Definitely a must try Food Hall and we will return, such a nice variety of items. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; from 7am to 10pm.

The ambience inside is great and they have so many different food options! It's interesting how it's set up and you're able to choose from so many different restaurants within the kitchen. We ordered some drinks that were tasty. The lomo saltado was delicious with the sauce. The honey grilled chicken rice was flavorful, and I loved the veggies, but the rice could have used something with it. The butter masala had a good amount of chicken in it, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. The regal Pepper fusion burrito was also too sweet for me as it had a good amount of corn and too many bell peppers for me. The service was fantastic and was very friendly and attentive to us. I would come back!

I love that this place has so many different smaller local businesses in it! They do have a good variety of foods and indoor and outdoor seating (as well as ability to takeout). It was located right by the hotel we were staying at so we were able to easily walk here and pick it up. They do have a robot cat-like machine that also goes around and helps deliver food if you dine in. We did get frustrated by how touchy the digital screens were in the store to order (made it sort of difficult to order), but you're able to order other ways (such as on your phone) as well, which I'd recommend. Overall, we all really liked our food! Great to be able to go to one place to pick up food for the entire family with different meal preferences.

The service here is great! The food is wonderful! I enjoyed my time at this place and I will be back again! Love how spacious this place is as well.

Got a bunch of items to try from the different restaurants! Everyone got what they wanted to eat including the baby. My favorite was chaufa de mariacos a lo Tayta from the Peruvian restaurant! Also the matcha is amazing! Would come back for just the matcha!

We got bowls and buns and the food was okay. It was a bit soupy than we expected. We got matcha there too and it was okay. The service was good we ordered through a kiosk and they clean up for us. So it's simple and easy. The ambiance was good. Not too crowded for lunch time and there were plenty of seatings

I love the food hall concept. It has a BIG bar in the center and they offer daily specials. The ghost kitchens for small businesses is great. If you can't have your own restaurant at least you can have a mini restaurant. You can order off your phone or they have ordering stations. The staff is very friendly. They provide plates, silverware, water and cups and plenty of condiments for your food. The place is big and the air feels great on a hot day. TV screens with different programming on. They play music and it's a mixed variety. I will be back to try another ghost kitchen.

Food is great! I get mr. Pandas or the cajun restaurants fish. Its seasoned to perfection. Freaking delish! They even have a bar!

It's a food hall so you should already set your expectations to pay a higher price for the atmosphere and variety, but not the food quality. I'll say that the food isn't bad, not amazing tho, but just isn't worth the price. Revolving Kitchen is a trendy concept where there are many restaurants under one roof plus a bar. Ordering takes place on your phone by QR code, which is pretty normal nowadays. Unfortunately the downside to having 10+ restaurants is that you have 10+ menus to scroll through on your phone. It took us a while to look at them all and then you have to go back to compare, etc. I wish there were physical menus somewhere or just an easier way to go through the options. We ordered a chicken tikka quesadilla, fried okra, sausage pizza, and a Peruvian steak and noodle dish (I forget the name). The quesadilla left a bit to be desired flavor wise, needed the dipping sauces for more Indian flavor. It did come with free ice cream which was random but appreciated lol. I can definitely be bribed with ice cream. The pizza crust was solidly crispy, and stayed crisp throughout the meal, although the cheese was pretty greasy. The Peruvian dish was better than I expected, the creamy noodles with the steak drippings worked pretty well to make a hearty dish. The vibe was pretty low key on a Saturday. Not too busy, music not too loud. We could have a good conversation no problem. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Also after you order you need to then go back to your phone to close your tab, or else there's an automatic 18% tip added to your order. If you're cool with that then you can just leave but if you want to customize the tip then don't forget to close out your tab. All in all, it's just fine food wise. You're paying mostly for the vibe and variety. If you're into the food hall experience then I'd recommend it, but keep in mind that everything you order would probably be better at a standalone restaurant. But coming here you should already know that.

Japanese Basque Cheesecake, Geso Karaage, Sakura Cream Matcha, Shrimp Mentai Pasta
    Lucie N.

FOOD Bleue's Kitchen Geso Kara-Age (Fried Squid Legs): The squid was very crunchy. It tasted good. Light on the batter which was perfect. Sakura Cream Matcha - The cream on top is good and has sort of a cream cheese flavor. The Matcha itself is pretty yummy as well. It is a little bit more watered down, but the drink overall isn't too sweet and definitely one of the better places to get Matcha around the area Shrimp Mentai Pasta - The pasta came out piping hot. There is a bit of a sour flavor to it which makes the dish interesting. Good shrimp portion and the noodles are good texture. Pasta is super creamy and yum! Japanese Basque Cheesecake Vanilla with Honey Graham and Yuzu Jam - The cheesecake is a bit on the sweeter side, but the consistency is very good. It is very creamy and the crust portion is well-made and flavored. There is also a tad of lemon/citrus flavor in the cream on top which adds to the flavor. VIBES The concept is quite nice. You sit anywhere when you come in and there are QR codes on the table that you scan to order. The places is pretty spacious and has a wooden designed interior. A great place to hang out with friends or family! SERVICE Most of it is self service in that you just order and they will bring out your food. The people are really nice and it is relatively quick to get food! Overall satisfied!

Empty restaurant for good reason: horrible service!

I really love the concept of the Revolving Kitchen and the menus have a wide range of food across multiple cultures. They have all the ingredients of a home run but every time I pass by, the place is empty and I finally realized why today: they have horrible customer service. I waited 35 minutes in an empty restaurant and STILL didn't receive my food. I ended up getting a refund but it's not about the money. I worked 12 hours today and could have went anywhere for dinner but I chose to try to support the small businesses in this kitchen. That support and respect was not reciprocated. There was no communication beforehand that the food was going take over 45 minutes to be ready in a fast casual dining place that was empty. I left empty handed, hungry, and too exhausted to get food elsewhere. Imagine how long it would take if the place actually had more than 3 customers. I would eat anywhere but here if you are hungry and don't have 45 minutes to wait.

A good experience overall, with one big hiccup that was somewhat rectified, though not completely. Located as the main dining option of the Fairview Town Center in Allen, TX, Revolving Kitchen is a cross between a very modern food hall and a large ghost kitchen. I stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday, intending to eat at a specific restaurant, not realizing it was inside a food hall (it was a pleasant surprise). It has a very large indoor dining area, with a mix of tables and a large bar area. It was pretty empty, with probably as many employees as customers, during early lunchtime. Multiple servers stopped in to see if I needed help, none of them were pushy but were instead very pleasant, and confirmed my assumption which was that I needed to either order through the kiosks or through my phone. I found a table, scanned the table's unique QR code, which took me to the gotab.io page (yet another Restaurant Commerce Platform). From there, you create a tab with name, phone, and payment method. Once you are done perusing the menu, you can place items in your cart (mixing and matching from multiple restaurants, along with alcohol from the large visible bar in front). Once you place your order, an authorization is put on your CC. I immediately started to get texts, indicating progress. After 10 minutes, I got a text indicating my order was ready, and saw one waitress coming from the other side towards my area (guessed right that it was for me since there was nobody else sitting near). I kept perusing the menu as I (slowly) ate my first course, and found an appetizer promising large fried squid with only the tentacles. I was sold, and that absolutely deserved a draft beer, so went to the limited draft beer menu and ordered a local Union Bear Blonde Ale ($8 for a pint). Placed the order and decided to close my tab, giving the customary 20% tip. The fried squid came first, and the deliverer answered affirmative to my question: "Beer coming?". So I waited. A couple minutes later (have to admit I was irritated, asking myself "how long to pour a beer when it's this empty?"), the beer came but was only 1/3 full. The server was apologetic and offered to either bring a new glass once the tap was replaced or try another. I chose the former, and started to eat/imbibe. It was very good, so got excited that more beer was coming. Well it never did, and I was not checked on again. I ended up finishing my food slowly (not nearly as good without the beer), and then went to the bar to see what happened before I left (I was dining alone and don't like to leave my table with food if I can help it). The bartender knew about the missing beer, and when I identified myself, started to pour me one. I was unhappy (cause up to this point, I thought that they were just really slow in changing the taps...but now realized that they had just forgotten about me...after I had already paid), and told her: "This isn't good, what happened?". Her answer was "I didn't know which table needed the beer." Huh? She saw that made me really unhappy, and offered to refund me, which I accepted. She apologized and told me to come back and the next beer would be on her. I ended up forgetting my coat (cause who needs a coat in Texas), and a server came chasing after me to return it...that was extremely nice. I still don't understand what happened because everyone seemed really customer-focused and every interaction was pleasant and with no attitude. And she did give me a refund for the beer (1/3 of which I had already drunk....so I GUESS I got a free sample). Even though, the final messaged receipt does give a nice summary of the one total which is what is charged (settled) to the credit card, the pending authorizations continued to remained (assuming they will just drop off after X days). gotab.io should find a way to clean that up in this day and age (where banks now allow 'reverse' authorizations). Keeping these nuisance authorizations holding your credit limit can irritate both the consumer and the CC issuers. I do think Revolving Kitchen does deserve more visits, and the employees do seem to be really trying (multiple ones asked me if I needed anything throughout my stay.. which is why the beer miss was so baffling) The choices are very different than a typical food hall, with cuisines very different from even the ones I've frequented at home. So if there is a cuisine that you have interest (and if your party would love to create their own, unique 3 course meal individually), you should check it out.

The aftermath of my wife and I trying to rank the chili samples.

We expected service to take a little longer because of how busy it was, but Dustin made sure that we received amazing service! He continued to check on us to make sure we were well hydrated in whatever beverage of our choosing while we waited for our food orders. The food all came out hot and fresh. My husband and I chose the Armor signature burger and I decided to have a side of chili instead of fries and man was that filling! The chili had big chunks of beef in there and didn't have any beans. The cornbread was very moist and delicious with a little kick from the jalapeño. The burger was also very tender. My kids really enjoyed the Milwaukee pretzels because of how soft it was. It had the perfect mixture of sweet and salty and was very fluffy for a pretzel. Overall, I truly enjoyed coming here with my family for the food and great selection of beer.

It was a nice day outside so I didn't want a whole heavy beer, so I got a full size American Lager and it was good. That's my 2nd go-to if there's no wheats. So, we thought - why not, it's close- let's go and see if we like it better this time. Let's start with the positives. We arrived shortly after 5pm and the place was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The server was friendly and immediately took our drink orders. She was attentive and service was fast. No complaints with her service at all. It seemed pretty chill and low key. A few people trickled in but nothing crazy for a Saturday night. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised. The color of the pretzel had me fooled. It was pretty dark in color which usually indicates overdone and hard so when it was amazingly soft inside - wow! So good! We loved the mustard and cheese sauce that came with it. My husband and son ordered a burger and said they were tasty, my other son ordered the chicken strips and said they were good. Negative for the meal, I ordered the blackened cod tacos and subbed the chips and salsa for the Gilroy Garlic Fries. I was very excited for the garlic fries since we are originally from that area and are very knowledgeable about the famous Gilroy Garlic Festival and all things Garlic. Here's where this dish wasn't exciting - the tacos were pretty bland. I took the coleslaw from my son's chicken tenders to try and add more flavor and make the taco more palatable. I only ate 1 of the 2 because there really was just zero flavor. The fries were probably an even greater disappointment. In the center, was a very small amount of cheese and maybe garlic? It had virtually zero garlic taste - I was searching for it. It was a sad version of garlic fries. I would not order that again unless they were improved upon. I went back and forth on 3 stars versus 4 stars because while service was great and fast, I can't confidently say I'd recommend it to someone. I may say it's a great place to chill for a beer and an appetizer but definitely NOT a meal. I think if your expectations are to stick with the appetizer list then you're probably going to like it. They have a large beer selection and plenty of screens for your favorite games.

The Brass Tap was founded in Florida in 2008, with 50 locations across 12 states. This location in Allen opened in 2015. Our group of six arrived for lunch on a weekday, and it wasn't very crowded inside. The one bartender was doing all of the front of house chores. He was very good, doing the easy customer interaction that appears to be simple but actually isn't that common. Waters were gotten for the table, and he was receptive to our offer of help. We ordered a selection of most things on the shareable bar menu (many of them Happy Hour prices): including pepperoni pizza, boom boom shrimp, mac 'n cheese, onion rings, pretzel, plain cheese burger with fries, brisket taco platter, chicken quesadilla, and chicken wings. Everything was OK to good, with me really liking the crispiness of the well fried french fries and the well-filled quesadilla. I did get to share a couple of drinks with my nephew including a pint of Paulaner ($7.25) and HH drink of the week (a bourbon sour mix for $7). A cool feature at a Brass Tap is their leader board: a Brew Crew Hall of Brews where patrons that have drunk at least 100 different beers at this location get their name listed.
