our request to combine two parties of four to a single party of eight. I imagine such a last minute request on a Sunday morning is difficult to accommodate and they did so without so much as an annoyed look. The 4/5 is because their fresh squeezed orange juice is very clearly either store bought and a bit old, or from concentrate. If you want to misrepresent something like that, at least get some store bought orange juice with pulp. It sounds stupid to complain about but details like that make you question other claims on the menu. Otherwise, an enjoyable brunch spot. read more

Stayed at the Alita Hotel so came down for breakfast. It's a nice ambiance - kind of warehouse style. Stood for quite awhile without being greeted. Finally sat at the bar and staff there was friendly. Loaded grits were okay - meh. Two egg meal was also fine, but at $17, wasn't really worth it. Breakfast potatoes were meh. Unable to make us lattes so had regular coffee. It was raining the morning we were there so eating at Rhett made sense and would recommend if you're in the hotel and don't have time to venture out. It may b 4 stars if we'd had a little better experience. However, not sure we'd eat here again if we returned to the area. Would probably try another option. read more

Divine. The food was very tasty. The ambiance is great. They had live music and I thought the music was too loud. I came here with a group of 5 on a Thursday evening and it was not too packed. The fried chicken was very good. My colleagues enjoyed the special which included red fish. The octopus app was SOOO GOOD. I LOVE ME SOME OCTOPUS AND IT WAS NOT CHEWY. We ordered the calamari (so juicy and fresh) and the biscuits with ham. My colleague is from this area and she'd had the shrimp n grits a while back and then they took it off the menu, but now they have it again. She ordered it and said it didn't taste as good or the same. read more

We ate outside with our dogs. Great table for it! They brought out ice water for us and a dish for the dogs. The cheddar biscuit with the ham purée and the splash of ham was the best menu item that we tried. The calamari was greasy and limp. The ceviche was presented with fried rice crackers, but was a bit of a taste fail, with a dominating citrus/orange/tangerine flavor that detracted from the dish. The snapper, subbing for the sea bass was delicious. Great bar with great hard-to-find bourbons like Castle & Key. Beer list is respectable too. Service was five star. So was the bar. Hit and miss dishes, plus $16 parking fee, were a star down. I'd eat here again. Just hope that the kitchen team pays more attention to the basics in the dishes coming out. read more

The lemon marscapone brioche french toast is from out of this world - SO good. We had a wonderful breakfast here. Great coffee, fabulous bacon, generous portions, beautiful presentation, all around excellent!! Everything was delicious and the customer service very attentive. It's really beautiful inside. We came here for Brunch. I made a reservation in advance because I hate waiting for a table. We were seated quickly. We parked over in the Marriott parking garage. I tried one of their specialty coffees (The Suit & Thai). It was really good. We ordered the mushroom Tartine after seeing all the photos and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend that dish. For my entree I got the loaded grits bowl but asked for an over hard egg instead of over easy. My husband got the croque scarlet, which was huge! Both were really good. The service was really good. No complaints there. Food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. read more

Had a wonderful brunch at Rhett (located inside the gorgeous Alida Hotel) in the River District. We made reservations for 4 people on Sunday morning at 11 and were seated right away. Our server was great and we all started with lattes. I opted for the iced pistachio latte which was flavorful and not too sweet, which I liked. My favorite part of this meal was 100% the Mushroom Tartine (boursin cheese, roasted mushrooms, thyme, roasted garlic oil, focaccia, grana padano). Don't miss this dish if you're a fan of mushrooms! It was sooooo good and I'm still dreaming about it. My party also enjoyed the Croque Scarlet, Cinnamon & Vanilla French Toast, and the Loaded Grit Bowl. Everything was super tasty and I'm so glad we discovered this spot on Yelp. I'd also love to stay at the Alida Hotel the next time I visit Savannah because it was serious #DesignGoals. read more

Yummy food & our waiter, Yoga, was very kind and helpful! Would recommend. The restaurant was accommodating for our last minute party of 10.

We stopped at Rhett on our way through Savannah. We walked in close to 2pm close and appreciated that the staff still treated us well and ensured we were comfortable, well fed and well served. I had the fried green tomato sandwich. It was perfectly toasted and extra tasty. The fries were on pointe. read more

We went to The Rhett for Christmas brunch and WOW! This place was amazing. The brunch buffet was absolutely perfect. An omelet station, carved prime rib, and the shrimp and grits were so good. It was definitely worth the price and didn't feel overcrowded at all, which made the experience even better. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be back. read more

On our last day In Savannah we came here for brunch. Upon entering the decor was lovely- light softly came in from the windows, the bar area was attractive with the bartender busy at work. We were quickly seated. The space is huge- great for groups. We shared the pancakes which came with peaches and a delicious butter and bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with a side of potatoes. Everything was delicious and great portions. It's cool that you can see in to the kitchen but don't really hear the noise from it. It's attached to a hotel on a strip near the water with other shops and things to do. We'd seen it the night before and I think if not for the location I would've never found it. It was the perfect last meal in Savannah. read more

We happened upon this place when we were in Savannah for a concert. I was so hungry I didn't get pictures but I had the French toast which was so good and fulling. My best friend has the shrimp and grits but there's has a tomato base but she really enjoyed it. We sat outside and our server was very attentive. Sometimes when outside the wait staff isn't always attentive but we never had to wait long for refills or if we needed anything else. read more

Firstly the positives. The service was good and the location is great. The food is average at best. We order breakfast for two adults and two kids. The kids got pancakes with blueberry compote on the side. Nothing to write home about. Take like pancakes out of the box with sprinkle of powdered sugar. The ham and cheese omelette was not done all the way with a rather watery center. The order of biscuits and gravy was extremely salty and the biscuits are clearly store bought. We were led astray but the disproportionate reviews on Yelp. This place did not live upto the reviews. read more

This place is great! We had mushroom tartine and shrimp & grits. The mushroom tartine was very flavorful. We enjoyed it so much we recreated it back home after our vacation. We found this restaurant on yelp as pet friendly. We realized it was across the street from our hotel and we were sold. Located in the river district, we sat outside at an umbrelled large bistro. Perfect weather too! He had the turkey ruben and I had the scrimp and grits. The sandwich was succulent...I had a bite! The grits had pieces of ham and nice sized shrimp. The price here is reasonable and comfortable to sit outside when the weather is right. The food was local and top knotch. Located between the dog friendly Alida and the JW Marriott, it's must try brunch destinations with your "best friend" for sure! read more
