I recently moved for Los Angeles & needed a hairdresser. A coworker had an amazing cut, and asked for her hairdresser. Tolga! His cuts are amazing. I get compliments all the time! read more

This salon sucks it's outdated and old ... 2000ish salon.. owner and cuts are outdated !

WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was referred by a good friend a while ago but am very loyal to my previous person. I am extremely picky about my blonde hair. It was PERFECT the first time! The cut was also amazing. He took off the ugly but still was able to keep my length. I have been getting my hair done my entire life and they are one of the best if not THE BEST. They care and are truly artists. The view doesn't hurt either. You have a customer for life! THANK YOU! read more

David recently did my hair and I couldn't be happier. He had done my daughter's hair for a photo shoot and she loved him so much she had him do corrective color. She doesn't trust anyone with her hair, but he got the color spot on. So I had him do my color and cut. I've been getting so many compliments. It's hard to get a good global platinum, but David nailed it! We will follow him anywhere he goes. Finding a good colorist isn't easy, so when you get one, you stick with them. I highly recommend Dave Fonseca. Plus, he's a super nice guy. Great chairside manner. Chicago's loss is Denver's gain! read more

Tolga is a BA......He cuts both my kids hair and not to mention about four other people that I know! If I had hair I'd have Tolga cutting mine too :) read more

It will be the best choice you make... Dave is an artist and a perfectionist! My husband and I go to him...and only him! His cuts are so perfect...they grow out flawless! My color is spot on...He is also a wonderful person...time flies when your having fun! Love...love Dave read more

I highly recommend Dave Fonseca! Not only is he very professional and knowledgeable in his craft, he pays so much attention to detail and can bring your vision to life. I had dark permanent color and wanted ashy blonde balayage when I walked in. Dave told me the risks of bleaching colored hair (brassy/orange tones). He was very honest and told me what to expect from the beginning. I originally wanted ashy blonde with dark ash blonde dimension, but Dave made the warmer tones work and I'm loving the honey blonde. Whether or not you're working with virgin hair or a color correction, I 100% believe that you can trust Dave to give you hair that you didn't know you could afford. read more

Moving to Cherry Creek from NYC I was concerned where am I going to find a talented, experienced hair stylist who has worked with the best in the industry that I can trust with my natural, thick, curly Auburn hair? Someone who not only knows how to cut but who can blow dry hair where you go to dinner or an event and you are complimented nonstop throughout the night? Well the answer is yes I found him. TOLGA TASKIN IS THE TALENT I RECOMMEND HIGHLY! Thank you Tolga and your team for always making me look and feel beautiful. read more

Teresa did my hair and although she was friendly she butchered my hair. She took off 4 in instead of 2 to 3 and my bangs are horrible. I have longer pieces hanginggg in the middlle of my face. My husband doesn't normally notice hair ans he said "whoa are you gonna get that redone somewhwere else" so you know it's bad. She didn't listen to anything I said. Especially considering the price this was horrible a experience read more

They've been doing my hair for a year. Never walked out with a bad cut or color. They'll give you exactly what looks good for you. I highly recommend this salon read more

After 12 years with the same stylist I finally went to a new hair salon. Melissa colored my hair and it is perfect! I have received so many compliments in just a few days. Plus she is fast and no wasted time. Tolga cut my hair and it feels fabulous! I love the way he cut my grown out bangs that now lays across my face so they look awesome. For 14 years I have hated my bangs. He is a Pro!!! He is a perfectionist! My husband even loves it too..and noticed how it lays so beautifully. Thanks for making me feel pretty again!!! As an extremely busy professional I'm not one to write reviews, but this time, I felt compelled to write and RAVE! Tolga is the best Salon I have ever had the pleasure to work with hands down!!! In Colorado and BEYOND including NYC, Miami and Los Angeles. Regretfully, I travel and relocate frequently and I have had my share of experiences with many highly recommended salons which is why I can unequivecally state that Tolga takes the cake!! THE BEST!!!!!! @) Yup, I admit, I'm OCD about my hair..lol...Yet I have been the h-a-p-p-i-e-s-t customer for over 3 years now and I can't fathom the thought of having to move again. I thrive on their Impecable customer service, hospitality and keen attention to detail. Throw into the mix the awesome location in Cherry-Creek and you can understand why I look forward to Tolga day... lots of places to eat right after you exit with your flowing locks and spring to your step. Melissa is AMAZING!! She has managed to achieve what no other colorist has done thus far; She stopped time and re-created my childhood blonde hair. Mel is blessed with that rare ability to make the most incredible color assessments. I also have Tolga cut my locks as he is an incredible stylist that knows what look will be right for you, yet listens to what you are looking for [fine balance], in order to achieve the perfecdt reuslts. read more

About 4 years ago my neighbor who always looked fabulous recommended Tolga as the best stylist in Denver. I gave him a try and was extremely happy with his cuts. I have endured some difficulties with my hair in the past 3 years and he was always there to make me look better. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they were extremely happy with their cuts. I get many compliments from everyone on my hair! I highly recommend Tolga! read more

He's extraordinary! With an eye for style and the gift of mastery, Tolga Taskin transforms women and men into their most chic selves. The look is cosmopolitan. And his clients leave his salon looking vibrant, sexy, and ready to jet off to some desirable location (as many of them do!) Low key and friendly, Tolga and his staff are easy to be with. They make you feel comfortable. And although he would be just as sought after in Beverly Hills or Manhattan, there is no attitude here. We are SO lucky to have him here, in Denver! For years, I would bump into women whose hair looked fabulous. When I'd ask them who their stylist was, their answer was always the same: Tolga Taskin. If you're ready to look gorgeous at every age, go see him! read more

If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen! This salon is the absolute BEST. I have seen Tolga for over a decade and HE HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN. And trust me....I have presented him with some crazy issues. His staff may change but to each their own. There is NO lack of professionalism on that floor. So if you don't like the attitude....find another salon. read more

I just had the works on May 31 - color, highlights, and cut - at the Tolga Taskin Salon. Teresa was my stylist and she worked with me to achieve the look I wanted. She is a superior stylist whose main goal is to make her customers happy. I know she would have willingly worked with Alexandra to make any necessary complimentary changes. I have never seen or heard Tolga behave in an unprofessional manner. Tolga has always been professional when I have had opportunity to observe him or have interactions with him. read more

I got introduced to Tolga by referral and couldn't be happier! Tolga is absolutely amazing! He gave me the most beautiful bob about 3 months ago and I still get compliments to this day. The hairstyle grew out almost perfectly so I didn't need to go in every 2 months for a fresh cut, which is fantastic. I don't trust anyone with my hair but him. read more

I had an amazing experience with Dave Fonseca. My hair was looking brassy and drab on top of some bad extensions. His color is the best I have had in Denver since moving here 2+ years ago. He also put in these amazing extensions that are in a row and hand tied each of them. As a former Chicagoan like Dave I am so happy to find such an expert stylist in Denver. read more

Absolutely love Dave and how he treats my locks! After I moved to Denver, I was looking for someone who was skilled at dry cuts - enter Dave. I leave every time feeling beautiful and finally have regular haircuts. Thanks Dave! read more

I went to Tolga Taskin salon for a full highlight and cut. Melissa did an amazing job. She used a color technique called balayage. The highlights and color look so natural. The cut by Tolga was also amazing. It has never looked so good. I continue to get compliments on my hair and now all of my friends are going to the salon. I love it and will never go to anyone else. read more

Perfectionist! Tolga is the quintessential expert. He literally makes sure every hair is just perfect. I am very picky, and I have never been even slightly disappointed. I always walk out feeling like a movie star! He takes a long time with you, ensuring precision. I am so glad he was recommended to me. He helped me decide which new look would work for me, and then really made what I want work with my hair and face type. Melissa is his color expert, and she is also amazing. She takes time to understand what you want, and then consistently delivers beautiful color every visit! read more

Hair is a very personal thing, and let's face it--you meet some stylists that you love and you just click with. Tolga has a knack for taking what you want (ie- that photo from the magazine of your fave celeb) and turning it into a look that works for you. He's really open about how he would change a look--maybe some see that as a bad thing (according to other reviews), I see it as honesty. I want to go to a high end salon and come out looking great, (not just "meh") and Tolga's style reflects "great". The other thing that I love about the salon is that it's a welcoming place to visit--the people there become your friends. I had only met Melissa once (at a social event) and when I came in for an appointment it was like she had known me for years. For me, I want to trust and like the people who are beautifying me and that happens at this salon. Definitely recommend you go here! read more

Not having a whole lot of money it took me awhile to work up the courage to go to this salon. My hope was to go in and get my dark hair lightened with some golden brown highlights and a brand new do. I sat there and watched so called "Master" snip, snip, cut, cut on some blonde she was getting nice layers, at nice angles, and he took his time. Then I watched him do the same to a brunette, giving her a real nice cut, taking his time. My time finally arrived and I was hoping for the same but that was not to be the case. He did a quick, blunt, chop across the back and few little snips and that was it. I wanted layers and I wanted him to use a razor to frame my face, I wanted it shortened just a bit in the back, I wanted him to do to my hair what he had done to theirs but he said my hair is too thin and flat out refused, stating my hair is just too thin. (Too bad my hair wasn't too thin the full price) I guess it was lunch time cause he disappeared. I ended up leaving so disappointed with my cut and my "sun in orange" color. In tears I ended up at the Wal-Mart looking for a box of hair dye. Not only was I completely disappointed but I also felt totally disrespected. My experience was not only devastating but expensive. A $300 dollar mistake. A new hairstyle should boost your confidence not completely destroy it read more
