Your comments are not only inaccurate but down right a lie! First off it wasnt hertz, it was enterprise. And you were ABSOLUTELY NOT on the phone with them while i waited over an hour! Joking around i said about taking the rental on vacation and YOU were the one that said if it was under 30 days I could. I returned the rental well before i left for my vacation so saying i took it or tried to take it is FAR from the truth. It was thursday July 2nd when i attempted to pick ip my car. Friday july 3rd, you said there was suspension damage and you called me July 13th at 1:51 pm to say my car was ready. You said it was ready TWO days later in your comments?? Not even close to 2 days. When i asked about the rear bumper being included in the claim it was a legitimate question, and YOUR response was and i quote "No problem". As to your comment about money, you know nothing of my financial situation and are showing your true professionalism ie lack of! Just for your information i do well enough to own a nice home and my wife can stay home to raise our two kids. I dont have a job, i have a career and a masters degree so for the "secretary" at an autobody to question my financial situation is comical, check yourself. And for the record EVERYTHING written in my review was told word for word to the owner Ronnie. Try communicating with your boss before u put somthing in writting that is FALSE. I firmly stand behind my review and although im not in the autobody business, i know that the offer to "detail" my truck will not fix the over spray nor the molding. When i took my truck to Dodge to be reviewed since it is a lease the comments about the work were far from stellar. When i saw someone from another local body shop and showed them the work they said "yeah they're a real piece of work down there."So take my comments worth a grain of salt if you will but i think the dealerships comments and another autobody's speak volumes! Chose some place else. read more

Although it is never good to have to bring your car to a body shop, you can feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel when they roll out the red carpet for you! The first time I dealt with RG Auto was 2012, when I had a major fender-bender (to say it lightly) with my beloved 2008 Prius. Because I was super stressed, they made it easy for me and even scheduled for me to be picked up by a car rental company. It was hard to fathom that any good could possibly come out of this situation - but they did the job right! As I remember, it took a couple days longer than they originally said (because of add'l parts needed that were on back order - I think). But when I got my car back it literally looked better than it did when I first got it - as it was purchased used with about 70,000 miles! It was beyond belief. I was happy!!!!! Since then, I had a couple run-ins with deer and such - guess who repaired it? YEP. They treated me and my car just as good as they did the 1st time. I have sent two other friends to them because they are good people, who take pride in what they do. What prompted me to write this was when I did a search to find their website to send to another friend - and to my surprise, there were some negative reviews. I felt it was my duty to set the record straight. We all know that people will more than likely write about a negative experience than they would a positive one. Each time I have been there they were always busy with lots of cars fixin' - I am sure there are much, much, much more satisfied customers than the few that wrote something here. Btw, I had got their number from 411 originally - no one referred me to them. I had driven by their shop 100 times before on Noxon Rd but never noticed it. Go figure! read more

On November 24, 2025, my BMW was involved in a rear-end collision. Following the incident, my insurance company arranged for Ron to tow the vehicle. Unsure about where to send the car for repairs, I conducted thorough research on Ron's facility, RG Autobody, including social media and online reviews. Initially hesitant, I ultimately decided to trust RG Autobody due to positive feedback. Throughout the repair process, Ron maintained clear communication, including updates on the estimator's visit, parts procurement from BMW, and detailed explanations, ensuring a comfortable experience for someone without automotive knowledge. Upon picking up my car at RG Autobody, I was delighted to discover the car had been meticulously repaired. Ron provided a personal tour, highlighting the fixed bumper and trunk, an impeccable paint job, and additional enhancements like a complete buffing (I think that's what it was called) and interior cleaning. The car appeared brand new and pristine, prompting myself to express immense satisfaction and recommend RG Autobody highly for their family-friendly service. I am extremely pleased and will return to RG Autobody for future needs. Thank you Ron and team! I am one very happy customer. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. read more

For those who have had limited or less than desirable service from any body shop they have ever used.....search no more! RG Autobody was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and simply said just a an example of how a consummate professional runs their business well. They gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. They dealt with me and my insurance company clearly & promptly to make the service experience flawless. When my car was finished it looked brand new! Not 80%, 98% but 100% perfect. Impeccable work. Plus they washed the car before they returned it to me so I could see the entire vehicle appearance before I took it home. Not just the repaired area. Ron is an owner who is personally involved in his day to day business and sincerely cares about the quality of the work they produce. His philosophy is simply. Every car that is returned to the customer effectively has his name and reputation on it. And that clearly shows in the overall results from great service! Mick McPherson read more

I have been going to this Auto Body for a few years now! Every accident I was in, they helped me from start to finish. It started with them towing my vehicle from an accident. The driver was very nice, and seemed generally concerned. Not just someone who wanted to make money off my insurance company. The next day I contacted the Auto Body Shop, they walked me through how to file a claim, set up a rental, and begin the repairs on my vehicle. They stayed in touch with me every few days, to give me updates on the repairs. The day I picked up my vehicle it looked better then ever! It is AWESOME!!!! Feels like I have a new car! I highly recommend this Auto Body shop! If you want little to no stress after having an accident, this is the place for you! You won't have to worry about anything. Everyone at RG Auto Body is wonderful!!! I have seen the other not so good reviews, Please do not let that discourage you!. Trust me you won't regret it. read more

RG is the absolute BEST! I was referred to them, and they delivered!! I had a few dents and tons of scratches on my car. I had attempted to cover them with the car's touch up paint; which only made it worse. I thought that I was going to have to pay to get a couple of panels repainted. Ronnie saw that he could use compound to remove the touch up paint and the scratches; thus saving me hundreds of dollars. I love honesty, and RG delivered on both honesty and great work. If I ever need any kind of body work on my car in the future, RG will be my place to go because I know that I will receive quality service for an honest price!! In addition to all of the above, all of them are genuinely nice people!! Simply put, RG is the EPITOME of EXCELLENCE!!!!!! read more

Youreview helps others learn about great local businesses Brought our 2003 Toyota Celica in to be repainted, Ron gave us a very fair quote to do the job. Picked up the car today and was blown away, the car looked better than brand new. The quality of the body work and painting of the car is beyond outstanding. I could not believe that it would look this good. Ron runs a great shop with extremely talented workers and their professionalism shows with their meticulous work. I will definitely recommend R & G. to anyone who is in need of autobody work. Alberto G. read more

Unbelievable work! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Our truck ended up covered in tree sap, we took it here for the sap to be removed. Unfortunately we left the sap on for too long so we needed to paint the majority of the truck along with replace the bumper, grill and passenger side mirror. On top of this, they detailed the entire truck (inside and out). When we picked it up it looked brand new! The staff is also very polite and helpful! If you need any work done, there is no other shop I would recommend! read more

I've been to RG more than a few times for body work. I get my car back every time looking better than when I actually bought my car. They call with updates they work with me and also help with handling anything to submit to my insurance. I get my car back in a timely manor and they also always have my rental ready for me before I even get there. From reception to all workers beyond excellent service. I'd never go anywhere else. Go here if you want the absolute best of the best this is the place. You will never go anywhere else. read more

I hit a deer not to long ago. RG autobody helped with the towing process, ordered all the parts needed, and was able to fix my car within the week after the accident had happened. The communication with the staff was great, the whole process was stress free, they would call throughout the week with updates, and the work was absolutely beautiful. I got some scratches on my car recently and brought it back. Ronnie fit me in ASAP and the scratches were cleaned up looking good as new. I highly recommend RG autobody! read more

I just want to thank Ronnie and his crew for the great work that they did on my Acura Integra. On the way home from my daughters, a deer came out of nowhere on 9D and came right in front of me. Needless to say, I needed a new bumper, grill and headlight. What a mess! When I came to pick up the car - it looked like it just came out of the showroom! Like new! Fantastic job! Great people to work. Also, a shout out to Melissa at the front desk who worked on all the details! J. Marino Hopewell Jct. read more

I was hit twice in a matter of a month. I needed to get the work done as quickly as possible. I lease the car I drive. I was able to speak to the owner Ronnie and he told me to bring it in as soon as possible. I reported it to my insurance and Ronnie helped to do the rest. Took it in and in 4 days had my car back looking brand new. My car is also a very unique color and they matched it superbly! I am so happy with the customer service that was provided and overall the whole experience in general!!! read more

Another above and beyond repair from RG Autobody! Had a minor fender-bender and Ron and his team painted and replaced my front bumper with reinforcement bar. The shop places close attention to every detail. They cleaned and polished my 2017 Honda Civic and it looks brand new! I am delighted. Had a small scrape in on my new car from rubbing a curb. Brought my car into RG, Ron there described the work needed and the total cost. The price was less my than the other quotes.
