Your comments are not only inaccurate but down right a lie! First off it wasnt hertz, it was enterprise. And you were ABSOLUTELY NOT on the phone with them while i waited over an hour! Joking around i said about taking the rental on vacation and YOU were the one that said if it was under 30 days I could. I returned the rental well before i left for my vacation so saying i took it or tried to take it is FAR from the truth. It was thursday July 2nd when i attempted to pick ip my car. Friday july 3rd, you said there was suspension damage and you called me July 13th at 1:51 pm to say my car was ready. You said it was ready TWO days later in your comments?? Not even close to 2 days. When i asked about the rear bumper being included in the claim it was a legitimate question, and YOUR response was and i quote "No problem". As to your comment about money, you know nothing of my financial situation and are showing your true professionalism ie lack of! Just for your information i do well enough to own a nice home and my wife can stay home to raise our two kids. I dont have a job, i have a career and a masters degree so for the "secretary" at an autobody to question my financial situation is comical, check yourself. And for the record EVERYTHING written in my review was told word for word to the owner Ronnie. Try communicating with your boss before u put somthing in writting that is FALSE. I firmly stand behind my review and although im not in the autobody business, i know that the offer to "detail" my truck will not fix the over spray nor the molding. When i took my truck to Dodge to be reviewed since it is a lease the comments about the work were far from stellar. When i saw someone from another local body shop and showed them the work they said "yeah they're a real piece of work down there."So take my comments worth a grain of salt if you will but i think the dealerships comments and another autobody's speak volumes! Although it is never good to have to bring your car to a body shop, you can feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel when they roll out the red carpet for you! The first time I dealt with RG Auto was 2012, when I had a major fender-bender (to say it lightly) with my beloved 2008 Prius. Because I was super stressed, they made it easy for me and even scheduled for me to be picked up by a car rental company. It was hard to fathom that any good could possibly come out of this situation - but they did the job right! As I remember, it took a couple days longer than they originally said (because of add'l parts needed that were on back order - I think). But when I got my car back it literally looked better than it did when I first got it - as it was purchased used with about 70,000 miles! It was beyond belief. I was happy!!!!! Since then, I had a couple run-ins with deer and such - guess who repaired it? YEP. They treated me and my car just as good as they did the 1st time. I have sent two other friends to them because they are good people, who take pride in what they do. What prompted me to write this was when I did a search to find their website to send to another friend - and to my surprise, there were some negative reviews. I felt it was my duty to set the record straight. We all know that people will more than likely write about a negative experience than they would a positive one. Each time I have been there they were always busy with lots of cars fixin' - I am sure there are much, much, much more satisfied customers than the few that wrote something here. Btw, I had got their number from 411 originally - no one referred me to them. I had driven by their shop 100 times before on Noxon Rd but never noticed it. Go figure! read more

Being hit in a collision (on your way to work), is stressful enough without worrying about towing and finding an autobody shop that you can trust to do the job well. Ron was amazing! He arrived fast, took the time to explain the repair process, and even had my rental waiting for me when we arrived at the shop. Melissa (staff), was patient, very knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions (which were many), and never left me in the dark on the insurance process and the status of my car's repair. Plus my car was repaired in under 30 days (as stated/promised). Having only one car, Ron offered to drive my car and pick up my rental at my home to avoid a trip!. RG Autobody was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and simply said just a an example of how a consummate professional runs their business well. They gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. They dealt with me and my insurance company clearly & promptly to make the service experience flawless. When my car was finished it looked brand new! Not 80%, 98% but 100% perfect. Impeccable work. Plus they washed the car before they returned it to me so I could see the entire vehicle appearance before I took it home. Not just the repaired area. Ron is an owner who is personally involved in his day to day business and sincerely cares about the quality of the work they produce. His philosophy is simply. I have been going to this Auto Body for a few years now! Every accident I was in, they helped me from start to finish. It started with them towing my vehicle from an accident. The driver was very nice, and seemed generally concerned. Not just someone who wanted to make money off my insurance company. The next day I contacted the Auto Body Shop, they walked me through how to file a claim, set up a rental, and begin the repairs on my vehicle. They stayed in touch with me every few days, to give me updates on the repairs. The day I picked up my vehicle it looked better then ever! It is AWESOME!!!! Feels like I have a new car! I highly recommend this Auto Body shop! If you want little to no stress after having an accident, this is the place for you! You won't have to worry about anything. RG is the absolute BEST! I was referred to them, and they delivered!! I had a few dents and tons of scratches on my car. I had attempted to cover them with the car's touch up paint; which only made it worse. I thought that I was going to have to pay to get a couple of panels repainted. Ronnie saw that he could use compound to remove the touch up paint and the scratches; thus saving me hundreds of dollars. I love honesty, and RG delivered on both honesty and great work. If I ever need any kind of body work on my car in the future, RG will be my place to go because I know that I will receive quality service for an honest price!! Unbelievable work! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Our truck ended up covered in tree sap, we took it here for the sap to be removed. Unfortunately we left the sap on for too long so we needed to paint the majority of the truck along with replace the bumper, grill and passenger side mirror. On top of this, they detailed the entire truck (inside and out). When we picked it up it looked brand new! The staff is also very polite and helpful! They call with updates they work with me and also help with handling anything to submit to my insurance. I hit a deer not to long ago. RG autobody helped with the towing process, ordered all the parts needed, and was able to fix my car within the week after the accident had happened. The communication with the staff was great, the whole process was stress free, they would call throughout the week with updates, and the work was absolutely beautiful. I was hit twice in a matter of a month. I needed to get the work done as quickly as possible. I lease the car I drive. I was able to speak to the owner Ronnie and he told me to bring it in as soon as possible. I reported it to my insurance and Ronnie helped to do the rest.
