My home's AC completely stopped working last night. I called Chason at 8am, and one of their technicians, Steve, arrived just after 11am. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and I learned a lot about the cooling system that I didn't know before. To sum it up, it was top-notch service at a fair price. You really can't beat the quality of small, family-owned businesses. It's no surprise they've been in business for 75 years. The next time I need service, I won't hesitate to call Chason. I can also confidently say they'll be my first recommendation to any friends/family that require work. Thank you Steve!

The process dragged on for over four months, mostly waiting for parts, and I ended up exactly where I started. Every replacement part they installed failed, and the troubleshooting went in circles with no progress. The technician genuinely tried, but nothing was resolved. On the last visit, they installed another board with no improvement, then attempted to charge me again. I refused -- nothing had been diagnosed or fixed, and I was already out $1,300. After that, the company stopped responding to calls and emails. Only when I reported the issue to the manufacturer did the owner contact me, demanding $369 for the previous visit and full payment upfront for any future service. When I pushed back, he emailed saying the company was "parting ways" with me. In short, the company demonstrated poor customer service, charged repeatedly without delivering a solution, and stopped communicating when they couldn't figure out the issue. I ultimately purchased a brand‑new HVAC system because I no longer felt safe relying on the original equipment after months of failed repairs.

Every time, they show up, diagnose the issue quickly, and walk us through the best recommendations and options. What I appreciate most is that they never pressure us into the most expensive fix. Even if we can't afford a full overhaul right away, they make sure our system is patched and running well enough to keep us going until we're ready for a bigger investment. Their prices are very reasonable, the work is always solid, and the technician clearly knows his stuff. On top of that, he's insured, which gives us peace of mind. Kingdom HVAC has definitely earned our trust & we'll keep turning to them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Kingdom HVAC was fantastic from start to finish. I originally called them out because my furnace…read morewas malfunctioning and I suspected my older thermostat might be the problem. Christian inspected the system and agreed that the thermostat could be the cause, so we replaced it. Unfortunately, the same issue came back soon after. Christian returned promptly to take another look and discovered a failing part that hadn't shown signs of trouble during the first visit. He tried to track down a replacement, but because the system was so old, parts were no longer available. At that point, we decided a full system replacement was the best option. Throughout the entire process, Christian was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He and his partner installed the new system in just one day and stayed to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. What really stood out was the follow-up -- Christian texted me the next two mornings to check in and make sure everything was still working well. I truly can't recommend Kingdom HVAC enough. They turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.

We called the…read morecompany that typically services our A/C (yes, this wasn't the first or second or third time our A/C had stopped working in the two years we've owned our home) and they didn't call or text us back. Since we couldn't wait around too long my wife gave Future Tech a call based on recommendations she found on Nextdoor. Scott and his crew came out right away and assessed our situation. They said we would need a new system. They quoted us for a new Bosch system that had both A/C and a heat pump. While originally seeming a bit pricey, the unit came with a $2,000 rebate and $2,000 tax credit. We accepted the offer and were scheduled to have it installed the next week. A few days later Scott called and told us he had convinced another couple that had a system that was currently working (they were looking to upgrade) to allow us to go first since we had young kids and no air. They agreed and our A/C install happened much sooner than it was initially scheduled. That NEVER happens! The duct work and A/C install was completed in a day. Around 7 at night, when everything was done, Scott took me out and showed me the system and explained what he did, what I need to know and what I should keep an eye on with it. After that we talked about the Eagles and Ravens. Then we shook hands and he headed home. Since the install, I have noticed a huge difference in the amount the A/C runs (our old system seemed to be constantly going) and how cool our house stays. On top of that, despite keeping the house three to four degrees cooler than we did with our old system, our electric bills have been much lower than with the previous unit. My family and I could not be happier with the work that Scott and Future Tech Heating & Cooling did on our home.

The technician who came out was prompt and professional; however the follow-up after was nothing short of a nightmare. We were told a part needed to be ordered to correct the issue and trying to contact this company in any shape/form/fashion was not only unequivocal but a circuitous process between the home warranty company and K&B directly (who we were instructed to follow up with from home warranty). We called the number listed on the website only to receive the message that the mailbox was full. We were redirected to a dispatcher who only offered the explanation for no repeated calls back after 2-3 days that she was "only the dispatcher." After one week of no AC in 90+ degree weather, I went through the home warranty system yet AGAIN to schedule a follow-up. The day of, I received a call from the same technician to be told that he wasn't even certain the part had been ordered and had no idea why the follow-up was scheduled. I texted the number the dispatcher provided (and yes, she said to text if he did not answer) multiple times in very polite manners pleading for communication and received absolutely NOTHING. This company is not only unreliable but unprofessional to the point of being nothing short of Casper the (unfriendly) ghost--basically no way to effectively communicate, and they were unbothered by any urgency in the matter despite it being the dead of heat in the middle of August.
