My unit is older so I really appreciate Aaron for the suggestions to keep my unit working longer, he tells it like it is.

I feel really fortunate to have come across USA HVAC services. They just got done replacing our Air…read moreConditioning, Furnace and Humidifer and everything works great. After soliciting 6 bids from various HVAC companies, USA HVAC had the competitors beat on several levels. 1) Lowest cost. A little bit less than the next competitor, 2,400$ less than highest competitor. 2) Speed. Most companies told me that there is a shortage of equipment due to manufacturer shutdown during the Covid epidemic and I needed to place an order asap for fulfillment between 1-2 weeks. Jason and his team were able to get replacement equipment the same day (They worked diligently to 10pm to ensure we had AC that night). For some reason he wasn't experiencing the same supply issues that others mentioned. 3) Knowledge. Jason has paid his dues being the industry for 18 years, he has a master HVAC license and he's personally involved in every job. 4) They threw in extras. CO monitoring, condensing unit riser pad, filter 5) Warranty. 10 years on all parts, 1 year on labor. 6) Safety, they installed a carbon monoxide sensor, a condensate drainage sensor and other safeties on the equipment. In short, I can't imagine going with anyone else.

There was an extra fee for coming out after hours, but it was worth it. Jason identified the problem quickly (some kind of coil? in the AC unit), and fixed it that night-AC back I service. Jason was friendly, personable, and efficient. Will definitely use again!

Excellent service. Very thorough check of my generator. Mitchell was polite and professional,…read moreexplaining as he worked through the service check. Highly recommend. Did not check 5th star because my first appointment was rescheduled in afternoon of day of my appointment. So, 2 days home to be here for service check!

Summer AC tune up service requested , appointment scheduled. Tech arrived surveyed the units and…read moreindicated that he was not aware that I had two units which meant that the appointment would be extended for 2 hours. Due to not being available for a 4 hour appointment - it was rescheduled - work priorities rearranged again. The tech arrived around 0950 on the day of the appt and departed my home at 4:00pm. The AC check up took the entire day when it was booked for 4 hours. After receiving a second opinion a lot of the pricey recommendations were suggestive selling. The fact that can't be overlooked is that after a 6+ hour appointment I asked about the coolant levels in my outdoor units and the tech told me that he didn't have his CFCs so he was not able to provide me that information. Why would Booths AC repair send a tech to a home if they could not perform the work and who is running this business? Giving Booths the benefit of the doubt I called the same day and asked to speak to a supervisor. I received pushback but finally made contact with a gentlemen named Shawn who indicated he was a supervisor. He was receptive and agreed that the appt was longer than it should of been and that the techs inability to provide the work I paid for would be-forwarded to a supervisor and that I would receive a call the following day so they could get a tech to come out to my home that was qualified to provide me with the levels of coolant in my units as requested. To put their sense of pleasing the customer into perspective I called last Thursday and today is Tuesday and not one phone call from Booths. However, I have received four email requests for a review on the service rendered. I will say the commercials depict a company that gives a damn about their customer base but that was not my reality. I contacted a much smaller AC servicing provider who reviewed all paperwork provided by Booths along with the two pages of pics and recommendations and after his inspection he only agreed with one assessment and pointed out two glaring issues that the techs two page report did not include. These are two major issues (1) the drip pan is not under the AC unit in the attic and (2) the unit in the attic doesn't have a kill switch which wasn't required by state code when the home was built, however it is now. These two issues are major safety issues that require immediate attention. My recommendation to any homeowner in need of AC service is encouraged to lean more on smaller AC business in the local area as they have time to train their techs and to create/maintain meaningful relationships with their clients. I will not use Booths AC service again! I am a homeowner in southern Maryland and a military veteran. I have given Booths every opportunity to right their wrong, however to date no response. Do your research!
