I was on my way to work when I saw two of your trucks (love the graphics). I didn't have time to speak with the two technicians, so I noted the phone number to research later. After reading the reviews, I placed an online request for service. I was contacted within the hour (on a Saturday!) by Billy (weekend tech) who told me he could come that day if it was urgent (it wasn't). He forwarded my request to Lindsay, who contacted me the following Monday. She explained pricing options and scheduled service for the following day. The service tech (Bill) was great! He arrived on time, assessed the issue, and completed the repair. He answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones)! I could tell he enjoys the job and takes pride in his work. To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement. From start to finish, this was a stress-free ordeal. I am now a proud member of the Comfort Club and highly recommend Maryland Heating and Air!

Jose and Eduardo came out *that night,* stood out in 100-degree heat in the dark, and calmly, patiently and professionally isolated the problem, fixed it and explained exactly what they were doing as they went. Nice guys, too. Their work prevented our having to spend the 4th of July weekend sweltering without AC. They didn't just do a great job. They're our heroes! Would use them again ANY TIME.

From Mark's initial visit to prepare the quote (his was the most thorough of the visits of the 3 quotes we got) to actual installation, it was seemless, very professional, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Within hours of him leaving I had water in my basement which I didn't have prior to him coming! I called the company three times which they said they would have a manager call me, which never happened. What I did get was a bill for an additional $350 on top of the $50 service fees I had to pay and the $150 my warranty paid. What's interesting is that I asked the plumber how much the job would have costed me without my warranty and he said $250!! So I'm confused at how a $250 job was billed at $550. My warranty company called them and they said they wouldn't send anyone out until I paid the additional $350. I'm also confused at how he "snaked the line to the street" and that same line is still clogged per the new plumber currently working in my basement. He also cracked the line cap which is why the water is backing up in the basement and not in the pipes as it initially did! I'm so confused and completely disgusted by how this business handles customers! Beware and learn from my nightmare!

After the initial quote, it was difficult to get a hold of Steve to move forward, and the onboarding process was never completed. A major pain point was the answering service: every time I called to follow up and couldn't reach him directly, I had to re-explain the project from scratch. After several weeks of limited progress and unreturned calls, we ultimately had to go with another provider. It's unfortunate, as the potential is there, but the lack of communication and operational continuity made it impossible to complete the project.

It was December and the temperatures were extremely cold. Mike offered to provide space heaters until the work could be finished a few days later. As for their service, they were punctual, friendly, professional, and even took the time to explain what was being done. And there were no hidden fees. The installation of the Boiler took a day and a half as projected. They also replaced the incredibly old thermostat. Before they left, they evaluated everything to ensure that there were no issues.
