Alex made me feel like a snaackkkkk with the way she made my hair look. I had a partial highlight that she did. Scheduling with her was very easy and their prices are reasonable. The salon is cute and modern and they do have free parking in the back with cameras. I was a little bit skeptical on going to a salon on Colfax but looks like this is the only place I will be going to from now on. Alex gave a wonderful head scalp massage while the toner was setting in. I wish I can get my hair done there every week. Highly recommend this place especially Alex to be your next hair dresser. read more

I went to the same hairstylist when I lived in Florida for all 7 years I was there. I've been in Colorado now 4 years and just now found my perfect stylist. I read the amazing reviews for the salon and for Paul and am so glad I booked. I wanted to go platinum blonde from the dark blonde/brown I was. I came in with a mix of previously highlighted hair and box dye and Paul was able to create magic. He was up front about the risks and what would be needed on my end to maintain healthy hair once bleached, but still gave me the confidence that he could do it. And he was right! He took his time and was meticulous about not bleaching the strands that were previously highlighted and gave me an amazing deep condition. My hair actually feels healthier than before somehow. Long story short, he is the first stylist to really listen to me and what I want. He achieved it without compromising my hair. I'm just so relieved to finally find my stylist and salon. I love changing my hair color and style often and am excited to see what Paul can help me achieve next. I would definitely recommend him or the salon to anyone. Great vibes all around! read more

This was my first time visiting this salon, and I will def be coming back. Thank you, Paul for bringing my ideas to reality! Paul provided the perfect balance of care; he delivered on what I wanted while also leaning on his expert knowledge to make sure my hair came out perfectly for my face shape. Thank you! read more

Paul is my guy!! This salon is the best in town! Whenever I would go to one of those chain hair cutting places (shudder!!) I never left really liking the outcome. Since coming here, my hair looks great immediately after and 6 weeks later! Paul is a master! My wife sees Aimee, and LOVES her! Her hair consistently looks incredible! They also sell beautiful house plants- we have several from Paul and have gifted people several! This place is the best!!! read more

I love everything about this salon. Decor, music, refreshments, but most of all my hairstylist, of over 8 years now, Dana & the salon owner Marco. The salon is classy, open, and clean. Beautiful paintings, good music and hilarious conversation are just a few of my favorite things I continually encounter here. Dana is above and beyond with her forte. I always leave the salon astounded with how she took what I wanted & elevated it even further. Whether you are new to town or the neighborhood, I highly recommend this salon & it's stylists. read more

I was in Denver and badly needed a haircut, since my stylist back home moved and I haven't found a new one yet. I stopped in Revolution Salon because they had good reviews and was able to get an appt with Aimee. I am very picky when it comes to my hair and was pretty nervous about trying someone new. Let me tell you, I really wish I lived in Denver because I would get on her schedule every 2 months. She did an AMAZING job and the time seemed to fly by. The best part was the scalp massage when she washed my hair, I could have sat there for 30 more minutes and not cared. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed in her skill. read more

First time at this salon after reading reviews on Yelp, decided to make an appt for a haircut with Maria. She was ready to go as soon as I walked in the door, super sweet, personable, lots of laughs and gave me a great cut! Definitely will be back and recommend her. The salon itself was super cute, modern, very welcoming and clean! read more

Dana has been hooking my hair up for years! Not only can she do anything she actually cares about me and my hair journey. I struggled with major breakage after moving to Denver 4 years ago and Dana has helped me get on track plus she's so fun to chat with in the hair. PS. Complimentary beer or wine during your appointment ( I guess I could have opened with that but I wanted to brag on Dana) Besides that the salon is super cute, clean, and modern and Marco the owner and the whole team are fab! read more

I just had the best hair styling experience of any salon I've ever been to! MollyAnn was incredible! She taught me so much about my hair and so many easy ways to style it as a mom with three kids! She kept me feeling very safe with her protocols on COVID-19. I really appreciated everything she did for me it was pretty blown away by my experience! I will definitely be back and I can't imagine using anyone else! Also for having a sensitive head she was very considerate and did an amazing job with that as well! read more

When I heard my hair stylist (who I would follow anywhere) was moving to a new salon - there was NO question I'd be a new client at Revolution Salon, where Dana continues to be my hair color-cut goddess. I had been seeing Dana for years, and got to know a co-worker of hers, and was elated to learn this co-worker was opening Revolution Salon and taking Dana. Marco - the owner, didn't just open a salon - he opened a gathering place for the neighborhood that is sleek and modern but not pretentious. Revolution Salon is also very clean, affordable, and very inviting. The salon is conveniently located on East Colfax, and there is plenty of free street parking on Colfax or free parking on any of the adjacent side streets. They also take in walk ins and are open in the evening, and Saturday. Revolution Salon always has the juicy gossip magazines, and decorating magazines. Marco, or any of the stylists, will always ask if you'd like water or wine - which is awesome! They also do consultations in case you are hesitant about any hair treatment or cut/color, and they are very knowledgeable on the products they have for sale - but they NEVER push them on you like a salesperson would. I would definitely recommend visiting Revolution Salon - you will not be disappointed! read more

This salon is beautiful inside! Alexa is my go to. I'll be referring friends and family!

For a while now I've been looking for a hairstylist near my home rather than make the long trip to my hometown stylist an hour away; and I'm so happy I found Marco at Revolution Salon. I was growing tired of maintaining my long, dull hair and needed a drastic change. I called the salon after seeing their great reviews and got in just hours upon my call. Amidst the pandemic they are cautiously clean and taking precautions which I appreciated. Marco was friendly and gave me great hair tips and suggested some great products to try on my hair; he conditioned my hair with the most amazing mask, my hair is so soft, shiny, and well-scented. Marco is definitely knowledgeable in his cuts and styles that fit your face shape - his cut has given me so much confidence! I know I'll be back to get a babylight balayage from him because he was able to match my skin tone with a perfect sun kissed color. I appreciate his professional opinion and guidance to a modern look! A great hairstylist listens to you and gives you choices- they definitely do that here! read more

Marco is devacut certified for curly hair. I have very curly hair and it's hard to find a good stylist let alone a great one. He is also great with color, highlights, lowlights, balayage, etc. He's easy to talk too and has a great personality and you'll love your hair once he's done his magic! read more

Maria previously worked at a local corporate haircut business where I was a regular customer. The first time she cut my hair, I was impressed by her attentive professionalism. She listened to me and took the time necessary to do the job right, and I walked away with the best haircut I'd ever had. I was impressed enough to request her on my next visit, where I received an equally great haircut. When she left the corporate haircut place for Revolution Salon, I followed as a customer and haven't looked back since. She's excellent and very talented at what she does. Through Maria, I met Marco, who filled in while Maria was on vacation. Also an excellent stylist, Marco really knows his stuff! Marco has gained quite a following, and rightfully so. Revolution Salon has a clean, bright and relaxed atmosphere, and all of the staff there are friendly and unpretentious. There's lots of happy chatter, upbeat music playing and the front windows that look out onto the busy Colfax sidewalks are full of plants and sunshine. I walk away from this place full of the good energy that seems to radiate from its front door. I'm happy to pay the small difference in price and support a local business with people who care about their clientele and take pride in the quality of their work. I recommend this place to all my friends and to anyone on the fence trying to decide where to go for good haircuts and hairstyling. Revolution Salon is top of the line! read more
